(For context, I'm an automobile attorney, so I know exactly what to look for.) Shockingly, they flat-out refused to provide it. That's a massive red flag. Any legitimate shop operating in Massachusetts should have no problem showing proof they're properly registered. The refusal alone tells you everything you need to know. Proceed with extreme caution.

I experienced a very obvious dent about the size of your fist on the fender my brand new Subaru (six days old). I called a couple of traveling dent removal specialist but no one was able to respond quickly. I reached Authur who traveled all the way from Worcester to the World Trade Center in the Seaport District of Boston the next morning. It took him about an hour to completely remove the dent so that it could not be seen even under the best of light. He actually had a unique lighting system which showed even the slightest imperfection and none could be seen. He actuallly showed me a couple of imperfections of the original factory work using the system. I am a very particular person when it comes to my cars and would recommend Arthur to anyone even to work on the highest priced luxury vehicles. As an aside, I will relate to you that Authur would only take cash or a check. I was about $8 short on cash and he would not let me go to a friend across the room to borrow the addtional funds.
