They worked on my sisters rav4 in 2024. I didn't check it out until coming to see her and the quality is lacking. The hood arm to hold the hood up is not attached. Two of her hub caps flew off on the highway because they were cracked. The driver side windshield washer spray nozzle wasn't installed correctly. They seriously lack attention to detail which is critical in auto body. Do not bring your car here if you want to get it back in worse condition then when you dropped it off. read more

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I have used St. Laurent in the past and have been completely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism I received when getting my car fixed. This is why when I had a recent accident I thought of no other collision repair facility than St. Laurent. However, there has been a change of ownership since the last time I had repair services and it has done a complete 180 degree turn in their approach to servicing customers. I brought my vehicle in to have it serviced after a recent accident completely confident that it would be handled efficiently and professionally by the St. Laurent team based on my past experience. I was completely unaware that there was a change of ownership, and I can honestly say that the level of service I have recieved has been less than the worst experience I have recieved anywhere. My problems started with the sales manager when I engaged St. Laurent to fix my vehicle. I went into their office and indicated that I had a claim from Geico and I would like them to fix it. I was told by the sales manager that he could see the Geico claim in the system and he would take care of everything from there. He gave me a date of 05/08/23 to drop off my car to be fixed. I dropped my car off after hours on 05/07/23 and thought I was in good hands. I called the next morning to indicate that I dropped my car off after hours and I was greeted by a receptionist that sounded like I just woke her up. I stated that I dropped my car off after hours and wanted to be sure everything was ok. I was promptly told that everything was all set. I asked how do you know when you haven't even asked for my name? The receptionist then said oh yeah, what kind of car was it??? Fast forward a week later, I stopped by the repair facility to ask what was the status. I was told there was a problem with my Geico claim and it delayed St Laurent from working on my car. These things happen and I politely asked when will my car be ready? The sales manager replied that it would be Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week AT THE LATEST it would be ready. Fair enough right??? So I waited until Wednesday of the following week to follow up based on the response I got from the sales manager. Wednesday of the following week, I walk into the repair facility and asked if my car was ready. The sales manager said it wasn't and it wouldn't be ready útil the next day Thursday the 25th. I asked why it wasn't ready and if there was anything they could do to get it ready by the COB as I had made arrangements to return my borrowed car. The sales manager did not care that he told me only a week ago that my car would be ready AT THE LATEST when I showed up, because I asked why and if there was anything they could do to get it ready, they decided to call the owner to the front desk to "deal with me". Enter Kyle Cataldo, self proclaimed owner of St Laurent although his business card indicates that he is Director of Operations at St Laurent Collision repair. Before trying to even understand what was happening, proceeded to tell me I was being rude for asking about why my car wasn't ready. I asked how I was being rude for asking what was happening with my car when I was told by the sales manager that it would be ready NO LATER than the day I showed up to retrieve it. Instead of apologizing to me for the delay, he proceeded to tell me how it was customers like me that was bringing down his business. I stated that obviously there was nothing I could do to get my car back, and then asked when was the precise time I could come and retrieve it. Kyle Cataldo, self proclaimed owner of St Laurent Collison repair proceeded to tell me he didn't know and it would be ready when he called me. I said that this was unacceptable, and he said it was too bad because I authorized St Laurent Collison repair to work on my vehicle. He then proceeded to "throw" me out of their business office for asking questions about my own vehicle!!! Net/net - this is the worst customer experience I have ever received in my entire life. read more

Brought my Infiniti here for detailing. When I return to pick the car my stealing wheel had been damaged. I want back in, and the person assured me that it shouldn't of happened and told me to send an email to the owner. I did this immediately and did not hear back. After multiple emails and calls I finally got a hold of him and it was very confrontational. He accused me of having previous work done on my steering wheel and not telling them which is not true. There has never been any work done to my steering wheel because there was no need. There was no preexisting damage and certainly no patch job done before. They used that excuse among so many others, and for that reason not to repair the damage they caused. Once I told him that I had before and after photos and would be filing a complaint with the consumer protection bureau and Attorney General his attitude change for a little bit. All of the sudden he told me he would repair it, this was back in December. They have yet to contact me despite multiple calls and emails. They never refunded the amount paid for the service. I filed a complaint again against them but wanted to warn other people consider using this company I had use them for years and will never bring my car back there. read more

Got in an accident, nothing major, so I need some repairs done. Insurance is quoting around $1,500, but take off my deductible and I have basically $1,100. So I begin to browse body shops. I had 4 just in Nashua I wanted to check out, that all have good reviews. First one I went to Nashua Collision Center gave about $1,050 to fix. And that is saving one part that they can repair, insurance said to replace. So even if I HAVE to replace, it still hits the quote, before deductible. At this point I'm thinking of skipping the last two, but wanted to check out this place, St. Laurent. Someone came out, I asked for a quote, they asked if I had an insurance quote, I left it at home. Said they can't look at it without that. Ok fine. Tell him I have Geico and get told it'll most likely be 2 times that because Geico under-quotes a lot. I say, oh OK. Then I left. Guy wasn't a jerk, but if I just got told one thing, and now you're telling me it'll basically be close to $3,000? I'm not looking to make money from insurance, but looking to NOT pay out of pocket. I know they do good work, but shop around. Yeah, if they charge you more your insurance will cover it. But have fun with that premium getting jacked up. read more

I had to bring my SUV there every other year to repair the body work they did 6 years prior. Every other year it would bubble up and rust would be exposed. They never replaced the back quarter panel with a new one in the first place because if they did, it would not have happened. Frustrating! read more

8/17/2020 Update I recently required body work due to an apparent hit-and-run in a parking lot someplace. I took my truck to St. Laurent for a quote and while it was eye watering I decided to have them repair my truck, knowing that the job will be done correctly as in the past. I was not disappointed. The job was done correctly and was perfect in every detail. A couple days later I noted that my gas filler door did not close correctly. The hinge had been sprung. Since St. Laurent had worked on the bed of the truck (although the side opposite the gas filler) I wondered if they might have damaged it inadvertently. I went back and explained the situation to them. They convinced me that they were not responsible and they offered to fix it for free. They temporarily fixed the door so it would close and offered to order a new door, paint it to match and install it for free if I would pay for the part. Since this offer was beyond any expectations I had, I readily agreed. A week or so later they called to tell me my part was ready for installation and I could come down any time. I went right down and they installed the door. I couldn't be happier with the work done by St. Laurent and the extra mile they went for me to insure I was completely satisfied will all aspects of my experience there. You can expect the same level of service when you bring your vehicle to them. It will be repaired right the first time or they will do what it takes to make you happy. read more

Fantastic! I pretty much have a new car. I had to get the both bumpers replaced, new hood, side mirror, grille, and paint. They made it easy with the car insurance, kept me in the loop with what was going on, and my car was completed timely. When I went to pick it up I didn't even recognize it. Recently had front bumper damage from a car accident and being a lifelong resident of Nashua went directly to St. Laurent. From the moment i walked in the door to the moment i retrieved my completed repair i have nothing but GOOD things to say. The quoting process took 15 minutes, the repair was done and even though the other insurance company stalled a bit i was very satisfied with the timing. They knew i had a trip in the middle of the repair and accommodated the timing of everything. Took over a month to get back..ok so a lot of the time was due to the insurance company... Got my car back...crack still on window border told me he would get the insurance company on the phone and call me NEVER DID radio was working intermittent DIDN"T DO THIS BEFORE THE ACCIDENT told me it wasn't on them. NEW paint chips missing off my car was told it wasn't them....CHECK YOUR CAR GOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE IT... I have before and after of at least the window and still nothing is being done...radio still gets static but not them...go else where!!! This is the second time I've had St. Laurent do body work on my car, this time it was for my daily driver, a Honda Civic. The work they did is impressive, it was the paneling under the door that was dinged up and it literally looks brand new. These guys do pretty amazing work. I've used St. Laurent Collision Centers twice for some minor body damages that were done to my Audi Q5. I had plans to address a tiny crack in my windshield prior to bringing my SUV in for body work. They went above and beyond to notify my insurance company of the windshield problem and arranged to fix it was well!!! They dealt directly with my insurance company, were very professional and did an A+++ job on my vehicle. After having a wonderful experience the first time, I didn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Poor customer service, refusal to take responsibility for issues caused during repair The original timeframe to fix/paint the fender over the left front wheel was 3-4 days which extended into 10 days. We were never notified the repairs would take longer than expected, but when we called to inquire about the progress, we were told that it wasn't done yet and that "you have a rental car, so check back with us in a couple of days." Yes, we did have a rental, but not at 100% coverage, so each extra day was money out of our pocket. In addition, the initial estimate from St. Laurent was about $100 less than the one we received from our insurance company. But when we picked the vehicle up, we were charged the higher amount and told that "they have to go by the insurance quote." Not sure this is true, but it didn't sound right to us since we own the car outright. When we finally got our car back, it looked great. However, upon leaving St. Laurent, a light came on/beeped which we had never heard before. Turns out it was a Park Assist Sensor for the front camera. Next, when we got home, our garage door wouldn't open and the Rear Park Assist camera was also inoperable. My husband contacted St. Laurent and the person who answered the phone stated that "they hadn't done anything to cause these issues (claims he spoke with the mechanic who worked on the car) and that we needed to take it to the Audi dealer." Hmmm - everything worked when we brought the car in for repairs and now there are issues with 3 different items! The next day, we called and asked to speak with the manager, but he was at lunch. We were told "of course we will take care of it, just call back and make an appt. with the manager, Kyle. If we can't fix it, we'll take it to the Audi dealership and everything will be repaired." Feeling relieved, we called back in about an hour and spoke with Kyle who quickly stated that "it wasn't their issue and that we needed to take it to Audi - turns out we had spoken with him the day before, and both times, he was equally unhelpful/rude and took no responsibility for the issues obviously caused while at his repair shop. At this point, State Farm advised us to take the vehicle to the Audi dealership to see if the new issues were directly related to the work performed at St. Laurent. So, car went to Audi of Nashua where they found that the cameras/garage door opener modules were left unplugged (therefore inoperable) during the repairs done at St. Laurent, causing numerous faults within the system. All items were fixed by Audi and St. Laurent agreed to pay for the additional repairs/cost. The callous refusal to take responsibility for problems caused during the initial repair and absence of customer service skills from the manager, Kyle, makes this a place I do not wish to do business with if I ever need an auto body repair. There are too many other places around where I won't be treated as if I was lying about a problem that I had nothing to do with. read more

I did not have the best experience with st Laurent. when I picked my vehicle up after a big repair 9,500 dollars worth. I picked up my truck,shortly after I noticed orange peel in paint and all the decals where bubbling. I called to air my concerns and was told manager would not be back until Wednesday. so upon further inspection I noticed other things wrong so I made a list to meet with the manager that Wednesday. I was told it would be a 2 day job to fix problem areas. so after day ten I was informed they burned through the paint so they needed to repaint some of the work. I picked truck up after second repair and when installing some aftermarket accessories the next day I saw there was frame damage that they missed. so neddless to say all this started on march 19th and I do not have an appointment for the next body shop to repair or replace the frame. that still has not been decided until july 9th when the other shop works on it. so needless to say not only the quality of the repair was not that good now the safety of the repair also. read more

Manager Kurt has zero personality and refused to correct paint job. Says it's acceptable by industry standards. He would not accept if it was his car. I could do better with a spray can. read more

will never go back. Brought my car there after being hit. Damage was to the back door of my car. When I picked it up and brought it home, I noticed there was primer still on my car that they never blended in with the paint, the drivers side arm rest literally fell off the door when I went to shut it, there were left over screws and bolts in my cup holder, some of the wiring /electrical was done wrong because my slot where Im supposed to charge my key didn't work correctly.
