I drove down and had Dan look at it and was confident he could get it out. I setup an appt for the following week. When I arrived back he said it would be two hrs. So I went and ran some errands. Well about an hr later he text me that my car was ready. When I came back I couldn't even find where the dent had been. And he said "it took less time than I thought, I'm going to charge you less." He's a true professional and very easy to talk to. We must have spent a half hr just talking about cars. Great experience and will be back for other vehicles. Wow!!

Dan under promised but exceeded expectations, the repair turned out great and he did it without having to make any access holes. I would absolutely recommend him.

I was paying cash, so I also had a rental that was coming out of my pocket as well. I called after 4 days to find out that they hadn't even started the job yet! If I had known that my vehicle was going to sit there and collect dust, I would have not dropped it off. So finally, after 10 days, it was completed. When I asked what took so long, I was told that "it took a long time to spray the liner on the tailgate", which is nonsense. I also paid for the wash, vac, and window cleaning for 34.99. As I'm looking at the vehicle, they didn't even wash the windows! After 10 days, they couldn't even wash a window correctly. But it gets better! As I am picking up the car, I am then told that the tailgate cost $200 more than I was quoted! This is clearly something that any class business would disclose up front, but not at this place. I was so finished with this trash operation that I gave up, paid these bums, and went on my way. DO NOT USE THEM!
