When I asked what took so long, I was told that "it took a long time to spray the liner on the tailgate", which is nonsense. I also paid for the wash, vac, and window cleaning for 34.99. As I'm looking at the vehicle, they didn't even wash the windows! After 10 days, they couldn't even wash a window correctly. But it gets better! As I am picking up the car, I am then told that the tailgate cost $200 more than I was quoted! This is clearly something that any class business would disclose up front, but not at this place. I was so finished with this trash operation that I gave up, paid these bums, and went on my way. DO NOT USE THEM!

When I went for my estimate, I was given a written price and asked to put down 65% deposit so they could purchase the parts. I wasn't informed the price was subject to change. I was never called to advise that there was a price increase. Yet, when they told me the car was ready, I was advised there was a price increase of nearly 7%, without any advance notice. When I picked up the car I objected, as I was never told the price wasn't firm. I pointed out that I gave them a 65% deposit so they could get the parts ordered at the price in effect at that time, and there should have been no price increase. The manager then proceeded to blame his software for providing him inaccurate price data. I told him that was his problem, not mine, but I was talking to a brick wall. 7% on an auto body job is no small thing! I needed my car so I paid, and it isn't enough money to spend even more money fighting it. So, I could vouch for the workmanship, but not the integrity of the business. Caveat emptor.
