    Came here for a fair appraisal and Dan gave us an appraisal that was less than fair. 3 hours later we walked out with a very sad check!

    Great place to buy a car. Cars always in good shape. Only thing I don't like is the no haggle pricing.

Car was delivered I checked everything out. I called my Mercedes dealer in Manchester NH to bring the car in for an inspection. Took it in they called me and said the rear shocks,springs and all the rear subframe were rusted. All the underside engine shield along with the transmission covers were missing. Both differentials were leaking, the thermostat housing was leaking etc etc. Mercedes is repairing the subframe and shocks and springs. They can't cover the rusted brake lines that are leaking. The rest of the stuff is livable. Total for everything besides the warranty is $10,500. I called Mercedes corporate which I have all my cars registered. They might give me some goodwill. It's not their fault I bought a pos site unseen. NEVER again.

Casey E, the sales manager, made it a key selling point that the vehicle (a preowned Tesla) included Full Self-Driving, repeatedly emphasizing that it added $12,000 in value to the car. Based on that, I agreed to the deal and put down a down payment. After everything was signed, I found out the car does NOT include FSD - a major misrepresentation. Once this was confirmed, there was no effort to adjust the price to reflect the missing $12,000 feature. The value of the car clearly changed, but the price did not. When I raised the issue, they admitted the mistake (but still blamed the owner that sold them that car???) and offered no real solution other than canceling. No accountability and no attempt to make things right. All they offered was a free car detail to the loss of the $12,000 car value??!!!! Trying to get my money back has been just as frustrating. I spent the entire day trying to reach to the GM Xavier. When I finally did, he said he would check on my refund for the down payment and then left for the day without any update or follow-up!!!! So unprofessional as a GM. This was not just poor communication - it was a complete lack of transparency and accountability from start to finish. I would strongly suggest staying away from these scammers. They have no problem lying to make a deal but make you go through all these hoops to get your money back

I made the appointment online and requested a rental for the day. I arrived at 8:30 and Kristin was more than helpful even though I was early. Because it was my first visit my oil change and tire rotation were free. And I sat in the waiting area for about 5 minutes and enterprise was there to pick me up and bring me to my rental. Simple I know, but I had a Hyundai previously and they gave me a hard time about a rental even if I paid out of pocket?? So they had me wait like 3 hours and 3 hours on your only day off is a lot of time lost. Really hate Hyundai village I brought it in for a coil misfire a part that cost $16 I had the diagnostic from a local gas station but they wanted to charge me $150 for their diagnostic and he said he would waive it and just charge me labor. They wanted to charge $500 for labor so I told them to pack up my car and he tried to charge my the $150 he said to waive. Hate them. Thanks Chevy for making my day easy!

Asked the manager if he has seen this before and his response was "I see all sorts of stuff". I don't know how to break it to him that that means these cars suck. Don't buy a Chevy and Don't buy it from this place unless you want endless headaches.
