I took the truck on a test drive and it had issues with stalling out and sputtering. I went to leave, but Leavitt repeatedly ask that I go "waste some time" in the area while they looked over the truck. A few hours later I was able to complete a brief but uneventful test drive. An agreement was reached that Leavitt would find the root cause of the issues and make repairs that would permanently resolve them as a condition of purchase. I agreed to trade in my faithful and fully operational FJ cruiser as part of the deal. I took delivery of the truck two weeks later, Leavitt stated they replaced the VCT solenoids that were the cause of the issues on the test drive. Within a few days, on my second or third drive in the truck, it was throwing misfire codes on two cylinders and running rough with the check engine light illuminated. I completed an entire tune up on the truck on my own dime. Leavitt states that their vehicles come fully serviced, but considering I was pulling factory spark plugs out of the motor and the air filter was a disaster, it was clear this wasn't the case. The tune up did not resolve the issues and the truck would not pass inspection with the check engine light on. When I initially brought this to Leavitt's attention, Bob told me to go "wiggle some wires." I called Leavitt again and they agreed to bring the truck back for review. They refused to tow it up so I had to drive it while it was misfiring. I suspected that the direct injectors were leaking, causing the misfire, and Leavitt confirmed this. They stated they would only replace the two that were on the cylinders throwing codes, so I spent $900 on parts for them to replace the other 6 as well. They had the truck for two weeks, put 300 miles on it, and returned it to me telling me it was all set. During this time they put me in a barely holding together, saturated with cigarette smoke loaner car that didn't even have fabric on the seats. It was disgusting. Within a few days the truck again was throwing sporadic check engine lights and codes for knock sensors, low voltage, and other issues. I brought this to Leavitt's attention and they were dismissive. A few days later, at the beginning of March, I went to start the truck and something failed catastrophically. I heard something metal break in the motor. The engine would barely run, it threw codes for almost every cylinder on the driver's side, and it was inoperable. I called Leavitt and told them what was going on, and what I got from Mike was a combination of "we can't stand by the vehicle after this long" and "one of my mechanics walked off the job, and we have a backlog of work, so we wouldn't be able to help you anyway." I explained to Mike that it had barely been 9 weeks since I signed papers, the truck had barely accrued 900 miles since I signed, and 3 of those weeks and 300 of those miles the truck was with them. He again told me he "couldn't stand by the truck after this long" and to "use the warranty we sold you" and hung up on me. I had the truck towed to Tasca Ford in RI. They tore into the motor and found that the timing components had failed, leading to a timing chain breakage which resulted in a valve hitting a piston and bending along with metal in the bottom end of the motor and oil pan. The bottom line is the truck needs an entire new motor. I am now stuck hoping the shady warranty that Leavitt sold me will honor the Liberty Shield bumper to bumper coverage and get me a new motor, and they're already making it difficult for Tasca. Leavitt does not care about you once they have your money. Their vehicles do NOT come fully serviced, and it is obvious they're just flipping garbage they pick up at auctions or in trade. They do not stand by their vehicles and should not be trusted. I wouldn't buy Girl Scout Cookies from them at this point. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

My mechanic also find cross threaded bolts on the starter and pinched wiring harness patched with electrical tape....ended having to replace the oil pump, starter and harness. And then the third check engine light...more engine mis-fires due to eroded plugs. So far, my repair bills for 10 weeks of ownership are roughly $5000. One check engine light i can write off as bad luck, two in such a short period is suspicious, three in 10 weeks really makes one wonder about the condition of the vehicle

I drove 2 hours to buy their advertised 2004 Nissan Titan SE 4WD on the Saturday before Easter. Upon arriving John went so far as to tell both my wife and I that $2900 for a 2004 4wd was a steal compared to their 2005 2 wheel drive white Nissan Titan that had gone through the shop and was listed for $5850. When I asked how well the 4WD worked he said good! My brother asked later on about the 4wd, John said it worked very well. In the office I asked John more about the 4wd and he said he'd driven the truck several times and in 4 wheel drive, and that it worked great. ALL THE TIME LYING TO US!!!!! When I asked to test drive it off the lot, he said he didn't have dealer plates. "Wholesale dealers in NH aren't allowed to have dealer tags." I checked their website since. It advertises to "call and schedule test drives". Since I wasn't allowed to test drive it on the roads, I asked to drive it around the lot and he said ok, so I did. Out of the blue he mentions I shouldn't use the 4wd on the way home on the highway. Wait until you get home he says. That should've been a red flag. My bad for trusting the scumbags word! The following Monday, I bring the truck to my mechanic to do the work John said was needed and found out the entire truth! The 4WD driveshaft was removed from the truck prior to my taking possession. Wow! I called John and after telling him the 4 wheel drive driveshaft was missing, he says "I told you our mechanic hadn't looked at it yet". He actually said that. Of course he continued with, "you bought it as is, and that he sold it to me as an unsafe vehicle like we do with all our as is vehicles." He never said it was unsafe to drive prior to that, and the truck in reality isn't unsafe to drive. So I disagreed with him. Nowhere is it stated that it's no longer a factory 4wd truck either. Or that the left CV arm was cut. His reply was, I'll check the deal over and call you back. He called the next day to inform me that they wouldn't help me. Shocker! It was advertised as a 4wd and the VIN denotes it was a factory built 4WD. The original sticker price in the glove box, that he showed me, describes it as a 4WD truck. Their online listing stated 4WD, which is false and misleading advertising. Without a working front wheel drive-axle anymore, it's essentially a rear wheel drive vehicle. If this isn't fraudulent business practices, what is? John also cleverly omitted the words 4WD from all of the paperwork too. The VIN gives the true description as to what a vehicle was at factory and at no point was I given any indication that had been altered. As you've read I was told quite the opposite. As John said twice, "we take care of our customers". When in fact he really meant they don't care about your repeat business, they'd rather give you a vaseline job once and move on to the next unsuspecting buyer. Word of advice, turn on the 4WD and gun it on their dirt lot for a short burst. If you discover only the rear tires spin then you know, and walk away! Don't trust a word, or you'll end up buying a vehicle under false, and deceptive advertising like me. I got the car in the beginning of March of this year and the inspection is still good till April of next year. I don't even think that's legal on the part of the shop (Meineke). The Better Business Bureau should probably be notified about these guys and the racket they're running. Also, they didn't even put the temp plate on it before I left the dealer, so I immediately had to go to town office after leaving the dealer. I drove for two hours without any plates. I gave them the chance to make it right before I posted this review, but they weren't interested.

There was a 2019 Denali that I was very interested in, I was able to make a deposit and Rich held it until we got back from our trip. I was able to complete the entire finance process remotely and when we arrived to pick it up, the process took all of about 15 minutes. Rich included install of the OEM 5th wheel mounting plate and of the 300+ pound 5th wheel slider hitch we picked out. I had the hitch delivered directly to his shop, which I am super thankful given it took me and 2 friends to get the hitch out of the bed after install. Installation of the hitch was completed in one day and he even provided me a loaner car. I will 100% take a look at his inventory when it's time for the next Truck.
