They are closed Saturdays and close at 5pm M-F which makes it harder to get to their bank. Shame on them We used the same institution to withdraw from our other bank and were charged $4.99 which our bank refunded using our debit card from their bank, we used GSCU debit card and were charged $37.50 So GSCU does charge I dont see any refund of that amount from GSCU

After discussing a situation I was in with my lease and needing to trade it in the man I spoke to was very upfront about the fact that they wouldn't be able to help me with my situation. I really appreciated his honesty and frankness. Because I knew this want an option I was able to find another dealer who could help me out. They do in house financing and are legally their own bank which is good. They can report payments often and that would be a great tool in helping your credit.
