Not surprisingly the insurance company tried to lowball everything every step of the way. B&J did an outstanding job in dealing with the insurance company and getting them to understand that you cannot cut corners and the car needed to repaired properly. It took much back and forth with the insurance company but B&J prevailed and the car was done right. I know cars and I'm pretty meticulous. With that being said, I can say that I cannot find any flaws in their work and I'm 100% satisfied with the work that was done, the communication given and the professionalism shown. I called to check on it near closing as I had not heard from anyone after having dropped it off the night before. I was told all four rims were bent and could not be balanced. I was offered 4 refurbished rims at $230 each. I opted out of that seeing as to it was riding well when dropped off but unfortunately for me on the ride home it is wobbling so bad it is now practically unusable. Last time they told him he needed a new oil pan. Then they said it would be $400 to replace it! WYF?! Nice try scumbag! I've worked on cars for 30 years. Oil pans don't just "go." I was doing my brakes for the first time since they did them about a year and a half ago. The slide pins had ZERO grease on them. Any mechanic knows that's the sign of a hack. After I finished them, I decided to look at dad's oil pan. Just what I thought....they over tightened the drain plug and stripped it out. I contacted the manager- who was very nice. He said he'd talk to the owner and see what's up. That was almost 2 weeks ago and still no word. I just ordered the pan and gasket. I'll also have to replace the brand new oil they put in because it leaked out all over the garage floor. If you're older, or a female who might not know a lot about cars- stay away! They'll screw you over and instead of manning up and admitting they made a mistake they'll lie and just tell you something needs replacing. Both my parents just passed away- so now with everything else I have to do, I have to deal with this. It's not a big job, but I have 1 day off a month and I have to spend it fixing these hacks mistake. I'm posting this here because they never posted the review I tried to post on their google page.
