Just picked up my 26' GMC Canyon from Bill DeLuca GMC in Haverhill Ma. This had to be the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had. 95% of this deal was handled via text messages and a couple of phone calls. My sales professional Donnie Ethier was the easiest person to work with, he listened to what I was looking for and got to work finding the exact vehicle for me .He had the truck transferred to the dealership in Just a couple of days. Once vehicle was on site final numbers were agreed upon again without me having to actually go to the dealership and sit for hours i don't believe i ever waited more than five minutes for a response to a text or a return phone call. There was no "let me check with my sales manager" garbage or any attempt to sell me extended warrant paint protection etc. when we agreed on a pickup date and time, I went to the dealership. The truck was ready, signed the paperwork, and got a very detailed explanation and demonstration of the vehicle operation. I was on the rode home in less then 90 minutes. This was an excellent buying experienc. Other dealers could really learn a thing or two from Bill DeLuca GMC and Donnie. Thank you read more

The Service Department is awful - especially Christina. They lied to me three times which I feel means they deserve a bad review. They have had my car for two weeks but "nothing was wrong" with it after my engine was smoking. Their lies are dangrous. Awful, inept, incompetent. I have reported them to Corporate Chevy - this place should be shut down. read more

This is the epitome of Professionalism and Excellent Customer service. I have to mention the Receptionist and David in the Service Department. The Receptionist assures me that whatever I needed to get done, is just as important as any other job and David confirms it by the way he spoke to me and get the job done. I was very impressed and EXTREMELY SATISFIED. Great job Guys!! read more

I have had such a great experience from buying my new vehicles to finance to service! I am on my 4th new car and Aman new car sales manager and Donnie have been amazing of keeping me informed on when my car was coming and also going over the vehicle and of course making sure I can bring it home pretty quickly! we were so impressed the first time in 2020 we have continued to buy all our cars here! Financing process super quick and easy! I recently bought a new 2024 GMC Yukon Denali and was having some issues with camera system, and this was my first experience with service department. Christina who helped me was so amazing she called me and kept me informed on the entire troubleshooting process! GMC tech followed through to help them move along as quickly as they could and I can not say enough good words about them and my experience! I wanted to reach out to Billy and tell him so I'm hoping he reads this as he really has amazing staff working for him! Thank you read more

I went to Bill Delucas today for an oil change. i decided to have them check my brakes to see if they needed to be changed. They took a look at it and said I needed pads and rotors. I said ok thanks I'll let you know when I want them done. When the checked my brakes they put the front right caliper on and twisted the brake line cause it to pinch and seize the brake. I called back , Manager denied that they even touched the brakes. I bought six cars and trucks from them for past 25 years. The service used to be good. Now that Chrirtina and her so called Manager are there the place with down hill. What a rookie mistake. read more

I made an appointment online with Bill Deluca Chevrolet for Saturday May 24 at 10:30 AM to test drive the Blazer EV RS that was showing in stock. At the time we were looking at 3 small SUV's from 3 different manufacturers. I wanted to look at the Blazer EV as the replacement to the ICE Blazer - which had been discussed as the SUV that had a similar cabin to the Camaro (which I ordered and purchased from Bill Deluca in 2010). My wife arrived and met with one of your salespersons. The salesperson had to find the vehicle and drive it to the side entrance (which had construction plates on it). The Blazer was white and was extremely dirty both out and inside (the back gate showed dirt and grime on the inside of the door and the front cabin was disgusting). When we got into the cabin, we were told it was not charged (showing 5% remaining battery available). Due to the lack of battery availability, we drive around the hotel and back (the salesperson was worried it may not make it back). After sitting with him, we let him know we were also looking at the Ford Mach E and the Toyota Crown. When I was booking the appointment online, a pop out displayed there was also a $50 offer for an Amazon card for a test drive. I filled out the information before we arrived and gave it to the salesperson. The salesperson was not aware of what to do with this and went to the office, when he came back, he said the office was closed, taped the form to his desk, and said he would follow up on Tuesday (Monday was Memorial Day). Since then we dealt with 2 people (including the Customer Care Manager), and have not heard back from them in over 3 weeks. The issues I have are: We made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and it was not remotely available to test drive (5% battery available). I had never driven an EV vehicle and was interested in its driving experience. In prior years you could see the various models at the New England Auto Show. The vehicle was also dirty in areas that are not normally are open to the elements. The lack of knowledge of the promotion by one of the salespersons. Not following through an advertised promotion. The lack of communication concerning the promotion after not initially being approved. read more

Shoddy, careless work at professional prices! Chevy EQ needed drivetrain work that was covered under a GM parts warranty. While it was there, they found several other issues (like dealerships do). I approved about $3k in repairs, which included two optional items I wanted: replace the battery and spark plugs. When I got the car back, it made a horrible noise underneath. Took it back. The Tech rode with me and heard it. He knew what it was immediately. He took it in and fixed the noise. The Serv. Rep. said he forgot to bolt something on and it was rubbing against the driveshaft. Yikes! Two months later, I'm checking my oil and I see that they forgot to bolt on the front of the battery bracket! I saw scratches around the hole where he attempted but must've given up. No biggie, I have those bolts in my garage. I went to put one in and I saw that they had broken a bolt inside the hole. Ok, I see now. Again, no big deal, the battery is stable so I'll just DIY it. Several trim fasteners were also missing around the cowl. I had some of those so I put them on. Now, five months later, I'm investigating a possible vac leak for an unrelated issue. I take the plastic cover off of the top of the engine and I see more bolts missing!!! This is on a molded foam support with a plastic case on the side of the engine that covers some critical lines. The tab at the top has been broken off and the bolt to hold the bottom was missing! Because of this, the case has been bouncing around and rubbing against a coolant hose and ate into it a bit. If I had not happened to look down there, it would have cut the hose and left my family stranded. I fixed all of this myself too. If I didn't have some mechanical experience, I would be cooked. They should tell their Techs: If you have extra bolts after a job, you did something wrong. Never going there for repairs again. read more

To sum up my experience with this Dealership in one word: Disgraceful. In two words?? Blatant incompetence. tl;dr: I purchased a brand new HD truck. Brought it back for routine maintenance. The service center broke an axle on one day and the front differential on another. They still have not repaired the truck and we are in week 3 of this experience. Entire story: I purchased a 2023 Chevy 2500 Duramax High Country in October and barely drove 2000 miles before bringing this in for service. I had a mechanic outside of the dealer put the truck up on a lift to apply an oil undercoating and he noticed that one of the axle seals was potentially leaking. He recommended bringing it back to the dealership to have them take a look before proceeding. I took his report and pictures back to the dealer on December 4. They said it could be a one day job. The part was delayed on Monday and again on Tuesday. I told them I have travel plans and need the vehicle back on Thursday at the latest otherwise I would need to know in advance in order to make other arrangements. On Wednesday they ran long on another job. These things happen. On the phone, they assured me the truck would be ready for pickup Thursday morning. I arrived at 10:45 AM and the truck was still on the lift. I was informed that they stripped a bolt on the axle rendering it useless. They need to replace the axle. The axle is on its way but the bolts are coming separately and they don't know when they'll arrive. Sales was the only helpful department here as they did provide me with another vehicle. I take my trip and return. On Monday, December 11, I received the first call from the Sales team. They cracked the front differential. "We have all the parts here so we can take care of it this week", they say. On Tuesday they call to let me know the parts are arriving on Thursday or Friday of that week. What is happening?! I have been extremely patient throughout this experience but this is becoming a bit much. I decided to get Chevrolet of America involved and file a report. On Friday, December 15, I received a call from the rep at Chevrolet of America to inform me that she spoke with the dealership and they have all the parts and expect to have the job completed today. I reached out to the dealership. They tell me they have all the parts but are waiting on a gasket. "So you... don't have all the parts then?", I ask. "No we don't. It could be here today, or Saturday, or Monday." On Monday I reach out to the dealership but no one is available to take a call. After about 10 attempts throughout the day I give up. On Tuesday morning they inform me that they are waiting on a couple of seals and they have no ETA as to when they might be there. I request to have my truck transferred to another facility and start that process. This has been the most casual display of blatant incompetence and disorganization I have ever experienced when making a purchase of any vehicle and what should have been routine service. Aside from a courtesy vehicle the sales team loaned me, they have offered absolutely nothing in return for the stress, scheduling changes, potential long-term damage to the truck and lack of a truck I am actively paying for in exchange for their worthless effort to repair a faulty seal. I have zero confidence that they have completed any of the repairs correctly and now will be bringing my business elsewhere permanently. Buyer beware. read more

I brought my car there twice for the same noise. Today they got the oil changed done of course , The service advisor couldn't find the noise that there's an issue with my brakes. Do not bring your car here for service! I had a 9:30am appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The car was there for an entire day and nobody touched it. No call, no nothing. I called to talk to the manager about what happened and he said "I don't know what you want me to do about it". Incredibly rude men work there, I would never go back. read more

Worst dealership to deal with. Very shady. Rude and disrespectful owner. Here is my story: There was a GMC truck that I was interested to purchase on their website. The truck was shown as "in transit". So I called the dealership to see if it's available. Sales rep Mike spoke with me, confirming that the truck is available. He said that to purchase it I need to stop by the dealership and see Oman (GMC manager) to start the process. So, knowing the scarcity situation with trucks, the next day I grab my two little kids and head to the dealership first thing in the morning. Just to find out from Oman that they cannot sell me the vehicle that is still in transit. He said that he would talk to the owner and let me know if it's possible. The next 7 days I never heard from him, I called several times, left messages - nothing. Today I called again and spoke with the owner Bill. He was rude and impatient. Kept asking me why I'm calling if I don't want to purchase the vehicle. I was misinformed over the phone, lost 2 hours of my life to drive to this place for nothing and then listen to rude owner's yelling on the phone. Unbelievable way to treat your customers. 4 other dealerships I called had absolutely no problem selling a truck that is still in transit. Which I happily did at Banks GMS (Concord, NH). By the way they have the lowest doc fee less than $200. I recommend to stay away from these shady people at Bill Deluca dealership. The owner is rude and practice false advertisement. There are much better places in the area. read more

Customer Experience not great. Went to purchase a Chevy Truck two days ago in Haverhill. Serious buyer ready to make a purchase that day. Salesperson advised us we would not be able to purchase the vehicle unless we financed with the dealership. Since we had our own financing pre approve already at a significantly lower rate, we did not want to finance with the dealership. I asked the salesperson to confirm if this was a requirement, and after stepping away to speak to the Manager, he came back and said that was the policy. Visited a few other dealerships, and this was not a requirement. Purchased similar vehicle at another dealership 2 days later, with no issues. read more

I was on the hunt for a pre-owned truck with some very specific requirements and went in to Deluca Chevy to see what they had to offer. While they didn't have a truck that met my needs, Kyle Lopez, the sales manager, took the time to sit with me and educate me on how to navigate a tough used car market. He showed me how to understand the different package configurations to be sure what I bought was what I wanted, all while knowing I wasn't buying a truck from him. He was friendly, kind, and incredible helpful. While I didn't buy a vehicle from Deluca this time, I will absolutely look here first next time because of their top notch customer service. read more

Listen, does dealing with a dealership ever go the way we hope? My daughter recently purchased a car 3 weeks ago from this dealership, she was told she would have to wait 7 days for the registration to be completed. Guess what we still don't have??? I've gone back in with her to sign new paperwork, she's just now being called asking for references on the loan. If you dare go in, just prepare yourself for a lot of toe dragging, lies, and under achieving. Ps, we already have an appointment to get a laundry list of issues fixed with the car Added edit: note the comment from the dealership, about as misleading as it gets! read more

Nothing but problems here. I came in for a Tahoe knowing the issues they usually have, I took it for a test drive, was fine, they wouldn't let me finance through my bank so I had to finance through them with an outrageous rate (& I have great credit) As I was signing, I told the the finance person up and down that I know the issues these usually have, and I want bumper to bumper warranty, I paid $3600. I wanted the list of everything done to it/wrong with it, They took their time getting that to me. After I purchase it, the transmission goes in less than a month. Had to have it towed, took over two weeks of horrible communication between them and the warranty company , then I find out that they checked off the BASIC warranty when I paid for the BUMPER TO BUMPER like I stated I wanted. The transmission was covered, but now if anything electrical electrical happens (which it is right now with the steps and tailgate) its not covered. I have called over 3x with no answers or calls back about my warranty that I paid for. The air conditioning was also $1200 to fix which also would have been covered with the bumper to bumper I PAID FOR. Nothing but issues since I bought it. Do not shop here! read more

My truck was there for 1 week with no call to check in or say what was going on. Tried several times calling them to only get voicemail(minimum 50 times over 2 days)/ No return calls. When I finally connected they said my truck was fine and it needed no work. I picked up truck and next day same issue came up that it went in for. PRICE GOUGING AT DELUCA AUTO "service". We brought our car in for a simple repair that required attaching 3 screws and 1 electrical connector. WE PROVIDED THE REPLACEMENT PART AND HAD PREVIOUSLY REMOVED THE DEFECTIVE PART. We were shocked to find out that we were being charged for what appeared to be 3 hours of labor. The service advisor on duty was unable to provide a reasonable or rational explanation of the exorbitant charges. I was contacted by a Service Manager who attempted to explain the charges by overstating the complexity of the repair. I BROUGHT THE CAR TO DELUCA BECAUSE THEY ARE ALLEGEDLY EXPERIENCED AND THEREFORE CAPABLE IN SIMPLE CAR REPAIRS. He conceded to a MINOR price adjustment that brought it from insanely overpriced to ridiculously overpriced. DELUCA DID NOT PROVIDE AN ITEMIZED LIST OF CHARGES ON THE SERVICE INVOICE. Only the final cost. I have since completed at least 4 Customer (DIS)Satisfaction Surveys from both GM and DeLuca. All have been completed with negative feedback and a repeated request for an explanation of the excessively high cost for simple repair work. No reply from either other than more Surveys. WE WILL AVOID DELUCA "service" AND Auto Sales and encourage others to do the same. PRICE GOUGING AT DELUCA AUTO "service". read more

I went to buy a car at Bill DeLuca Chevrolet GMC dealership. After doing the whole back-and-forth with the sales associate, I decided that I was going to purchase a 2019 Yukon Denali only to find out that the title was not available. They had already run my credit and wasted my time on going back and forth test driving a car that was not legally eligible to be sold yet! If they had 1/2 star thats what this dealership would get. They say they have the best car finance loans around they don't all they care about is making money and profiting off young people who are first time car owners. Chris one of the salesman sold me a car from the dealership in Haverhill gave me a (simple loan) that's what it's called. This is the worst loan they gave me. Do not fall into the scheme they have going on in the Haverhill dealership. If you are a first time car buyer don't go alone or go with someone that knows the contracts better. They are the worst.
