He worked with me to make the purchase happen and gave a grrat price for my tradein. Fast forward to today, my new Durango had a radiator hose that split coming off the highway and drained the entire coolant system. I had to have it towed to Foss to be serviced. They originally wouldnt be able to see iy until Thursday but was able to get it in Tuesday to diagnose it and order parts! Being this was a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, I didnt expect to be charged for this but received a quote of over 600$ between parts and labor. After a few phone calls, Tim Foss called me back and cleared up the confusion and agreed to cover all of the repair expense! I only buy from Foss because of stellar service like this. They truly are the best to buy from and have your vehicles maintained with. I did all my own work for years because I dont trust most mechanics to be fair and honest with pricing. Foss has always gone above and beyond and I would not bring any vehicle whether I bought it from them or not to anyone but them.
