In my case, I was repeatedly told that certain items were considered "wear and tear," even though the vehicle was sold as a Certified Pre-Owned Porsche. As a consumer, it can be frustrating to pay a premium for a CPO vehicle and later face expensive repairs that you believe should have been identified or addressed during the certification process. Porsche Stratham also shared with Porsche Cars North America that they have been in contact with you directly and have previously provided this information, along with an offer to appraise your vehicle. Their leadership team--including the General Manager and CEO--are aligned in this determination.
