She is experiencing electrical issues with her car and random lights go out all the time (brake lights, blinkers, head lights) and right from the get go once they realized it was a woman's car they changed their tone. Basically called me and her an idiot for thinking there was anything wrong. Told me they fixed the issue just by replacing a turn signal bulb. The issue was NOT fixed, and there was still a brake light out and the turn signal light (which they "replaced") was still out. They were EXTREMELY rude to her and to me. It's a shame this business has gone downhill. Used to be a good business.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Walls Ford, and have serviced 2 others. The sales staff have always treated me with respect and negotiations have been honest and fair. Sean Freeman in service is an outstanding service advisor, the Technicians and Mechanics, have been excellent in diagnosing and fixing any problems I have had, even though they are few. They fix it right, the first time. As cars get more and more complex, Good Diagnosticians are becoming more and more rare. Walls has been pretty good in this area, better than most. As a Ford customer since 1981, I have experienced many ford dealerships over the decades, starting with Wilmington, Bonnell, Sentry and Regan, Ford, all now long gone. Had good luck at Londonderry ford with my Supercharged Mustang, but have settled on Walls as the best for the past 16 years, take my word for it, it does not get much better than these guys as dealerships go.

I contacted the dealership through their website and scheduled a day and time to check out the car. They messaged me saying the car would be waiting outside for a test drive. When I arrived, the car was still inside the dealership. The dealer I was working with, Mr. DeVito, asked me to wait while he arranged the test drive. Since it was lunchtime, I went to a nearby restaurant. While I was eating, Mr. DeVito called and asked me to come back the next day. I didn't understand why I had to return after already scheduling an appointment, but I agreed. The next day, the car was finally outside. I drove it with Mr. DeVito. Since I planned to trade my old car as part of the purchase, we negotiated the prices of both vehicles. We reached an agreement, and Mr. DeVito told me I had seven days to have the car inspected. I mentioned that in my experience buying cars from dealers, inspections are usually completed by the dealership before purchase. Mr. DeVito told me they didn't have the registration yet, so they couldn't do the inspection. He then said, "You do the inspection, I promise to reimburse you; we'll send you a check." I left the dealership, and within minutes, they called me back saying they had the registration after all--clearly proving they could have done the inspection themselves. It's been almost two months since I purchased the car, and I still haven't received the promised reimbursement check. While the amount was only $35, a promise is a promise, and failing to honor it reflects poorly on the dealership. Overall, the entire experience with Wall's Ford was very disappointing. From the mismanaged appointment and test drive to the unfulfilled promise, it was a frustrating process. I will never buy a car from this dealership again, and I highly recommend others stay away as well.

The salesman Ben was a pleasure to work with. No high pressure bull crap, just quick answers to all my initial questions with no foxy pauses to consult with the manager or finance team. I felt like I was working with a neighbor and that he was on my side. I even decided to consider a second vehicle mid-negotiations and Ben was great about it and listened carefully to my concerns that I was worried about a 2-wheel drive car in New England winters. We landed on the Sonata and I took it for a test drive. My initial impressions of the car were very high. But 4 days and 400 miles later I am in love with the car. I have been fortunate enough to own many expensive vehicles in my lifetime including the truck I also presently own which is a high luxury vehicle costing over 3 times the price of my Sonata. I can say so far that at any price the Sonata is one of the most comfortable and best performing vehicles I have owned. It is very futuristic. The interior especially feels like a gaming cockpit and the seats are as comfortable as any expensive gaming chair. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I will update this review as the years go by to further expand on my experience but so far I could not be happier with my 2025 Hyundai Sonata and the entire team at McFarland Hyundai

Their warranty says they'll pay 50% if you have engine trouble, but you have to bring it back to them. I couldn't do that, not knowing whether the car would even make it the 50 mile trip. So I took it to another shop (right after getting a verbal OK from Mike on a phone call to do it). It was the coil (also a break fluid reservoir leak, but that's not an engine problem, I get that). After avoiding my emails and calls for three weeks, Scott finally got back to me today refusing to pay any money, insisting that I had to bring the car to them. Bottom line: they're not honest people.
