Been service customers at Stratham Audi for a few years. Always appreciate the timely and friendly…read moreservice. Rick and his team are thorough, detailed, and address every issue noted, with follow-up phone calls and written notes. Their service notes make it easy to schedule upcoming, major maintainenance and add to the vehicle's value by demonstrating service history. A few months ago I took the allroad in for a major service. It was handled well by service manager Rick and technician Joel, including some non-standard requests, and a driver who gave me a ride at 5:30pm to the C&J bus stop, right when he was about to leave for the day. Soon after I drove in to pick up some parts. At the parts counter the parts manager printed out an exploded parts diagram to make installation easier. On my way out I mentioned to the service representative (not Rick, the other gent) that the brake pedal was a bit softer since the last service. He had technician Joel drive the car, find the issue and fix it, within 30 minutes. Audi dealerships don't always have the best reputation for servicing vehicles that are not brand new. Stratham Audi's level of service and customer focus has kept me coming back even after I moved closer to a Boston dealer. Keep up the great work!

Most recently I booked a service and reserved a loaner vehicle after receiving an emailed coupon for a discount to return. I decided to give them one more chance. I showed up 10 minutes early and was told that they don't do loaner vehicles for the two services I booked. My reservation confirmation showed a loaner vehicle but they refused to give me one, so I had to take my car and leave to make some work meetings. No one called or emailed me to say that they don't do loaner vehicles for the type of service I booked so I could come prepared to do work on site while waiting. And I've 1000% had a loaner vehicle for that kind of service before. I drove 30 minutes each way to have such a poor experience and wasted a significant portion of my valuable morning. They have lost me as a customer and as someone who's vehicle is 8+ years old, I will likely be in the market for a new vehicle soon and will absolutely not consider this dealership when it comes time to look.

Dana, Kevin, and Scott were amazing throughout the entire process. They made everything seamless, were upfront and transparent, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We truly appreciated their professionalism and outstanding customer service. We couldn't be happier with our experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Stratham BMW!

No concern for customers they just put on fake smiles and act like they care. Sold me a vehicle…read morewith a "6k" repair job not even 2 days into owning the vehicle, but the sales man Steve "hazard" ensured I was making a safe purchase, he said the vehicle was throughly inspected before being put out for sale (so why can't you find an ac evaporator leak). Had to go back and forth with them for at least over a month and a half to get them to fix it for free, mind you this happened in the summer so I wasn't even driving the vehicle for the first 2-3 months of me owning it. Might I mention that the vehicle also had 2 other problems within the first month of me owning it. During the purchasing process I was met with lots of passive aggression from the sales person I purchased from steve "hazard" and the finance manager Benjamin. They rushed me and made me feel super pressured. I was wondering why my loan was so high for the price of the vehicle I purchased so I go check and they ended up sneaking a $3k "accessories fee" without disclosing that to me (they won't own up it of course) now when I try getting into contact with them they all ignore me. Worst dealership experience I've ever had, this all shows the carelessness that occurs here. If you want financial stress and to be treated like a lesser person this is the perfect dealer.

I…read morehave been a loyal customer of VIP for several years and have been satisfied with the VIP treatment I have received until I discovered the real reason for my satisfaction. As my aging vehicle began to need repairs the service technician would discuss the needed repairs with me. He always presented the condition of the car in three parts--safety issues, which had to be done immediately, items that will eventually need repair, and those items that are discretionary. And as my car has passed the quarter million mile mark, he is now keeping me abreast of the total condition of the car, so that he can advise me when I need to consider purchasing another car. As a woman who relies on her car for her living, my service technician has become a valuable asset to me. When I make my appointments at VIP, I always ask for Pat, who always greets me with a smile and with his professional approach gives me the confidence that my vehicle is in good hands. Before I came to VIP I did experience service writers who tried to sell me service that I did not need at the time and service technicians who charged me for bogus diagnoses. In dealing with Pat I always feel confident that I am fully informed of my vehicle's needs, and I am paying for exactly what my vehicle needs. And when repairs and maintenance are completed, I am convinced that I have received the best deal for the life of my car.
