This location has terrible customer service and stole $30 from me. I went into the store to get 5…read morefeet of fuel hose. They only had 3 feet, so I had them order more for me. A few days later, I went to pick it up. I forgot my receipt, and they couldn't find my order, which I thought was weird. I needed the fuel hose, so I bought 5 feet with the intention that I would come back with the receipt and get a refund since I never picked it up. When I returned with the receipt, the manager said it was rung up as a sale, not an order, and he couldn't do anything for me since I didn't have a fuel hose to return. When I told him I didn't have the fuel hose because it was an order, and I never received it. He called me a liar, saying, "How would I know you never received it?" He told me I might be able to come in when the cashier who checked me out was in, and maybe he would remember me, but otherwise, he could not help me. I have a corporate account with O'Reilly and maintain a fleet of vehicles. I don't have time to go in a 4th time for this matter. From now on, I'll be shopping elsewhere and cannot recommend this location. If you're the owner reading this, you should talk with your manager about basic customer service because you just lost a corporate account.

I needed a BCM for a 96 Jeep. I was advised that it could be returned if it was incompatible with my Jeep. Turns out that I didn't need the part itself, nor could I install it anyway because it would have changed my mileage, AND I would have had to have replaced or reprogrammed the chip I'm my keys. (I was advised of none of this by Herbert's) The day I took it in, with the receipt in hand, to return the part I was advised that they wouldn't return it because it had been obviously tampered with, I was given some B.S. about how they mark their plugs and this one didn't have any of their markings on them, the case itself was pointed out and the guy behind the counter told me it was obviously tampered with, he could tell by looking at it... Then came the giant lie... The same guy that sold me the part in Jan tells me "but even if it wasn't, we can't return stuff like this anyway, we don't have a return policy for computers and brain boxes" I know for a fact the bcm was not tampered with and while pointing this out to the staff and trying to ask clarifying questions I was brushed off and treated like I was trying to scam them. I warned my mechanic that they just accused him of being a thief and he assures me they will not get his companies business anymore. I will NEVER buy another part from them, EVER. I would rather buy a part brand new or over cost than return to this place. They are liars and cons. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Promising me delivery the next day (Thursday). Thursday rolls around and I call to confirm as I did the previous day. Only to be told the driver WON'T be able to deliver since it will put him out of his usual route. He (Luis) apologizes and swears up a down that his word is good. Even though Monday he made a promise he couldn't keep. So I call my mechanic and tell him the bad news. He's already upset since we missed the Wednesday "alleged" delivery date. Friday I call and speak with him again and he says, I thought we delivered it yesterday. I'm my head I'm like is he serious? He apologized and told me Friday. I wait on hold and he says, it's been delivered yesterday. I said are you sure? He says yes. I called mechanic and he confirms it was delivered late in the day prior. We brought the car into Gorman's for a brake and rotor repair (far cheaper than Subaru), and mentioned the noise offhand. Aaron took it for a quick drive and knew right away that at least one of the wheel bearings was causing the noise and needed repair. He suggested we get it done since the brakes were being done anyway and it would save us money. Our car has never been this quiet! I am blown away. Brakes are working great, too. We were going to walk back to get the car, but instead Aaron picked us up downtown! He also told us about some really beautiful places to go walking in nature that we hadn't heard of as we are new to the area. Honest prices, sharp mechanics, nice people. We'll be back!

I like keeping my cars in shape and wanted to find a local garage that I could go to for regular maintenance and the odd repair. I get frequent oil changes and listen to my mechanics advise on keeping up with filters, checking hoses, tires etc...for wear and replace asap to be safe. I am a good customer to have - and only ask for an honest garage. I called for brakes and gave the information they asked I was told they would look it up and call me back. No one called, I waited I waited. I then called and left a voice message asking if they had the quote. No one called back. Well their behavior speaks volumes to me about reliability.
