one of the biggest snakes of salesmen, the final boss of used car salesmen worked here, i don't see…read morehim under sales on their website, they probably promoted him to finance. more than one rotten experience here. they will purposefully mislead you and not give you info that you should have as a customer. purely self serving, not customer oriented. make sure you buy a low mileage used car the last day of the month like they pressure you to do... just so you can see the next day, first of the month, NEW cars being discounted to the price of the used car you just bought. what customer wouldn't pick the new car for the same price as a used car if given the option and given a heads up? who cares, make their monthly numbers for them which is all they care about. have a low mileage, clean trade in? expect one quarter of the average book value you see online, cuz u know, they're the experts, they "know the market"..... what's the definition of insanity? doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result and still being surprised when you're let down? how bout after buying two vehicles from this place, one used one new, inquiring about another new car.... only to have them respond and try to push you into a different model thousands of dollars more than the one you showed interest in, because at McGee, you get what THEY want you to get! toyotas are great, but avoid epping, go to Canobie Lake Toyota or McGovern Toyota in Portsmouth.

I've brought my truck in for service every 5k and they've taken great care of both my truck and me. The service team there always makes me feel like a special customer and make sure that all my questions and needs are answered. I always wait for my truck and @ a hour later I'm all set. The majority of the staff are young guys who don't last long. The older parts guys are the ones you need to deal with, and with any luck you might get what you need. But if it's not an overpriced jug of oil, or a bottle of car wax, you'll probably have to source your parts elsewhere.

My fiancé left there with tires that were never checked and severely under inflated. 1 of them went flat for no other reason than that the very next morning. I called store manager and he was polite and apologetic. He took the time right away to go back to the video and yes indeed his tech never tested the air pressure in any of the tires. Jeff offered to refund the service in full and to fully address the problem. I suspect this employee may be terminated and that Jeff will be stepping up his training and expectations from his employees from this point forward. Jeff called back within an hour to let me know the check was in the mail! He appreciated the problem being brought to his attention. What more could you ask for. I am recommending this branch to others and we will continue to use their services. It never hurts to review the maintenance checks thoroughly though, as in any garage!
