So I'm a little new to the Porsche community and as silly as it sounds, was kinda skeptical how my experience would go with getting my car serviced at a Porsche dealership, especially since my Boxster is older and a little on the weathered side. Well from the phone call scheduling my appointment, to picking my car up from the dealership the next day, it was an ABSOLUTE pleasure doing business with the team over there. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got my car done when I wanted it done. Got live updates and options as my car was being looked at, and they even detailed the car to an extent that I have never seen it cleaned before. Very quick and easy pick up process. Some of those things might seem simple and not notable, but in my experiences with dealerships I think it's far and few. All around very enjoyable experience. ***INTERNET BUYERS BEWARE***After a lengthy nationwide search for the perfect CPO Cayenne, in the color and configuration I wanted, I was thrilled to find one at Porsche Stratham! Enough so that I paid full asking price plus shipping across the country. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the vehicle arrived. The rear taillight was filled with condensation, and there were deep scratches on the driver's side rocker panel that extended to the bare metal. Neither of these significant defects had been disclosed before the sale. The sales team's response was equally disappointing. I was told the condensation in the taillight was normal and would dissipate and was offered a bottle of touch-up paint for the scratches. Both responses proved to be unacceptable. The taillight had to be replaced under the CPO warranty at a cost of $1,720 (failed seal), and the damaged rocker panel required a professional repaint costing $1,154. To make matters worse, I made four attempts to contact Sales Manager Anthony Wallace to discuss these issues, yet I never received the courtesy of a return call. I expected so much more from a Porsche dealership, especially when purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Obvious defects should be disclosed before the sale, and customers deserve responsive service when legitimate concerns arise. Based upon my experience, I cannot recommend Porsche Stratham. read more

My experience with a 2018 Porsche Panamera 4S has been disappointing. I drove the vehicle less than 2,000 miles after purchase and encountered major issues, including suspension concerns and battery problems. I requested the vehicle's prior service history to better understand whether these issues existed before I purchased the car, but Porsche Cars North America stated that they would not provide previous service records due to privacy policies. In my case, I was repeatedly told that certain items were considered "wear and tear," even though the vehicle was sold as a Certified Pre-Owned Porsche. As a consumer, it can be frustrating to pay a premium for a CPO vehicle and later face expensive repairs that you believe should have been identified or addressed during the certification process. My advice: Before purchasing any CPO Porsche, ask detailed questions about: The condition of the suspension system and battery. Whether any components are near the end of their expected service life. What is and is not covered under the CPO warranty. Whether there are any pending recommendations or signs of wear that may lead to costly repairs shortly after purchase. A CPO designation does not necessarily guarantee that you will avoid major repair expenses. Obtain a thorough pre-purchase inspection and make sure you fully understand the warranty limitations before signing. after two months of waiting and constantly communicating with dealership and Porsche North America that all they said to me "I wanted to provide you with an update regarding your concerns. Porsche Cars North America has connected with Porsche Stratham and spoke with Anthony W., a Sales Manager. Based on their review, the components in question have been identified as wearable items, and as such, there is no coverage available as wearable components are not warrantable. As it has been over a year since the vehicle purchase, they advised that this matter has been discussed with you on several occasions. Porsche Stratham also shared with Porsche Cars North America that they have been in contact with you directly and have previously provided this information, along with an offer to appraise your vehicle. Their leadership team--including the General Manager and CEO--are aligned in this determination. As noted, Porsche Stratham remains available to appraise your vehicle should you wish to explore a potential buyback option. Additionally, Porsche Cars North America supports the Porsche Center's assessment and recommends proceeding with repairs through Porsche Gold Coast. We also reached out to Porsche Gold Coast on your behalf and spoke with Deja in their service department. They confirmed that the rear shock absorber is leaking and cracked, requiring replacement. A quote has been provided in the amount of $3,033.77 for this repair and Porsche Manhattan Quote me 12,927.03 for all the issues that the car has. Absolute worst car buying experience in my life! I had a complicated transaction due to a title deficiency on my trade in. The challenges started when the company failed to recognize that this would cause a problem and left me with a brand new Porsche sitting in my driveway for 3 months! Had they told me from the beginning that getting a duplicate title would be a long process I would have kept my trade in car during the process. They were so eager for the sale that they did not care and left me in this ridiculous positron. Furthermore, after the title came in they failed to register the Porsche and despite 5 calls to Russ in Porsche finance and the GM, no calls to date have been returned.Oh yes, they owe my 2,500.00 that they have failed to pay me back. My insurance agents have said that they have never seen such a mess. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE POPLE. I am consulting an attorney as we speak. read more

I inquired about a preowned vehicle with one of the sales people at Porsche Stratham, I was very interested in the car and wanted to move forward with the possible purchase of the car and made a deposit. The photos that were sent to me made the car look like it was in perfect shape. When I went to the dealership to look at the car in person, the sales person did not tell me that the back rear bumper had quite a large scuff, and perhaps had even been in an accident. I was quite disappointed, and also quite disappointed in the way that the salesperson handled me. I found the salesman to be quite rude, and his communication was horrible. I had to email him multiple times to get a response to simple questions such as if the car had new tires or not. Some questions I never even got answers to. With this dealership being a luxury brand and handling many high net worth clients I was very disappointed in the treatment that I received. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership especially if they aren't selling you one of their high end vehicles. read more

I first made contact with the dealership on line when inquiring about an incoming Cayenne Turbo. They responded quickly and stayed in touch with me until the vehicle arrived. I was in the vicinity when I received their text and drove over to take a look. I was met by Anthony Wallace who opened up the service area to show me the vehicle. Even though I could not drive it he spent a great deal of time showing me all aspects of the redesigned Cayenne. I also chatted with Travis about my time in the military and his present Marine reserve service. I made it clear to Anthony that I did not like drawn out deals or haggling back and forth so we began putting numbers together on my Porsche trade following our first meeting. After driving the vehicle we finalized a deal down to the penny. When I drove to the dealership to pick up the vehicle (without giving Anthony an exact time), it was ready to roll. The service department is so bad here. 5 times they tried to repair my convertible. They would say fixed and even in the parking lot it wouldn't go down. It has been in for over a month. They even had gaul to tell me they pulled the mechanic off cause he had to work on someone else's car??? What??? I have owned three Porches and will never go back to see them again for sales or service! read more

Recently purchased a used VW from this dealership- great experience start to finish! Negotiated fairly, they serviced the car prior to delivery and took the time to point out all the details and features when I picked it up. Lots of warranty options available which were clearly explained and reasonably priced; I did not opt for any but would have if I were buying a Porsche. Professional sales team, very enthusiastic as you might expect with the Porsche brand. Followed up after the sale to make sure I was happy with everything. We have two Porsches... one a Cayenne Turbo and the other a Macan Turbo. Porsche of Stratham recently serviced these flawlessly, and were very easy to work with from a scheduling point of view. I don't know how these people sell any cars! About a month ago, on a Sunday, I visited Porsche of Stratham to inquire about purchasing a Porsche Cayenne. After my visit, I had questions about certain vehicles regarding pricing and emailed Eric, the Sales Manager, I never got a response from him, not even an acknowledgement of my email. A few days later I emailed Mr. Moreira, the General Manager, I never got a response from him either. This week, I sent an online inquiry about a car listed on their website and guess what... When your 100,000 car breaks down there's nothing like being told oh well we can give you the number to roadside assistance and then fix your car when we get to it!!! Oh and maybe the tow truck can give you a ride home because we can't!!!! That was what I got from Porsche of Nashua (Jeff). I then called Bill at Porsche of Stratham. He was kind, helpful , and offered solutions. My car was fixed the next day. The dealership is clean and the service outstanding. They really do care about your experience and welfare unlike those rude people at porsche of Nashua. I almost traded my car in that day but Bill was able to salvage the Porsche Brand for me!
