As a young female it is hard to feel that you aren't getting ripped off by a mechanic but I have never felt this way here. If you need a trustworthy place for car service/inspection, this is place to go. *I haven't needed them for towing but can't imagine the experience would be any different.

I was involved in an accident and the state police called this company to tow my car, I would've…read morecalled AAA, but they didn't give me a choice. The police informed me that the tow truck would drop me off nearby or bring me to the shop. Since I was just south of exit 6 on route three I asked to be dropped off right off exit 6. The tow truck told me it would be $250 to be dropped off anywhere but the tow truck yard. I told him I just needed to be dropped off right off the exit and he pointed south on route three and said rudely, "I'm going THAT way". When I found out the shop was in , I was extremely confused. He obviously had to turn around and go north on route three past the exit I was asking to be dropped off on. I called the next morning, and asked what their policy was for being dropped off nearby. The man on the phone informed me that it was free to be dropped off right off an exit. I then told him what I was told the previous night and he told me that "I was hysterical and ran straight to the police officer." I then asked him how he knew who I was and informed him that was not what happened. Unfortunately, I had the unpleasant experience of having to go there to sign a written release so my insurance could pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, I said a friendly hello to the man at the counter to which he put up a finger and said "one moment" without looking up from his computer screen. I had to sign a waiver, releasing them of all liability if I fell on the ice rink that is their property. After, I was told I could get my personal belongings out of my vehicle, but I could not find it in the tow yard. I would avoid this company at all in the future. I do not know how much my insurance will have to pay or how much I am going to have to pitch in, but I am very unhappy with the customer service, lies, and general sketchiness of this company.

I chose REP for their location and inventory of BOSS plows. During the process of installation,…read morethere were a few miscommunications prior to and upon completion by an employee to me. This led me to making some unexpected modifications to my truck in order to accommodate the plow. I was not happy about this as it delayed the process of installation. When I came to pick up the plow, Ross (one of the owners) met me and went over the plow and it's functions with me. He is an upstanding guy who is polite, professional and respectful. He rectified the situation and addressed the issues that led to some of the hurdles. Very few businesses stand behind anything and lack integrity these days. I would highly recommend REP because Ross cares about his customers and will do whatever it takes to make sure everything is right. He's truly the kind of man you want to do business with.
