AutoZone in Plaistow New Hampshire store opens at 7:30 am as the sign on the door states. At 7:33 am the doors were locked and there was an employee at the register near the door who looked over as I tried to enter and then looked the other way. So I left and at 7:35 the doors were still locked. Poor customer service! read more

I have ALWAYS gone to this Autozone for key battery replacement and they do it for me. This time I went in and this guy with a thick accent denies me. I told him I've been here before and multiple times and they have always helped me. He still stated no we do not do that here. I am very confused on why they help you replace your car's battery (saw an employee w a customer outside) but won't help you with a key fob battery?! Very weird. I think the guy was new, sad to see that he didn't read up on how to do his job correctly. 1 star because the facial expressions he gave me made me feel like an idiot. read more

Oil Recycling Denied. Do not believe their advertisement that this store will recycle used oil. They will not. Although its a state law. They don't care. I attempted to return used oil on Sept 24 and they had more excuses and turned me down. I went to a competitor who gladly accepted it. Guess were I will do all my shopping now? read more

Awful service! Misleading advertise! Went in to buy a battery, and get the replacement that is complimentary with it, and the guy at Auto Zone refused to touch the battery because it was covered with acid. One advise: if you sell a service, be prepared and equipped to handle it. The guy then told us to "go across the street" (to NTB). We are glad we did! Cheaper and better service! read more

I am by no means an expert on cars so dealing with car issues isn't fun. I was really happy with the service I received. Everyone at the store was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted immediately and asked what help I needed. Mark, the parts manager,was exceptionally helpful and helped run diagnostics on my car and figure out a solution. Not generally a "friendly" store. Recently, during a northeaster with very heavy rain, in the dark, I pulled up to the store - no other cars or customers in sight - to run in and just pick up license plate bolts. As I approached the entry door an employee opened the door and told me to move my car, which I did with no complaint. Completely drenched, I ran in and asked him where license plate bolts were. Oddly, he asked for the make and model of the vehicle [for license plate bolts ??!!]. I provided the information and he said "there aren't any." I said " none anywhere in here hanging up somewhere???" He said "sure." I asked where, so he, reluctantly, took me to some. After I paid, he grinned and sarcastically said "try to stay dry." I am a 70 year-old woman. My family and I are all regular customers of AutoZone. THIS store and many of it's employees are just NOT NICE. The behavior of that employee was DESPICABLE. There are three other auto supply stores right IN PLAISTOW !!! AND, everyone I've told this to, agrees that THIS Autozone has a problem. read more

STAY AWAY... I had one salesperson bend the wiper arm on my car then I went to purchase a battery and asked if they price matched, which they said they did except for Walmart, only to find out that the sales person LIED as they are the only ones that sell that brand so how can you price match? Secondly, the one I purchased had a 3 year warranty and I later found out that I could have spent less at NTB for a 5 year battery. I'm done with this place. read more
