Brought my 2013 jeep wrangler for a repair...4 days later i I picked the vehicle up. But I noticed…read morethat the aftermarket parts did not Fit correctly. So I brought it back. Mind you lost time for work, lost time period. I picked the vehicle up the second time. My driver side mirror is not working. It was disconnected, but not connect it again. So 3 trips later. The jobs should be done right the first time. Upon picking it up. I also noticed they only cleaned half of the vehicle. The side that they worked on. So now my Jeep looks like a commercial. It's a car product Before & After. I will never use them again, nor will I recommend them.

I dropped my vehicle off for repair of a small dent and a passenger side mirror replacement on May…read more1st and was told I'd be updated every other day on the status. I was updated on May 30th that my vehicle would be completed the next day May 31st. They called me on May 31st and said the mirror was never ordered and they had to order it that day which meant I would have to wait until the mirror came in for completion. Now my 30 day insurance rental expired so I had to pay out of pocket for an additional 8 day rental. I picked up my car today June 8th and had to have them take it back in to buff the door they painted as it was scuffed. The Manager or owner never came out to apologize but they did make sure I paid my $300 deductible before I left. I would not recommend them to paint my toes never mind my car again.

Tim, one of their service providers, is always kind, helpful, and informative. I went to another dealership near my job (MA) to get an oil change, and they tried to scam me into new brakes right after I got them done at Granite Subaru. I was worried so I brought it here to have them ensure they were wrong. I've always had a great experience with them and I've been here at least 20 times! When looking for new cars, the salesmen were nice as well. Not overly pushy and was very transparent about the chip problem at the time, showing us their inventory, and recommending we come back in a few months when the issues are sorted (this was during the nationwide chip issue.) Overall can't recommend granite subaru enough!

It was the last day of the month we wanted to put down $21k on a $34K Outback. They said it would be easier for them if we financed the whole thing and made a lump payment on the first month of the loan and our monthly payment would be less. We did them a favor and because of their unethical actions, I'm now stuck with a monthly payment more than I can afford. The manger on duty on Wednesday August 12th 2026 told me that all their employees know how car loans work and they never would've said that. Here's where their unethical actions come into play. They actually offered an additional $100 off to help cover the first month of extra finance until we paid the lump sum. Super Manager's only advice was "Hey, you can always refinance!". What a joke.

The first time 2 days into owning it, it was leaking oil all over my garage which they took it back and put a seal in to make it stop. it has started again. the second thing is its leaking wiper fluid everywhere. i brought it to them yesterday and i called them by the end of the day and they said they couldn't find anything wrong which i know isn't true because i took the car apart and found the leak prior to taking it to them. I am also now missing part of my undercarriage which they took off and swear that it was never there, again i know that's not true because i took it off and put it back on prior to taking it to them. Anyways i picked up the car and about 10 mins later i went back to grab something i left there and i look at the spot where the car was parked and there was giant puddle where it was parked when i went over to show it to them i was told " we are not a car dealership, we will not take the car back, we don't know what's wrong with it" needless to say i will not be returning as there both rude and not trust worthy. -100 stars if i could stay clear of this crapshoot.

I have had the pleasure of working with John and Josh in service as well as Jennifer and Brian in the body shop. Getting in an accident can be stressful but Commonwealth really put me at ease. What a nightmare! Worst experience ever! It's bad enough that you have to deal with all the other…read morestuff that has to do with the accident. But thinking it's a dealership body shop it's in good hands, was I terribly mistaken. The quality of the work was unacceptable, there was a paint drip, the taping and masking was not on a professional level, they didn't fill some of the light scratches and it shows in the paint finish. They nicked the paint and tried to cover it up and then tried to tell the insurance that it was like that, then they said they would take care of us and fixed the drip and paint chip but then messed something else up. They literally took a paint brush and did a couple passes on the body line hoping we wouldn't notice which is impossible because it's bumpy and sticks out like a sore thumb. Worst part is that area had nothing to do with the accident. We have been told at least 3 times that the vehicle is ready for pick up and we have had to turn it down every time. First time the paint didn't match, second time they said they buffed the new paint and it is the best match that's when I pointed out the nick probably occurred when they buffed it and the paint drip, third time they fixed the nick and paint drip but the paint strokes is a new issue. But the major issue of the paint not matching is still not fixed. The vehicle is a white pearl which I have had in the past. My last vehicle was a 2017 Honda crv in the same white pearl and it was involved in 2 separate accidents both times I brought it to Lannan Chevy and they took care of us. First time was the hood and it matched. Second time was the passenger fender and font bumper and it didn't match they reshot the pearl and it matched. I have taken those experiences and asked commonwealth body shop to try and shoot a coat of pearl or blend the area but I have been redirected to my insurance and how my insurance is only paying $45/hr not $100+/hr so this is the best work we will get. I am being told the plastic rear bumper will never match the metal quarter panel and lift gate as it is a different material. Be that as it may, but the difference is too obvious and that has not been addressed. I have been left with no choice but to do research and ask body shop if they are willing to try buffing surrounding areas to see if the transition is better. They have also told my insurance not to do the supplement to blend the joining areas as they are afraid they will be chasing the problem until they paint the full vehicle. Let me be clear I do not want a full paint job, I just want my vehicle to come out of the body shop looking like there was no accident that is the whole point of bringing it to the body shop. Mind you it wasn't like the car was in a major accident it was 2 panels that were scratched.
