Mike was more than helpful with my issues. He broke down the problems clearly and straightforward and was extremely honest in his recommendations and what I should do going forward. He was kind enough to run some tests and examine things under the hood and make some adjustments. Mike shared patience and made sure I was comfortable understanding the conditions of my vehicle while giving me advice and recommendations on how to go forward. If I lived in the area I'd happily have him work on my car in the future, your mind should be at ease knowing your vehicle is on the hands of someone who cares, is honest and takes pride in their work!

I was told that the spark plug in cylinder 2 needed to be replaced and that, since the engine was already being accessed, all six spark plugs should be replaced. Trusting the mechanic's professional judgment and wanting to properly maintain my vehicle, I agreed. The repair did not resolve the issue and returned the following day. I was told the engine would need to be taken apart. At that point, I declined further work and decided to take the vehicle to the dealership, as it is a relatively new used vehicle (44,000 miles) and I no longer felt confident after being told the issue had been fixed when it had not. I also overheard one of the shop's employees state that "every vehicle fixed in the shop the day before was back the next day." The dealership just informed me that no spark plugs or coils were replaced and that all components are original. I am blown away right now. Based on this information, I will be pursuing this matter through the various agencies.

They did not hesitate to call and look further into helping me in my time of need ! They called John to assist them with getting the lock lug nut off. John arrived no more than 10 minutes later to save my day ! He was able to get the lock lug nut off and get my spare tire put on in no time ! When I tried to give this man money for his troubles he wouldn't take it ! Good people still ! I can't thank this man enough for his kindness ! I will certainly be giving this shop my business for my future car needs !

They checked it out thoroughly, explained what may be happening, offered to take it right back if things get worse, returned it and charged me...nothing. I'd have expected to pay at least for their time, but perhaps I'm just used to the ways of the big, bad city and modern times. These people are SO knowledgeable and SO accommodating, I can hardly believe my great luck to have found them. (They did come highly recommended.) I left to do a few errands only to have the power steering go on my return trip home. I thought if I phoned AAA they would definitely come and end up towing the car - leaving me stranded and of all times it was the holiday .. So I thought, just try to get home. If it goes completely at least you will be closer. So I proceeded to drive VERY slowly without taking any turns .... Try that sometime! Haha I got back safely but was unsuccessful parking it... Anyone who saw it would definitely think I'd had some type of liquid lunch ... Tuesday morning I phoned the closest repair shop to me - which is Main St Auto..it's very close but with my health being what it is now too far for me to walk. Rami asked if I could get the car there but not to worry - he would help me get back home. How kind is that! With all the muscle I've got I managed to get the into his parking area. He explained he would go over it and call me. He was truthful in that the actual work probably wouldn't be completed the same day... I saw how busy they are and definitely understood. I was just grateful I could get the car there & the opportunity to have what was wrong repaired. And just as he said, he gave me a ride back to where I live..... He phoned later in the day with the diagnosis along with an estimate of the cost. I felt the price quoted was definitely fair. So yesterday late morning he called and said it was all set. Then asked if I needed a ride to pick it up - I did. He was here within 10 minutes with my car. We drove back, settled the bill and I drove back home - steering perfectly. This was an awesome experience! I was a new & desperate customer and Rami was so kind. He definitely went out of his way to help me and the work done so well. From now on I will be bringing my car there for service !!!
