ATTENTION PRIUS AND HYBRID OWNERS! There is an alternative to going to a dealership…read more I was fortunate to have had a friend that referred me to them as I have a Prius and pretty much every other auto repair shop referred me to a dealership as they do not work on hybrids Matt absolutely did everything requested and the quality spoke for itself. The value of the customer service and work done far exceeds their price! which was lower by far than a dealership They have a lifetime customer now!! They went way above and beyond! So grateful to have found them.

Exceptional customer service with transparency and honesty. Even before the work was done, I felt…read moreconfident I was in great hands. Leo & Sons Auto Repair is a family-owned business, which really resonated with me. I've been to several auto repair shops in the past, and I often had to return because parts were missing, issues weren't fully resolved, or something else broke during the repair process. At Leo & Sons, I also got my state inspection done, and the whole process was seamless. They gave me peace of mind from the moment I contacted them. They have a fantastic text message system and an easy-to-use website where you can book appointments. Plus, they send you a digital receipt, so you won't lose it, and it's eco-friendly too. Additional perks: They offer WiFi for guests and have a comfortable waiting area where you can charge your phone or laptop and work remotely if needed, or just check social media or read some of their many funny quotes. Time flew by while I waited. There's also a clean bathroom for clients.

Mini Cooper and RAV4 Work I have had done at Allman's : Brakes, welding, exhaust, tires, electrical, fuel issues, lights, pumps, oil, coolant, and transmission fluid changes and I'm sure there was more I don't remember. They are honest, fair, and competent. These boys know cars and will always help you out. I'd give six stars if I could. They will take photos of damage or issue areas before repair and text it to you before fixing if you require it. They have text reminders and emails to keep you up on your car before during and after repairs. They have after hour key drop off. When you get your oil changes they do a thorough inspection to find all of the issues you may have and rate them in stop light fashion( super helpful for budget planning your repairs) My family would be in bad shape without these guys. I had a recent experience where I brought my car in that could have been repaired (that's how they get paid), they put it up on the lift and said "it's time" knowing I dumped a lot into it in the last year and this repair would require a lot more. They could have said yeah fix it and out goes my cash, but they didn't they were honest and legit. They would have done the repairs no problem if I had asked but they did what they thought was best for me. It was an aging SUV with 170k and things were getting grim underneath. I would not consider going elsewhere. They take my calls and fix my stuff A freaking plus BOOM!

As long as Kevin is in business I do not need another mechanic. Honest, fair and efficient. What…read moreelse can you ask for?

He diagnosed it immediately, cleared a bay, and ordered parts. On top of that, Dan drove me to a U-Haul spot, and his crew helped move my cargo so I could finish my deliveries while they did the repairs. An hour and a half later, I was back on the road with a smoothly running vehicle. Super fair prices and unmatched kindness. They could have overcharged me given the emergency, but they were completely honest and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Another gentleman behind the computer identified himself as the owner and said he was there for 30 years. I told him the only reason I was there is because I found him on yelp and your customers love you. He smiled, and said "hey, we try to do our best. You know it's a car business it's tough, but we try to do our best."! I think that's all we can expect is someone's best. The salesman was a very nice gentleman who let us look at the car without interrupting or acting condescending, etc. He recognized I had a small amount of mechanical aptitude and did not belittle me or put me down because I was trying to do a little due diligence on count of my 17 1/2 year-old son. We took the vehicle for a ride and came back. We said we had to take a drive and talk about it. He said, "why don't you take this car for another drive and talk about it"? which I thought was pretty great. We took another drive in the car and we came back and made a great deal! I didn't beat them up and they did not beat me up. It felt really good to do a good old-fashioned deal. The handshake , well it was great, I know that sounds corny and a little ridiculous but if you come here, I'm sure you'll experience the same thing. We haven't picked the car up yet. Just did the deal, but I'll certainly check back and let you all know.

Took my truck to Groveland auto and they found the issue and got it fixed in a couple days, needed a dealership part, with just the right amount of explaining to a non-auto person. They were upfront about what the repairs were and the cost was = when I did some online quotes. They even went above and beyond to come pick me up (I live a few miles away) when my car was ready. Good, friendly service. Will be going back if needed for future repairs and inspections.

Quick review. I intend to update:…read more I brought my vehicle in due to shaking during acceleration. I was told that the spark plug in cylinder 2 needed to be replaced and that, since the engine was already being accessed, all six spark plugs should be replaced. Trusting the mechanic's professional judgment and wanting to properly maintain my vehicle, I agreed. The repair did not resolve the issue and returned the following day. I was told the engine would need to be taken apart. At that point, I declined further work and decided to take the vehicle to the dealership, as it is a relatively new used vehicle (44,000 miles) and I no longer felt confident after being told the issue had been fixed when it had not. I also overheard one of the shop's employees state that "every vehicle fixed in the shop the day before was back the next day." The dealership just informed me that no spark plugs or coils were replaced and that all components are original. I am blown away right now. Based on this information, I will be pursuing this matter through the various agencies.
