They will take photos of damage or issue areas before repair and text it to you before fixing if you require it. They have text reminders and emails to keep you up on your car before during and after repairs. They have after hour key drop off. When you get your oil changes they do a thorough inspection to find all of the issues you may have and rate them in stop light fashion( super helpful for budget planning your repairs) My family would be in bad shape without these guys. I had a recent experience where I brought my car in that could have been repaired (that's how they get paid), they put it up on the lift and said "it's time" knowing I dumped a lot into it in the last year and this repair would require a lot more. They could have said yeah fix it and out goes my cash, but they didn't they were honest and legit. They would have done the repairs no problem if I had asked but they did what they thought was best for me. It was an aging SUV with 170k and things were getting grim underneath. This was rather surprising as there were no indications of a problem and my car is relatively new. So I went to another mechanic that I trust to have it checked out and he told me there was nothing wrong with the car. He also told me that he sees more and more people coming in after getting their oil checked by Cousins and being told they need all sorts of work done. I also told an acquaintance about my experience and he told me that his mechanic says the same thing - people come in crying because Cousins told them all sorts of things were wrong with their cars and he checks and finds it not true.

He doesn't have a web site, doesn't take credit cards. Answers his own phone. But he'll fix your car and not rip you off. My wife's car was due for both tires and brakes. He did the brakes for less than half the price the dealership quoted me, but also told me that he doesn't do tires (and gave recommendations where to get them done).
