If your going to berated your potential customers after they call ....hang up the phone first. Very apparent they don't like new customers.

Hudson Cycle has the worst customer service and quality of work I've ever done business with…read more I dismounted and delivered the wheels and tires from my Kawasaki Vulcan, to be mounted and balanced at Hudson Cycle . I placed wire ties through the inner races to retain the bearings and spacers. First, because I didn't buy the tires from Hudson Cycle they charged me double the normal rate ($45 each) to mount and balance the tires. Secondly, when I got the tires back from Hudson Cycle, the wire ties were not replaced after balancing and Hudson Cycle lost the rear spacer. Thirdly, when I went to remount the front wheel the weights fell off the rim, literally! I called Hudson Cycle and talked to Brian, about the missing spacer. He was completely unsympathetic to my issue, said they didn't have the spacer and I was on my own to find a replacement. This is not the first time I've had horrible service at Hudson cycle, but it will most definitely be the last time I do business with Hudson Cycle.

I personally went in for an inspection on my bike, and was basically told to get lost. They did not inspect the bike at all, they took one look at it and said it wont pass. Now the reasons for the bike not passing were technically valid (plate light not working). However in my personal experience a quality business would actually inspect the bike and give a report as to why it failed, and I believe it is also NH State Law that said Info has to be provided. When they looked at my bike it's like they didn't want to do any work and just handed me the key and told me to get lost, and not even in a polite manner. SERIOUSLY? That's how you people conduct your business? Absolutely unacceptable. I will be writing these reviews everywhere I can to hopefully prevent my fellow riders from wasting their time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have had nothing but problems with the scooter I bought from these people. I brought it back a couple days after purchasing it, because it wouldn't start and died out. The mechanic (Josh) is about as bright as a lightbulb that doesn't work. I brought my scooter back to these folks, earlier today (June 6, 2019) because I had yet another issue with the scooter. He didn't fix the issue and instead made things worse and potentially created another issue. I now have to send the bike off to a actual mechanic who knows what he is doing. The bike is inoperable at this present time. These people have inconvenienced me too many times in the month and a half that I have owned my scooter. The "mechanic" (Josh) cops an attitude every time I go there for him to correct the errors with the scooter, I purchased from them. These people sell JUNK and are a joke! I wouldn't spend another dime there! I would also recommend that potential customers, take their business to a reputable dealership, where they won't end up with GARBAGE!

If for some crazy reason you are thinking of doing business with Mario Marriotti and Middlessex…read morePowersports you best do your research (including calling the Chemlsford Police Dept.) and prepare to be ripped off. My experience with Middlesex Power Sports / Old Outboard Marina or what ever else Mario is calling himself now, was exactly the same as other reviews you will find on the web if not worse. Mario had my boat for no less than...wait for it...4 1/2 years (not months, years). During which time I stopped in many many times to check on its status. I had to stop in as Mario does not take or return calls. In fact most of the time you can't even leave a message as his message are full. Twice when I visited I found he had been evicted from his place and the boat along with most everything else was gone. Tracking him down to his new location was both time consuming and as anxiety packed as you can imagine. At one point he did have it finished (although not tested) and was delivering it too me only to have the back engine cover fly off on rt 495. Mario did not lock the cover down and it was caught by the wind and flew off. This was a truly rookie mistake that could have easily killed someone. This is a much longer story than I have time to write here but after all the pain, anguish and time, Mario ended stiffing me for $200....sigh. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BOAT HERE AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UP FRONT!

He is great at providing excuses and stories of crazy circumstances. He will tell you that all the bad reviews are just crazy "liberal" customers that had unrealistic expectations. I read the other reviews and figured I'd give him a shot. Bad call. Don't make the same mistake.

I needed a 5000k service, and thought I'd check it out. Troy treated my bike like it was his own, that to me was very important. Their 5000k service included everything from soup to nuts. In other words, more than any dealership. When I got the bill, I told Troy, I asked him if that was correct, as it seemed too low,...as I am an honest person and want to pay my fair share, he said that it was...sold...customer for life! Last winter I left my bike with Troy for another 5,000k service, to have the top end rebuilt, and to install a Ginz sissy bar with brackets and to have the brackets and fender supports powdercoated black. Quite a laundry list of things to do. When the bike was finished, it was mid winter, I told Troy that I wanted to ride it home, he said no problem, come and get it when you want to. There was one day in February when the weather was in the 50's. I told Troy that I wanted to come and pick it up, no problem. I thought that I would have to pay for storage at least while the bike was there, Troy said no. I was very pleased with the job that EVO did, and I could tell that Troy was too, as he told me how everyone in the shop enjoyed looking at the bike when it was finished. As a repeat customer, I want to say that I have been impressed with Troy and the quality service he and his staff at EVO Cycles provide in Derry, NH.

The first bike was a brand new 2017 Kawasaki Versys X, but it was at their sister dealership in Arlington (Cycles128 doesn't sell Kawasaki). My salesman at the time was Billy, and he was able to have the bike transferred from Arlington to Beverly for me, and I hadn't even put a deposit down on it. yet. This was based on a phone call I had made while on vacation in Costa Rica. Convenient! The whole process was easy, painless, and very relaxed. There was never any pressure or upselling, and it never felt predatory as vehicle sales so often are. Fast forward to just under a year later, and I decided to upgrade to a Suzuki VStrom 650. This time I had the great pleasure of dealing with Ellen Petrilli and Rick Brandano. Yet another chill, great experience. I told them right up front what I was looking for, and with that knowledge, they showed me other alternatives to consider but never discouraging me from my original goal. Their inventory is incredibly vast and a virtual candy store, and I was glad for the other options that were shown to me. I had my heart set on the VStrom, so we got down to business. Worth noting was a little hiccup on Suzuki's part, as their manufacturer website claimed that there were certain accessories included with the bike that tuned out not to be. Not a concern because Rick and C128 were on the case and miraculously got Suzuki to make good on their claim. They didn't have to do that, because most dealerships would predictably claim their hands were tied and just shrug it off. But not these guys. They totally prevailed and saved the day. That I will never forget. The numbers part of the operation was handled by Brad, with whom I had worked with on my prior purchase as well. Another great asset to the company. I now half-expect people to yell "Norm!" when I walk into the place now because I dealt with a lot of people and they're just a warm bunch. Just awesome.
