2020 Tesla Model Y Driving as if to test safety features

Had an experience with a test drive today. Was cut off while a young lady pulled out of the dealership on Rt 13 in the Red 2020 Tesla Model Y they have for sale. She was obviously testing the cars safety features. The hard braking went on until the gas station at the lights. I don't think id want to buy that car after the abuse. The Salesman was amused by it when I drove in to get a coffee and questioned the motives behind the dangerous driving. May want to alert this salesman they have to have the test driver follow laws or at least have courtesy for others. His amusement when I asked was less than professional and there was not a slight apology. The young lady was nice enough and quieted the salesman. Too bad a single salesperson can make an entire dealership look foolish and childish.

This place damaged my car and will not fix it properly. I'm new to the area so I brought my 2023 Crosstrek Sport to North End Subaru to have my 12V charging ports and driver's seat belt tightened. When my car was returned to me there was significant damage to my center console and center storage. It appeared as if whoever was fixing my 12V charging ports used a screwdriver to open the center parts and gouged out the panels. Both my seats were covered in grease and the center console and arm rests were greasy. The car was returned to me with no mention of this. We asked to speak with the manager and he seemed very concerned about the state of my car, they apologized, promised to fix everything like new. I had a loaner car for a week and was told today my car was ready for pick up. I came back and got in my car and while they replaced the parts with major gouges/damage. They left several parts with damage caused by them, center panels still popped out, center storage liner now peeling up. The center console and my door was still covered in greasy hand prints and now my center storage armrest area is extremely wiggily/loose. I am beyond upset and frustrated at this point. We asked to speak to the manager again and I pointed everything out and expressed my frustrations again. I was told by the manager that he looked at the car through the window but never got inside of it to ensure the repairs were made. They offered me to fix it again and another loaner. Another week later I am told it is ready again. I am just handed my keys, no one comes out with me to ensure the repairs are made. This time more of the repairs were made and the car was at least detailed. But the center sidepiece on the drivers side still popped out with a noticeable gap. At this point I am done, I will be taking my car somewhere else to have these damages repaired. The service team should be ashamed of themselves with what they have done to my car and myself as a customer. It seems as though they do terrible work and just hope the customers won't notice? Do they not wanted to do proper work when its under warranty? I'm not sure, this type of work/customer service makes zero sense to me.

North End Subaru is a great dealership that offers shuttle service and complementary loaner cars. I am happy to always have my vehicle serviced there and have been treated very well. I love the fact that I get a multi point inspection showing me my vehicles health at every service visit this adds great value to my service. And let's not forget they wash my vehicle when the weather is warm.

I have always been happy with Mazda service here, but today they really went out of their way to help me. I could not be happier with them.

Not even a follow up to see if I was satisfied with the vehicle I bought. Apparently loyalty means nothing to them. Oh well, lesson learned

Their sales associates may just ghost you...so be cautious. You are just a dollar amount to them and it's very disheartening.

I purchased a Honda Shadow from Robert at RC Motors. When I originally called, he was at an airport…read morein Florida, flying back to MA. This was on a Sunday. The bike was listed for a great price, and others similarly priced that I had found online were all sold by the time I inquired about them. He told me he could probably meet me at 8, but to text him at 6 to make sure we were still on. Not wanting to miss this deal, I rented a Uhaul (as they close at 5) and crossed my fingers that he would still be up for meeting me when I texted him. Fortunately, he was still up to sell me a bike after traveling all day. This was my first motorcycle, and I had a checklist of things to look for, but, besides that, I was utterly clueless about bikes. Robert patiently went over all the bike's features with me, even to the point of telling my companion how to properly mount and position herself for when I take her on rides. So, I bought the gorgeous bike which was over $1000 under NADA suggested retail. When I went to load the bike, I discovered the 10' box truck I had rented didn't have a ramp! Ugh! Luckily, Robert found a plank and assisted me with loading it. We ended up having to load it off the elevated bit of the parking area next door, but we managed. He also then assisted me in how and where to appropriately hook and secure the bike to the inside of the Uhaul. He even gave me the plank for whatever my plan to get the bike off at my home was (that was an adventure). I've been riding the bike for a week now and have put 200 miles on it. I haven't had a mechanic look at it yet, but it's been running beautifully and passed inspection without any issue. Overall, I had a very positive experience acquiring my first bike from RC Motors. Much thanks!

After two weeks of looking for a car and being harassed by pushy sales people, it was a relief…read moretalking to Mike and Rob. They took the time to get to know me and once we settled on the car we wanted and the price, everything else was smooth sailing. They took care of all the paper work and even took some time to get the car serviced (even subtle details like changing the batteries in the key fobs) and washed. But what impressed me the most was that they decided to have the brakes serviced before I went and picked it up because they were getting worn (they likely would have lasted me 5-10 thousand miles). A lesser dealer would have just swept that under the rug. The car had been great ever since and really was a great deal. If you're looking for a car i would start your search here, if I had, I wouldn't have to keep blocking calls from all these pushy sales people.

This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. This is my 3rd purchase from this…read moredealer and I expected to be treated fairly and honestly. This was not the case. I had a new salesperson who tried hard to answer my questions, but I honestly knew more about the vehicle than he did. Not his fault, I can look past inexperience. My issue is with the "Sales Manager" Garcia Wong who came in to assist him. I test drove the vehicle (top of the line Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultra) with the new salesperson. I told him this is Exactly the car I want but in the "Java Espresso" color. I even showed him the details off their own website. We discussed the $5000 rebate from Hyundai and the $1500 rebate from the dealership also on their website. I was quoted a fair payment (in line with my research on line) and I accepted the deal on the condition to actually see the car first. The new salesperson drove the car up to the front. I looked at the sticker price and I immediately saw it was the wrong car. Not even close; he brought up a base model Santa Fe with 0 add ons. I told him this was not the car and he went back in to get Garcia. Garcia came out and said they quoted me the price on the base model not the one we talked about? What? Are you kidding me? We only talked about the Limited Ultra, never about the base model. Garcia immediately blamed the new salesperson and said this model would be $7000 more than the price we agreed to. This is classic bait and switch. If I didn't check the actual car he would have been happy selling me a car we never discussed at a payment for the much more expensive model. I was very upset and they both "apologized" several times. Garcia said "let me try to work this out" and came back in a few minutes saying the payment would be $140 more a month. But because "we made a mistake, we will eat $40 of that", so you would have to pay $100 more a month". I was extremely upset at this point but I took him at his word. We sat down and talked more about the payment and what else he could do. He said he would throw in 1 year of free maintenance. He actually said "please don't tell anyone you got such a good deal because we are losing money". I mulled it over for a while, talked to my wife and we begrudgingly decided to accept the offer. While they were off doing the paperwork, I had such a bad feeling in my stomach. Something was still way off with the payment so I did some loan calculators on line and the numbers did not add up. When it was time to see the Finance Manager, Peter Eichholz I brought this up to him and he said "I have nothing to do with the deal, but what do you think is off"? I said "the price does not jive with my estimates on line and I'm not signing anything until I see all the details of the sales price and payments". He showed me the contract that Garcia wrote up and the price was over $5000 higher than my expectations (even over the sticker price). I told him that this price was not disclosed to me and upon further review I noticed the contract made no mention of the $5000 rebate from Hyundai. Peter left and came back within 1 minute and said "that was a coupon that you had to ask for". Seriously? I had to ask for a automatic $5000 HYUNDAI rebate that we talked about many times? Is this dealership for real? Peter took the $5000 off the sales price with no fuss (and no apology for the shady deal). Guess what? The price came back to almost exactly what we agreed to in the first place. There was also no mention of the "1 year service" agreement that Garcia promised, in the paperwork. Peter took care of this on his own and made it 2 years. I signed the new (original) agreed to price. As you can see this was a horrible experience and instead of leaving happy and excited I left upset and felt cheated and lied to. I will not be back to this dealership for future purchases. Updated on 6/1/17 Thanks for your reply Mikey B and admitting that there were mistakes made by your team. I have updated my review to 2 stars for your response. A few responses to your reply, if I may: 1) It was actually a $5000 rebate from Hyundai and a $1500 rebate from Rt. 2 Hyundai. I know this, because I specifically showed it to Garcia off your website. 2) Clearly, if you read my review, the "Bait and switch" is because Garcia tried to sell me a car we never discussed (base) at a price for the car we did discuss (Ultimate Limited). You are absolutely right, I went forward with the purchase; The fact that the numbers came back to the original deal was because of MY attention to detail, not because of Garcia or Peter. 3) Trolling the dealership? How is it trolling by writing an honest review? Or are you saying I don't have a right to voice my opinion on something that you have agreed happened? 4) I would have loved to talk to you then, but I was not offered any contact info. In fact Garcia was nowhere to be found after I came out of Peters office. Perhaps I will call you.
