    Bought a white 2018 elantra. Bought an extended warranty. Its chipping bad!!! I brought it in for an appt to take pics to send it in to the warranty dept was told someone will reach out in a few weeks. Well 6 phone calls later of taking my name and number saying someone will call you back which never happened!!! I was told to pretty much kick rocks cause they are not taking anymore claims for peeled paint even though my warranty covers that she said try another dealership!!! Ummmm wait... WHAT!!!!! now i get the whole independently owned thing....well sorta but saying to your customer we dont know how we are gonna get reimbursed so were not gonna honor the warranty that was sold to you so try another location is a poor business practice and is disgusting! I didnt buy my car or warranty at another dealership! I then called corporate. The lady i spoke to was awesome she was confused why i was told that cause my warranty covers it‍she then was nice enough to book another appt with a different location. Sad this place was my whole familys go to dealer my mom and niece just bought 2 new cars this last year alone...... im going to ensure that will never happen again especially when keene dealer is so close

    I've been trying for weeks now to reach out and get assistance with this issue.. this can't be normal for a 2021 Hyundia Tucson ultimate 30,000 SUV it's so ridiculously loud on the highway and I can feel it jerking it sound like a window is half way down. This is now my third Hyundai even my 2013 Hyundia Elantra GT didn't have exposed foam it's gotta be a defect.

I see online that many businesses use the 3% surcharge as a scam but this place goes beyond that to 3.5%. If you plan on getting your car serviced here, ASK about credit card surcharges BEFORE any work is done so you have the option to either go somewhere else or pay with cash.

    I brought my 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T here for an engine light warning to be diagnosed. It was…read moredetermined that a cylinder 3 misfire was found and the reason was Cam and Lifter Failure. I was informed that the engine needed to be replaced. A remanufactured engine was installed as well as many other required parts. The final bill came to just over $19,000.00. I picked the car up Saturday June 21, 2025, I drove it 22 miles and noticed the engine light came on. I brought it right back to the dealership that same Saturday I picked it up. I Informed Julie that the engine light was on again. I heard nothing Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday I decided to stop in to inquire on the engine light. At that time I was told when they attempted to start my car Tuesday morning, the engine started to make noise and the connecting rod smashed through the oil pan. I was then informed by the service department that it may not be covered under warranty because of after market parts that were used from my old engine, more specifically, the coil packs and cold air intake. That is a poor excuse to try to worm out of a warranty, coil packs and air breathers have zero connection to crankshaft failure and furthermore, if those parts were questionable with regard to a warranty, why did the mechanic install them in the first place. It goes without saying that if my car is not repaired to the condition for which I have already paid for, I will as certain as the sun will rise be contacting an attorney that deals with car dealerships specifically who rip off and defraud their customers. I will pursue this legal action regardless of the personal cost to me. All I ask for is that I get the new engine that I paid for then I will be happy to edit this review. Sincerely; David Zannini

The people there are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. On several occasions I have dropped in to have my vehicles looked at and they have usually been able to work on any repairs the same day. For scheduled appointments they can offer a loaner vehicle. At each visit they do a thorough inspection of your vehicle and let you know of any issues that might pose a problem, "down the road", along with a detailed repair estimate. They have always been done on time and within the estimated cost for repairs. I am very happy with the service they provide and will remain a loyal, repeat customer.

The car was in great condition just like every other car I looked at before that. I ended up purchasing the car and was happy with the whole process. It was quick and painless and the service provided from Steve was awesome. The car was completely safety inspected and I had a warranty with them for anything that happened. After about 2 months an O2 sensor went on the car and I knew I wasn't under warranty. I called Steve asking him what could be done and if he knew a good mechanic. He told me to bring it to his mechanic and he would take care of everything. I brought the car down the next day and was able to pick it up the same day. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and thought the least I could give back was a review. I highly recommend buying a car from these guys. Thanks Steve!!
