    Service was good. Mechanic snapped a false and real bolt off of rim cap. But they offered to reimburse me for the part. Thank god!

    Ok, here I am, having driven all the way from California, on a 6th month RV vacation. This…read moremorning our trusted Dodge Ram won't start. I called the nearest possible parts store to buy 2 brand new batteries. They only had one but quickly offered to get another one by the afternoon. I explained my situation and they offered to bring the batteries to me about 4 miles away. OMG that made things a lot easier. The hard part was getting those giant old batteries out of my huge 3500 truck. (I'm old lol) Finally got them out and waited for the delivery, wondering how am I going to get those big new batteries into that truck!! Well, as promised, here comes the nicest guy Ziggy, their employee! He drove up and looked at the truck and very enthusiastically offered to help me before I even asked. He jumped up on the stool and practically did both batteries himself. They are HEAVY! The Smith family is so thankful for Napa and especially Ziggy!

I walk in hoping to buy sealant for my camper and due to a line, I walk around taking in the items for ideas for future purchases. A gentleman(and I use that term loosely) asked me in a condescending voice if I needed anything so I went to walk up to him to explain what I wanted and I raised his voice at me and said"other side of the counter!!!" Im like ok so I just stopped and talked to him where I was he then told me to go to middle isle and to the left so I walked that way...but since there were more then one middle isle I looked at the first one and he repeated himself talking down to me as if I was a child....So I found the sealant and it was all small container so I asked if this was it and he said"yep" and went back to staring at the counter.... I said ok Iv had enough and wont be back. He couldnt even give me the basic Customer service to walk not even 5 ft for where he was leaning on the counter!!! Im so disappointed and hope someone from Napa reads this and retrains him or puts him in a different department away from customers because it is obvious he does NOT want to be there!

    Here's a quick back story. My car experienced some electrical shorts causing a few things to fail,…read moreone of which being my driver and front passenger seat belt buckles, they no longer latched. I spent 4 hours driving, took time off work twice, and wasted a lot of my time trying to get something as simple as 2008+ gray seat belt buckles... only to deal with an unprofessional, unapologetic representative who couldn't be bothered to at least apologize for his mistake (or that of his coworkers).. never mind even trying to correct the mistakes, which include wrong part and wrong color on the first trip and wrong part, missing parts and incorrect order form on trip two. This is just for seat belt buckles.. Humility and professionalism go a long way Mike Cavooto. How about walking over 40 feet to check the part for me like I suggested so I could have avoided another 2 hour drive and you could have taken some initiative to help out a customer who was left in a bad spot by LKQ? I go to junk yards often enough where I'd dealt with companies making mistakes, but every time, those companies have gone out of their way to make it right. It's as simple as, offering free shipping OR having the yard expedite the order for a costumer who was wronged OR getting hands on the item which was only 40 feet from you before I drove two hours OR even... just... apologizing. I was extremely patient with you, but perhaps that was the issue. Maybe you're more receptive to people making a scene. I would like to give credit to Shawn (Sean?) McKenna who realized the situation and without being prompted, apologized, like a decent person. I gave Mr. Cavooto opportunities to do ANYTHING to make this remotely right, you chose to do absolutely nothing. I'm sure this review means nothing to you as well. I'd avoid this company. Michael Cavooto makes it seem like they're too big to care about regular people. If you do go there, try requesting Mr. McKenna or at least, avoid Michael Cavooto or Mario.. or whatever name he decides to go by.
