When I brought my truck in to have a muffler noise checked out, they found the issue & told us the parts weren't covered under the bumper to bumper warranty & tried to get us to pay out of pocket. We expressed our concern with this not being covered as it absolutely should have been & ask that he double check. He assured us that this issue was not covered and that he called 'personally' and spoke to the warranty company. something wasnt adding up. we did not have them fix the problem and got another opinion. Be careful buying a car! They told us they were taking money off the price to get it under our monthly required payment, but really applied for a LONGER loan, 75 months without permission, we had asked for 72. VERY SHADY. Never got the manual they promised, the jeep was under warranty yet leaked and they gave us the run around until we threatened to undo the deal. salesperson lied and made promises when the service people had no idea about repairs sales had promised were talking about. I have been waiting over two weeks for my title to arrive after buying a used car off this dealer.Frequent visits and checking for when my title will arrive have been useless. I paid cash for my purchase and was refused a free second key. The key I purchased from their parts department did not even open the drivers door so I returned it for credit. I had to buy another extra key from a different Dealer and bring it in to service for programming. Service did what was necessary to activate my second key for $129. I still have the car in my possession with a valid registration and a current inspection sticker but no valid title. In the past I have had different vehicles serviced in the Salvadore body shop and the results were excellent. I never expected them to bungle up a sale like they have done on my first car purchase. I have not been happy with my last experience and I probably will not buy another car from them in the future. read more
