Called the dealership to set an appointment. Was assured the car was available, would be ready and waiting. Drove over an hour to the dealership. Could overhear the manager telling the salesman that the Jeep was reserved. Heck yeah! Reserved for us. Right? Right? Then we found out the Jeep was almost 20 minutes away at another dealership. And we were looking at an hour to get the Jeep. The polite salesman did offer to take us along for the ride. But I'm buying a car. I set an appointment. I expected the car on site. Complete waste of our morning and you blew a sure thing sale. My old plates are in my hand. They had ample time to get the car. Someone dropped the ball and lost a customer. read more

Had a horrible experience at #ronbouchards. I bought a Chevy truck from Ron Bouchard in Fitchburg. I've had nothing but issues. I was sold an aftermarket warranty when I bought the truck only to have an internal engine issue that I've put $800 of my own money into between rentals and diagnostic fees only to be told that they can't work on my vehicle and it needs to go to Chevy. I'm not sure why you would sell a car and upsell a warranty only to not be able to work on it. In addition I was never offered a rental but was told not to drive the car. Too many more issues with them to type out but just a horrible experience. read more

I bought a 2022 Ram 1500 on 9/5/22 from Ron Bouchard Ram in Fitchburg, MA. with 48 miles on the odometer. It died on me last week with 2,200 miles after only two months. I have been fighting with the dealer I bought it from to get a loaner or a rental vehicle and they told me that it is my problem to resolve with Chrysler. They never apologized for the inconvenience I was experiencing as a result of buying a vehicle from them that no longer runs. The salesman and service department were more concerned with telling me that it wasn't their issue rather than trying to help me. I opened a claim one week ago with Chrysler and they finally reached out to me tonight. After one week without transportation they approved me verbally for a rental car but refused to put it in writing. The customer service rep was pretty damn rude and dismissive. Chrysler expects me to pay for the rental car in advance and then ask for reimbursement without any written assurance that I'll be reimbursed. While I find it hard to deal with a vehicle that's less than two months old dying on me it's the lack of customer service that is really unacceptable. This is my first and my last Ram and I am trading it as soon as possible. At this point I just want my money back. I encourage everybody to buy any other truck other than ram. It's a nice looking truck but neither the company nor Ron Bouchard will not stand behind its product. My truck has been in the garage one week at another Ram dealership and they still can't figure out what is wrong. It is unacceptable to buy a new vehicle and not be able to drive it. I should have looked at Yelp before going to this Dealer for work on my car. I took my Jeep Cherokee in because the warning lights were on. My normal mechanics said they didn't feel comfortable with the responses they got after testing. They suggested I take it to the Dealer. Ron Buchards was the closest one. So I took my car there and they put it on the tester. They found several issues most of them not active. The looked and found that most were recall issues or warranties. They then gave me the worst appointment time ever! How about in the middle of the workday!!! Anyway, long story short. I paid them $301.00 and the same warning lights are on as when I brought the car in. And the lady wants to tell me why after calling me to pick up my vehicle. How can you call me to pick up a vehicle with the same warning lights as when I dropped it off. Car still needs repairing. Not going here again.... read more

These folks are great. I needed a replacement for my old Caravan with 210,000 miles, that didn't owe me a penny but was starting to require too many repairs. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and they provided great advice with totally no pressure. The used van I came to see turned out not to be quite what I actually wanted, and they showed me several alternates. I ended up getting a great used van in beautiful condition at a great price. Later, when I discovered a couple of minor things that needed attention, they scheduled me for a service appointment and took care of them at no cost whatsoever. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart here in May of 2016. Wanted a Dart because I remember how awesome they were growing up. Purchased a warrenty of 3 yrs or 75000 mi. Which I am neither close to. Car had a vibration in the steering which I ignored over the summer. Just wanted to enjoy the car. But the truth came out this winter when I slid everywhere and got stuck and had no traction. Stop at a street and slide 2 ft missing my turn. Went in to be told I would have to pay an upfront fee to have the car even assesed! What am I paying the extra coverage for? Was told the mechanics need to be paid too. Thought I was covering their salary with the warrenty, if a problem came up. So I have a car with a front end problem that I have to pay another mechanic to fix. They are rude, and non willing to work with you. The bank gave them what they wanted, so now it's all my problem. Dont know how they ran as a business when Ron Bouchard was alive. But people stay away now is all I can say. When your own salesman quits after your purchase. Something stinks.
