Keep in mind this business is located near the center of Fitchburg, away from any substantial highway for you to test any vehicle for performance, vibrations, error codes or other issues. in the I bought a 2007 Grand Cherokee from this business a few years ago. It looked OK, about 129k miles then (has about 136k now, I drive short distances). It needed brakes and shocks which were replaced before I picked it up. After acquiring it I brought it to my regular repair garage [Phil's, Fitchburg, MA(Mark)] to investigate the severe whine I felt on the highway, it was due to a failing rear end (all gears in the hub were worn and needed to be replaced/rebuilt). Second, the oil drip/driveway leakage was due to a porous oil pan (this model requires the engine mounts disconnected and the engine/transmission jacked up for the oil pan to clean the frame cross members to remove it. Other issues were discovered and still exist to this day such as electrical wiring issues, tire pressure and Anti-Lock brake sensors, constant Check-Engine, etc. I will soon sell off this vehicle and locate something either from a large professional dealer or a decent private purchase. Do your own research, check all applications (Yelp, Google, etc) for the ratings of this business to determine if your time and money are worth it. For history: This address (Main building and the parking lot across River Street) were once owned by the respected DUFOURS GARAGE. After the properties of 356 & 369 River Street (sold in 2021 to G & L Jreige Realty LLC) it became River Street Autos, later the business name changed to J & G Autos (Same LLC per Worcester County Register of Deeds).

The bike was listed for a great price, and others similarly priced that I had found online were all sold by the time I inquired about them. He told me he could probably meet me at 8, but to text him at 6 to make sure we were still on. Not wanting to miss this deal, I rented a Uhaul (as they close at 5) and crossed my fingers that he would still be up for meeting me when I texted him. Fortunately, he was still up to sell me a bike after traveling all day. This was my first motorcycle, and I had a checklist of things to look for, but, besides that, I was utterly clueless about bikes. Robert patiently went over all the bike's features with me, even to the point of telling my companion how to properly mount and position herself for when I take her on rides. So, I bought the gorgeous bike which was over $1000 under NADA suggested retail. When I went to load the bike, I discovered the 10' box truck I had rented didn't have a ramp! Ugh! Luckily, Robert found a plank and assisted me with loading it. We ended up having to load it off the elevated bit of the parking area next door, but we managed. He also then assisted me in how and where to appropriately hook and secure the bike to the inside of the Uhaul. He even gave me the plank for whatever my plan to get the bike off at my home was (that was an adventure). I've been riding the bike for a week now and have put 200 miles on it. I haven't had a mechanic look at it yet, but it's been running beautifully and passed inspection without any issue. Overall, I had a very positive experience acquiring my first bike from RC Motors. They took the time to get to know me and once we settled on the car we wanted and the price, everything else was smooth sailing. They took care of all the paper work and even took some time to get the car serviced (even subtle details like changing the batteries in the key fobs) and washed. But what impressed me the most was that they decided to have the brakes serviced before I went and picked it up because they were getting worn (they likely would have lasted me 5-10 thousand miles). A lesser dealer would have just swept that under the rug. The car had been great ever since and really was a great deal. If you're looking for a car i would start your search here, if I had, I wouldn't have to keep blocking calls from all these pushy sales people.
