AVOID VALLEY PRO DETAIL AT ALL COSTS -- DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY…read more I would give zero if I could. I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely appalling my experience with Valley Pro Detail has been. I entrusted them with my brand-new Porsche 911 (992.2), expecting the level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail that any reputable detailing business should provide. Instead, they destroyed the paint protection film (PPF) on my vehicle and then demonstrated a complete lack of accountability. As frustrating as the damage itself was, what happened afterward was even worse. When confronted about the damage, they told us they would replace the PPF and make things right. That assurance turned out to be meaningless. Rather than honoring their commitment, they simply stopped communicating with us. They ghosted us. No resolution, no follow-through, and no accountability for the damage they caused. It is one thing for a business to make a mistake. Mistakes happen. But the true measure of a company's integrity is how it responds when something goes wrong. In my experience, Valley Pro Detail failed that test spectacularly. What makes this experience particularly infuriating is that we gave them the opportunity to do the right thing. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable. We simply expected them to honor their own promise to repair the damage they caused to a brand-new, expensive vehicle. Instead, we were left with damaged PPF, an unfulfilled promise, and a business that apparently believes ignoring its customers is an acceptable way to handle its mistakes. If this is how they treat a customer who entrusts them with a brand-new Porsche, I would seriously question whether they deserve anyone's trust with their vehicle. My advice: TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are plenty of detailing professionals who take pride in their work, stand behind their services, and understand the meaning of customer service and accountability. Valley Pro Detail has earned every bit of this one-star review. I would never trust them with another vehicle, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before doing so. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Westford Collision - 2012 Dodge SRT custom

I wish I could say I had the same experience as everyone else in the reviews, but my story is…read morevastly different with Westford Collision. Let me start off by saying that no... I am not a competing company, fake review, or making false statements as I usually do not write these kind of negative reviews. Back in the beginning of March, I was involved in a minor crash where the left rear fender and rim on my vehicle was struck. Very minor damage (scuffed rim and a small ding/scratch in the fender). Everyone I talked to suggested that I go to Westford Collision because they do the best work and "will be fixed right"... so I did. They told me it would take 3-4 weeks to repair the damage ("3 weeks usually but may be 4") which I found surprising because it was so minor... but I wanted it fixed right so I agreed. After the 4th week, I called Westford Collision to find out if my truck had been fixed yet, and was told they forgot that it also needed an alignment and needed to be "towed to another shop because they don't have an alignment rack"... what auto body shop doesn't have an alignment rack? They stated that it would be ready next Wednesday at the latest (4.5 weeks altogether to fix). They stated they would "tow" it to the alignment shop. I reluctantly stated I understood (expressing my frustration it was taking so long) because I didn't have a choice... That Wednesday, when the truck was guaranteed to be ready, I was told all repairs were done, but that they would not release my vehicle because they were still waiting for the insurance adjustment check to pay for the tow and alignment. I once again expressed my frustration as they promised I would have my vehicle that day (and I've been paying for a rental for the last 5 weeks). Westford Collision (after me arguing with them) agreed to give me back my vehicle even though they had not yet received the check from my insurance company. Now... I have a dash camera in that vehicle, and what do I find when I reviewed the footage? They DROVE MY CAR to the alignment shop (without my permission I might add) and falsely charged my insurance company $600.00 for the tow (clearly on the insurance adjustment $300 tow fee each way). So, Westford Collision refused to release my truck to me all based on false insurance claims (towing fees when they never towed the vehicle- truck also had approx. 25 extra miles on the odometer when I picked it up) I forwarded all videos to both my insurance company and the other parties insurance. Westford Collision might be the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with because of their false insurance claims and how they treat their customer (hold your car hostage on false insurance practices so they can collect more money from the insurance company). I challenge this body shop to prove otherwise and would gladly present all evidence to them showing their dishonest practices. I do not recommend this body shop and suggest you take your business elsewhere. Westford Collision blatantly practices insurance fraud.

The thing about getting a car wrap is...it's a bit like getting your windows tinted. You want the…read morereassurance that you're in the care of an expert who will apply the media without having the end result resemble that of bubble packaging. More over, you want the confidence you're receiving the highest quality product possible. In light of those traits, Travis delivers on all fronts. Once comprised of a whole team, Travis is currently the sole vendor for Monkey Wraps. How I discovered him was....a long time in the making, actually. See, the quest for upgraded auto-aesthetics originally started way back in 2023. At the time, I was looking to do a total wrap. The price was more than fair for what I was seeking, but it would take some doing saving up the amount needed. So, I sat on the idea for a few years. And then I got an epiphany...from ChatGPT of all places. After some deliberating and image rendering with the bot, I thought to myself, "Self, what if, instead of getting a total wrap, we got highlights? It'd be both cheaper AND quicker." And so it was. With a few adjustments to the shade of green I wanted, I settled on a Gloss Green Envy; which proved to be absolutely perfect for highlight colors. Had it been a total wrap, I'd have gone with more of a dark forest green. But, I digress. In any case, I couldn't really justify putting a total wrap into a depreciating asset. Clearly, this was the better choice. I didn't come up with the idea of applying color to the base rockers until after the first set of media had been ordered (I'm so dumb sometimes). But, no matter. Each job, having been done on two separate visits, took approximately a day with overnight curing. And for those who were curious, a total wrap would have taken 5-7 days. So, yeah...this was better. It took me a while to finally write this review because I needed to bide out the 2 week recommended waiting time for curing to complete before washing my car so that I could take pictures. Needless to say, it was worth the wait. All in all, not a bad way to spend $1.3k if I do say so myself. It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive. And for those wondering why I didn't just go someplace closer like Lifesize Wraps in Manch Vegas, it's mainly due to 3 things.. 1.) They only had like 2 reviews at the time of this one. Whereas Travis' portfolio is immaculate and massive! 2.) I honestly didn't know they existed till after already booking with MW. 3.) I kept thinking about that original quote I got from him years ago. I guess it all just boils down to loyalty. Yeah, the place is hard as $#!@ to find the first time. But there are MW signs pointing you the direction to go if you know to look for them. You'll know you're in the right place once you reach a warehouse looking building with the #11 above and you're standing before a door with an 8 on it. There's even a Ring doorbell so you can communicate with Travis if he's not physically there. He accepts contactless digital payment (of course) and typically requires an initial deposit to get started; usually in the ballpark of $100 or so. Honestly, I can't say enough great things about Travis and his amazing talents! So, I'm just gonna wrap this up here (get it? XD) and give Monkey Wraps 5 shiny new Bimmers with Glossy Green highlights beaming down the highway out of 5.

I opted for a full wrap with ppf on top for the bumper which cost about $3.5k. Wrap was clean and seamless and Travis was communicative on post wrap care.
