Even when they were done with my black 2025 RAV4, I noticed a couple small marks on the hood that I thought were imperfections, possibly from their work or maybe high spots from the multiple layers of ceramic coating that I thought maybe weren't buffed out even evenly. Even though the owner did politely suspect that it might've been from some tree sap (that I did come in with) that he thought maybe actually etched into the clearcoat paint, still, he had the entire hood redone without charging me, just to be sure and so he took the position assuming that the customer might be right. Well, in the end I was wrong - and still this guy had the highest level of integrity I've run into in a long time (in any business). I am definitely always taking my car back and recommending this place. It's not often that you find extremely high-quality work combined with very great customer service and integrity.

To start the communication cannot be any worse. My car was held hostage for over two weeks so I had to use my motorcycle for transportation on cold mornings. When I went to pick up my car, I pulled in and could see the bad paint job. All I got was an argumentative owner another office staff that cannot communicate. My covered most of this and I paid cash for some extra work. After seeing the terrible outcome, there was no way I was going to let them touch that car anymore. Two days later, the clearcoat started coming off the doors and the other section they painted. At some point, they tried to remove the backseat and breaking it and didn't notice for days. now the car is at another body shop that is reputable and they're struggling to fix it. Acton body shop is not going to be much longer as a safety insurance list of providers. I'm making sure the safety is going to drop them permanently. Acton auto body you ruined my car and I'm going to make sure that you do not ruin anyone Else's car. So now my car is tied up again and I'm paying a daily rental if I could give a negative star on every part of this shop, I would . Acton, Toyota, and other vehicle dealerships that use them will be stopping shortly. I will be heard on this and I will make sure that you feel the way I do right now. There is no discussions I wanna have with the owner or any part of this establishment. They have cost me triple the money out-of-pocket than the cost of the original job. He even told them that some of the after-market parts they'd put on the appraisal estimate were inadequate and pushed for dealer parts whenever they were the better choice.
