So kind, and so fast! I am used to car service feeling like a huge stressor and losing my car for days. So happy I stumbled upon this place in a time of need and they went above and beyond my expectations. Super fair price, "service with a smile" as they say- truly 5/5 (and I'm a tough critic) read more

I have had my cars serviced at Nashoba Garage for the past 11 years; the staff is very easy to work with, are very knowledgeable and talented, and the quality of work is very high. The Littleton Cafe has reopened after a lengthy interruption, and the staff are better than ever. So if you need some work done to your car, have breakfast and coffee while you wait!! read more

Chris and the guys at Nashoba Garage are great! They seem more than capable of handling anything. I trust them completely with the safety of my family. I also value their honesty. At one point, they recommended that the repair of my new car should probably be done by the dealer, rather than by them. What more can you ask for? Is Nashoba Garage a fancy facility with padded seats, a big screen TV, and free coffee? No. They are just a bunch of hardworking guys in your small town garage. And I love it! If you look at the negative reviews, you will see that they are nearly all more than 10 years old. And I believe they've been around since at least the 1990s. You don't stay in business that long without treating your customers correctly. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending them. read more

Jim has been a family friend for several years. He is a very talented mechanic, with a beautifully owned business. I got my new car inspected here last summer. The environment is very safe and comfortable. NG is busy during the summer for inspections, understandably so. He had a parking lot full of cars to get to. Despite this, Jim was able to get me in and out in under an hour! He did a flawless job & I passed with flying colors. He is a great person overall, and I will be coming back this summer again. Thank you so much! read more

I went there to get my car inspected. The women's bathroom is beyond disgusting. It scared me off; I left without getting service. read more

Nashoba Garage - Women's restroom - Auto Repair Near Me - Littleton, Massachusetts

Always great service, and reasonable. About half the cost of my dealer's estimate for the same service.

Hello all, I am a procrastinator as such in desperate need of a sticker. One day something in the back of my head explained, the next time I I'm pulled over it won't be a warning. Just then I happened upon Nashoba Garage having that brick dark green trim old-timey look I was sold. Nearing 5pm I was convinced I would enjoy another day of impending doom but wasn't the case: A tall thin peach of a guy running the inspection station waved me into the garage took my car performed the tests efficient and painless. Be assured I will return. A year and three months from now no doubt read more

Great family owned business. Big Jim , Chris , Jared, and Jim. They have been in Littleton for over 30 years. Trustworthy and reliable. Our family have gone to them for 27 years. The experience between all the staff puts them way ahead of other garages. I know of other garages who have gone to them for assistance with some complicated jobs read more

. This is the real deal: a hardworking, professional, and old school trio of men who run a great business. They charge fair prices for their work and keep the shop buzzing. They support local organizations and have a very loyal following of satisfied customers. Always a pleasure to see these guys: Jim, Jared, and Chris are honest, hard working, and great mechanics. Lucky to have them here in Littleton, MA. read more

I was on a business trip from California driving a rental car when the check tire pressure light came on with an indication of no pressure in one of my tires. In a panic I pulled off the highway and made my way down to Nashoba Garage in Littleton. I explained to the owner what was happening and he stopped what he was doing to check the car out. He checked the tire pressure and then explained it was probably the sensor as all my tires had good air pressure. I offered to pay but he refused. Chances that I will ever visit this garage again are probably close to zero, but as I drove off I thought to myself if this is how they treat someone who gave them no business and will probably never be back again, I can only imagine the kind of unbelievable customer service they give their regulars. In an age when customer service seems to be dying, this guy definitely gets two thumbs up. read more

Shop this garage around. I was quoted $1900 to have my catalytic converters replaced for leaks. "they are expensive because they have platinum in them" That's a red flag! I found the parts on line for $700. So add. $200 mark up and he wanted $1000 in labor. This is no where near that amount of work. In addition, it wasn't even the cats that were leaking. It was the flex joints. I had these replaced at an exhaust specialist's shop in Worcester for under $350. I avoided $1500 in reckless repairs by just shopping the repairs. read more

Another terrific experience with getting our inspection stickers done. Got our car in and out fast. Greatly appreciated!!

I went to the Nashoba Garage for the annual vehicle inspection. They were quick to get the job done. I would definitely give them 5-star if without the other unexpected thing happened. The inspection was done and the car was pulled out with the engine running. I did not find the inspection paperwork inside the car as normal and I asked for and got it. I drove out directly to CVS. When I was out of the store and started the engine, there's obvious rattling noise which I have never heard before. I went back to the Nashoba Garage. Surprisingly, the technician insisted he heard the noise when he pulled the car into the bay. I have been driving this car(Corolla) for years and it has been smooth. No noise at all before I stopped by for the annual inspection. Per the technician, he believed the noise comes from the lose heat shield. He insisted that they did nothing to cause the noise. I just find it's so hard to believe a smooth car all of sudden became noisy after the inspection and the garage claimed they have nothing to do with it! Their honesty and integrity are very questionable to me. read more

Got my state inspection done with them. They said 40 minutes, and were done in 20. The guy behind the counter (I sadly didn't remember to get his name) was very friendly and willing to answer my questions. I will definitely be coming back for a future repair. read more

Once again, Nashoba Garage to the rescue. Brought my truck there the morning of an impending storm because the water pump was shot. Never expected them to fit me in on such short notice but by the afternoon water pump was replaced and I was able to plow that night when the storm hit. Very easy folks to deal with and the prices are fair and reasonable. In 5 years of bringing my truck to them I've never been disappointed. read more

I noticed on a Friday that my car was leaking oil (car had been serviced at dealership 3 weeks prior), called dealership and another place who could not possibly even look at it before middle of next week. Then I called Nasoba Garage and the guy was very honest, that most likely he would not be able to fix the issue, but was willing to at least look at it on Saturday morning. They verified the leak, explained what was going on and filled it with a quart of oil to keep me going until I could get to the dealership during the week, and only charged me $10! I will use them again in the future. read more

I'm happy to hear the person visiting from California had a good experience here because it prompted me to add my own review. I've only been here once for service and the man who waited on me, not sure if he's the owner, is a truly nice person. I felt like he wasn't doing unnecessary work and the service was relatively cheap (less than I expected, at least). An oil change and the replacement of a gasket being the exhaust manifold was about $100, if I remember correctly. No attitude like he's doing me a favor by fixing my car. A+. I'll definitely go back. read more

HONEST! HONEST! HONEST! I can't say enough how genuine and honest this garage is. They never ever push for unnecessary work and they ALWAYS have a great price on quality work. The people are nice and you can tell they like their job because they are very friendly. I recommend this place to everyone. read more

Went to get an inspiration sticker at 4:45. I asked if was too late and he told me the machine closed down at 4:30. As I turned to get back in my car, he yelled at me saying "I m f.....ing talking to you. We open tomorrow. I guess I won't be back read more

Stopped in off the street because my rear passenger's window was stuck down. Jared fixed it on the spot and even filled my tires that were low! I will be here from now on for all my car repair needs! They did oil change on my car and charged me $42.88 I told them that I always go to dealer to do the oil change and my dealer only charges me about $25.00. Then he screamed to me "give me $25.00". I was so scared. I left cash $25 and ran away. read more

Had my first experience there recently. I went in for a car inspection. They took me immediately and the inspection took maybe 15 mins. I was able to sit in the cafe next door, and they brought me my keys as soon as they were done. Very happy with their customer service!! read more

I have gone here to get my inspection stickers for several years now. For this, I give them 5 stars. Everyone is very friendly and this prompted me to go for some tune up maintenance. My opinion changed after getting the maintenance. I went in asking for the "60K mile maintenance". They say they did this work, which I have to assume they did. However, the invoice only stated that they did an oil change and the front brakes and routers. Ok. Well, I had no idea what was done! When I called 6 days later, I was told that I should have been given the print out of what they did. When I went in the following day to get that sheet of paper, there was no recollection on who worked on my car and what was done, so another sheet was then printed out. This makes me wonder what was done....nobody seemed to know and the fact that it wasn't outlined on the bill...I won't be going back there for more than an inspection sticker...sorry to say. read more

Liars and cheater. Told me they changed parts and they did not. I went to a new Mech. and on the lift he showed me. And they Charged way to much. Never again check to make sure they did what they said they did. And on another repair charge me twice what the part cost. read more

My wife and I moved to Littleton about 15 years ago. I was nursing a high mileage car at the time and after asking around, Nashoba Garage was consistently recommended. As our cars have gone through their life cycles we've steadily brought them back and we've always been completely happy. Jimmy and his crew are straight shooters, fast, and good. They also beat the pants off the local competition in pricing. Don't walk, don't run, drive to Nashoba Garage! read more

When I first moved to Littleton, I needed an oil change and asked the mechanics at Nashoba Garage to check for a possible problem. They were supposed to call me with an estimate while my car was at the garage. I never received that phone call, and when I went to pick up my car, they were charging me over $900! Their excuse was that the owner had to leave early, so I never received my phone call. I ended up offering, and paying, what I felt was reasonable. As I walked out, the owner cursed at me (in front of my child) and told me to never come back. Not to worry--I have, and will, never return to this business. They tried to rip off a new woman in town. read more

Just went for a Mass inspection. Pleasant, friendly, quick. And there's a good coffee shop next door!

We've been using Jim's Nashoba Garage since 1990. He's always done a good job. They're honest; Jim's helped us keep a car on the road with 285,000 miles on it - he's never recommended work that I felt wasn't necessary (unlike my experience with Boston-area Honda dealers). read more

Can be a little busy at the desk. They are good. And very honest. There was work that I know would have been $1250 at another shop, and they quoted me $750. Their work has not caused new problems and has always fixed the complaint. They don't take advantage of women. They are friendly. There's a nice cafe there to wait. I wait because when I left the car, they have forgotten to work on my car. They service all of the police cars in town. Enough said. read more

I walked into this garage with a baby, being very pregnant and an inflatable pool on a 90 degree day. The mechanic was so nice and filled up my daughters pool so that she could swim and cool off. He was so kind to do that for us. I will be back for all my car's needs because of this! read more

Dishonest at Nashoba Garage: Born and raised in Littleton. Brought my red civic in for a power steering pump because I was getting a whining noise. Called that evening and the owner said your front end alignment is complete. I said my car is in for a power steering pump. We got your car confused with the white civic, can we keep it another day. Sure, I called the next morning and said please before doing any work supply an estimate, the reply was certainly. No call that day, the following morning I called and said what is the verdict on the red civic. The owner said you need an AC compressor, I said no I don't think so. I said why didn't you call yesterday? The owner said, you know what, come pick up your car, I said OK. I got there and once I asked for the keys to the red civic the owner turned his back to me. The owners son got the key, nice person. I started the car and as I am driving away I hear this bad grinding noise that was not there before. Long story short they had either sabotaged my ac compressor or had removed it without the OK to proceed and then tried to install back into the car. How do I know? Because there was a hissing sound. The hissing sound was ac coolant leaking and spilling. The grinding noise was terrible and I could not drive the car. That model year you can bypass the AC compressor because they sell that vehicle without AC. I installed a new serpentine belt without AC and the grinding noise was history. Update, the whining noise was still present. So now I am out $1200 for AC compressor and still have to get the power steering pump replaced. I miss the Lyons boys (Jack and Pat) who owned a garage in Littleton. They were honest and would have done the right thing. The right thing would be to own up that you messed up twice and I would have said no problem lets split the difference in cost. I got the part cost you supply the labor. First review I have ever written, read more
