They clearly explained the work needed..in my case a ck engine light was flashing on my daughters 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and while suspecting the catalytic converter they suggested a tuneup first hoping that would solve the problem w/o having to replace the converter. A week, 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coils & $2200 later the ck engine light came back on (something they told me could happen) and I had to have the cat. converter replaced anyway... which I had done @ another shop closer to home that specializes in that type work. No doubt the plugs & coils needed replacing but I just thought $2200 for a tuneup was way too expensive...the garage that ultimately replaced the converter confirmed my thinking telling me I overpaid by about $500 for the tuneup. In summary if you're in a pinch like I was and can't shop around, Two Guys Garage can certainly be trusted to do quality and timely work... just be sure to bring your checkbook cause it's gonna cost ya.

About 2.5 weeks later someone hit my parked car. When I went to retrieve footage for the police, I realized my dash cam system had been unplugged. After reviewing the remaining footage, I found clear evidence that a staff member disconnected it during my service visit. If there is a policy to disconnect dash cams for privacy or to protect staff from being recorded, that needs to be clearly communicated to customers. I would have understood if someone had informed me ahead of time or even mentioned it when I picked up my car. Instead, there was no communication at all, which feels dishonest and raises serious concerns about transparency. I purchased my brand new car here in September 2020 and have consistently returned for service. I've also referred friends and family over the years. Unfortunately, this experience has completely broken my trust, and I will not be returning.
