The manager was completly transparent about price points, affordable options, and did an excellent job in reassuring me their core values against up-selling on materials & maintenance that did not require immediate auto repair. I was booked within that week (they happily accommodated to my hectic work schedule). And also provided with their personal work warranty - including additional warranties on the parts (tires & break pads). I am beyond impressed with their pleassnt customer service, quick turnaround, and trustworthy guidance. This place is the real deal!

We're grateful for their help and for their helping to maintain our sense of community in Burlington.

My first experience with Accurate Automotive. It was not a pleasant one…read more I went here because they said they provide a vibration test which I was looking for. Later, I was told that a front lower ball joint was "ready to fall off". Well, it didn't feel like that kind of a vibration. He gave me a price of $600 for the ball joint and balancing of two front tires and the vibration test. Brian was very insistent that the car was very dangerous to drive. I was extremely hesitant but agreed to the work performed. I realize now that there was absolutely no mention of the results of the vibration test. So I'm not even sure it was performed. Of course, Brian would say that it was done. Maybe that's why they only charged me half price for the test. In thinking back, I probably spent $600 that I didn't need to spend. I think Brian is a definite Fearmonger (a person who spreads fear and needlessly sounds an alarm). If he thinks he get away with it, he'll Say Anything to get you to spend money whether it's really needed or not. As you can tell, I will not be visiting Accurate Automotive & Tire again. And, do yourself a favor, find someone else to look at your car problems.

I picked the car up after they had closed and as soon as I got inside it the check engine light was flashing, the car was driving poorly, but hey at least I passed the inspection? I got home, plugged in a code reader and looked up the code that the car was showing. It was for the transmission. Quick google search said to check some fuses. The car has two fuse boxes, one under the hood and one near the gas/brake pedals. I checked the fuse box near the gas/brake pedals, all were okay. I looked under the hood and a fuse was missing?!? I replaced the fuse and everything went back to normal and the check engine light disappeared. That means the garbage mechanic at this place purposely removed the fuse (the fuse box is sealed) in hopes that I would bring the car back and then they would charge me and arm and a leg to fix a fake problem. Someone less knowledgeable about cars would have done this. Don't bring your car here, ever. This is the second shady experience I've had here, and by far the worst.

I came back to the store to ask the manager what the charges are for because I saw the service to be cheaper online. Before I could finish my sentence/question, the manager threatened to go grab my keys and then continue to yell at me for checking the online prices. I tried to explain to him, I simply want to understand where is my $100 going towards. However, I wasn't able to finish one sentence because he kept intruppting me by raising his voice. Finally it reached the attention of a mechanic and he explained to me what the charges are for and I paid for the service. I did ask for the manager to give me an apology because I don't believe anyone should be treated like the way he treated me. Then the manager addressed what I did "wrong" and gave me a sarcastic apology. I decided to let it go, however, I will never come back to this business and will warn my friends, peers, and family the same.

Manager Bob persuaded me to cancel an appointment at another dealership by offering a loaner. Unfortunately, the loaner was filthy inside and out, and we had to clean it ourselves. They kept our vehicle for three weeks, with poor communication throughout. Updates were rare, and no one seemed to know what was happening with the repair. Immediately after picking up the car, the transmission started acting up again. We brought it back and were told a separate part had failed and wouldn't be covered. When I spoke with general manager TJ, I felt he offered excuses rather than addressing my concerns about why the problems continued immediately after their repair. After three weeks of frustration and an unresolved transmission issue, I lost confidence in their service department and decided to take the car elsewhere. A very disappointing experience from start to finish.
