After a frustrating experience with another dealership, I brought my 2026 CT5-V here for a second opinion regarding an alignment and tire balance issue. The difference in professionalism, communication, and overall service quality was immediately noticeable. Not only did the team take my concerns seriously from the start, but they also properly diagnosed the issue that another dealership had dismissed entirely. They found that all four tires were out of balance and that the front-left alignment was off, which directly explained the vehicle drifting to the left at highway speeds. Level of customer service was fantastic. The team was transparent, respectful, and efficient throughout the process. We are traveling from out of town. During our drive from TX to MA we picked up a piece of metal shrapnel which resulted in a flat tire. Thankfully, my Yukon came with a full size spare! After getting the run-around from Tulley GMC for a full WEEK, I called Greater Lowell GMC. From the time I called and drove away was just a few hours!! Not only did they take care of my truck in a timely manner they also dealt with my tire insurance company. The service department made out of state repairs absolutely a breeze. I signed a lease agreement in March 2014 for a GMC Acadia Denali. The lease is up, and I have now called the dealership 4 times in total trying to understand the return process of a lease. I have left voice mails since the secretary just sends me on. I have not, to this date, ever received a call back regarding the lease return. It feels as though the dealership could care less since we are not resigning or buying. Due to their lack of communication the past 8 weeks we went ahead and bought a car elsewhere. The service department here really shines. They are amazing. So nice and reasonable, for the first time in a long time I wasn't treated like an idiot when telling a mechanic what was going on with my Buick. They took everything I said seriously, was able to view my history, and fixed the problem... YUP, they ACTUALLY fixed it!!! This is a rare thing for us. Normally the other Buick dealer gives us the run around and tells us all the fees it will cost us to diagnose anything and they are certain they won't find anything wrong. My husband was so impressed with the service department that while they were fixing my car he bought a pick up truck. Although no one looks forward to going to the car dealership to get a problem fixed I feel far more confident now than I have in the past. I need to call them on Monday for something minor and I am not even dreading it. read more

One of the worst experience that I've had in customer service I came in for a full diagnosis and was told that it would take an hour and a half I came back after two hours I was told to wait another 20 minutes I left and came back and was told to wait another 20 minutes by the time I left out of there I wanted to speak to a supervisor was missed lead that he was doing something and would be hours before I can speak to customer service I was also not giving a full diagnosis on the vehicle which is the original reason why I brought my vehicle in there they refuse to give me the work up on the vehicle handing me a two page diagnosis would it written not a full diagnosis I paid $130 for a half assed job poor customer service and the run around about speaking to a supervisor which I still have not received a phone call fromThe situation was so constipated I started to record there was an employee back in with the other employee up not even knowing the full situation I stayed very calm but felt extremely disrespected by not getting the service that That I was paying for and that they advertise and it was pretty black and white service for service work up read more

I hadn't bought an American car in 20 years but, based on the great reviews of the Buick Enclave, I ended up buying one from GL Buick GMC and I'm certainly glad I chose their dealership. Not only was the car buying experience fantastic, but their service department has been amazing, too. Unlike some car dealer service centers that seem to magically "find" major problems with your car that require $1000s to fix, these guys were always fair and honest about every service call. Never tried to push any unneeded repairs on us, and they were always pleasant throughout the experience. Our Enclave now has 130,000 miles on it and has run beautifully; still seems like new. Only a few substantial repairs of the usual parts that fail or degrade; otherwise, everything else has been great. While Buick manufacturing obviously played a big part in this longevity, the service from GL Buick GMC was critical. We were never afraid to bring the car in for regular scheduled maintenance for fear of getting ripped off, so the car was very well cared for with the support of GL Buick GMC. I'm from the midwest, and Chris feels like a combination of midwest down-to-earth with country-club professionalism. And he knows cars! My favorite thing about Chris is that he takes the time to ask me questions about what I'm looking for and how I feel about cars. Bought a van over the summer. Decided to write this because every time I say it's done they send another email. They DID NOT know their product. I bought a 12 passenger van. They answered my specific questions incorrectly. I then bought 15 Pass van they had to take the 12 as a used vehicle. Lost $1500 and put 25 miles on the thing. Artie and Jim were very helpful and informative all through the process. I went on Consumer Reports and did my research and next thing I know I am getting phone calls and emails from other dealers trying to get the sale. They were all nice enough but none of them even touched Greater Lowell's prices. The offer Jim made me was actually below the Consumer Reports "starting point for negotiation" price. I turned in a lease with them and leased a new vehicle through them. It took them 3 1/2 months to ground the lease I turned in and I continued to be billed for the old lease. After calling many times they grounded he vehicle; however I then received a bill for over $400 in damanges that were not on the vehicle when it was turned in. I have fought this bill with the financing company who tells me that's have to fight the dealership as they sat on it. I have left numerous messages for the managers at Greater Lowell GMC, all of which have gone unanswered. I bought a new pickup truck here, and I thought I got a good deal, spent 18k on the truck itself. six months later I realized that the truck wasn't working out, a good truck, no problems there, it just wasn't capable of hauling as much stuff as I need, I should have bought a box truck. But Anyway, I came back six months later, and found out that the truck had lost 1/3 of it's value, with only 7k miles on it. I know that values drop rapidly, but it was perhaps more irking that the truck price had dropped $2000 from when I had bought it that made me feel like I had been taken for a ride. Guess I should have haggled more is really the lesson here. read more
