In used car buying and repairs, TRUST is key. Peter is beyond trustworthy. The Nissan Maxima he…read moresold us - for a very fair price - was a gem. And, the work he's done on my Fiat 500 is never more than is necessary, and also at a very fair price. There's a reason why Cohasset Imports has stood the test of time and built a business that is undergoing expansion: They can be trusted to do what is in their customer's best interest. I can't recommend them enough.

His answer was 'don't worry, I'd any major problems come up we will take care of it'. Nothing in writing. Sure enough in mid December the car developed an oil leak that is common with that engine. Called Peter and he said bring it in and it was repaired. Not an inexpensive repair. He is honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend Cohasset imports.

From my initial email inquiry to driving the truck home, communication was clear, expectations were well-set, and there was absolutely no pressure or pricing games. Corin was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job walking me through the various trims and options, with thoughtful attention to what would be best for New Hampshire winters and my daily driving in Massachusetts. He focused on practicality rather than upselling, which I really appreciated. The out-the-door price we agreed on in advance matched the final paperwork exactly--no hidden documentation fees or last-minute add-ons. On pickup day, the truck was fully detailed, inspected, and ready right on schedule. Corin also took extra time to go over features and controls and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. A quick follow-up from the owner, Damon, afterward to ensure everything was going well was a great final touch and showed a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction beyond the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Metropolis Auto for a future purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward, stress-free buying experience without the usual dealership hassles.

I reported this to Ross, I was given an answer that they would do it the next time I come. I came one more time a week later, you won't believe it, but they didn't reset the sensor error, the interior light bulbs (8134030110) (this is the original Ross number, if you need it!!) of course didn't come! They tried to fix my fog light, but alas, again failure, the fog light did not fixed and loose. Why is the tire sensor on? Ross's answer - we will do it next time along with the interior lamps (8134030110) (this is the original Ross number, if necessary).
