BUYERS BEWARE - MY EXPERIENCE WITH ROUTE 110 AUTO IN DRACUT, MA…read more I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Route 110 Auto to think twice and do their research before making a purchase. I purchased a 2020 Range Rover Velar from this dealership in September 2026, and what should have been an exciting purchase quickly turned into an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. Within the first 24-48 hours of ownership, I began experiencing multiple electrical and mechanical issues, including malfunctioning door locks and handles, problems with the gear selector, headlight warnings, and a touchscreen that would randomly go completely black. When the touchscreen fails, I lose access to my backup camera, radio, heating, air conditioning, and windshield defrosting controls. This is not simply an inconvenience. These are serious concerns affecting the vehicle's functionality and potentially my safety. I notified the dealership repeatedly, provided photographs and videos documenting the malfunctions, and returned the vehicle for repairs. I was told that the auxiliary battery was responsible for the screen issues, and repairs were performed. Unfortunately, the same screen malfunction returned, leaving me questioning whether the underlying problem was ever correctly diagnosed or resolved. Despite my requests, I have not received the detailed diagnostic documentation I requested explaining the cause of the recurring screen failure. On October 17, I reported the same malfunction again. The dealership offered an appointment for me to drop off the vehicle Wednesday evening for a Thursday inspection, which I accepted. However, on October 19, I received a message from the dealership stating that my emails and text messages were no longer productive, criticizing my communications as appearing AI-generated, and informing me that they had decided to end their customer relationship with me. This was particularly concerning because my vehicle still has an unresolved recurring defect, and I believe it remains protected by applicable Massachusetts Used Vehicle Warranty Law provisions. The dealership's message did not clarify whether it would honor our already-agreed-upon repair appointment. As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly fight to have documented vehicle defects properly diagnosed and repaired, especially when these problems began almost immediately after purchase. I did not purchase a used vehicle expecting it to be brand-new or perfect. However, I did expect it to be reasonably reliable, safe to operate, and supported by the protections available under Massachusetts law. Instead, I have spent weeks documenting problems, arranging repairs, dealing with transportation inconveniences, and trying to obtain clear answers. My biggest disappointment is not simply that the vehicle developed problems. It's how the dealership has chosen to handle those problems. I am sharing my experience so other consumers can make an informed decision. Before purchasing from this dealership, I strongly recommend having the vehicle independently inspected, carefully reviewing all warranty terms, and keeping written records of every promise and repair. I am considering pursuing available consumer protection remedies and bringing my documented experience to the attention of local consumer advocates and news outlets. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Route 110 Auto. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and respectful treatment, particularly when serious problems arise immediately after a vehicle purchase.

Being a car guy, I tend to have very high standards when it comes to purchasing and owning cars. I…read morestarted my search for a specialty turbocharged Mazda in my own area (NYC), but was coming up short. All of the cars within an hour or two all had either high mileage, multiple owners, been modified, or even worse, been in accidents. When buying a car like this (that is out of factory warranty), finding the one that has been taken car of is much more important than anything else. I came across a car that Peter had on his lot, called him to discuss it, and was pleasantly surprised with what I heard. I had a business trip up to the area and decided to go out of my way to check the car out. Peter and his wife (Bettie) own the dealership and he hand picks the cars from local contacts he has made in his many years in business. I must say, he hit a home run with the Mazda he found. A one owner car with low mileage for the year, and most importantly was adult owned and well maintained. He was even willing to give me the name of the previous owner (who I somehow found on Google and was able to confirm the great details of the car). Needless to say, I ended up purchasing the car from Peter. He was very helpful and responsive in the process, which was not the easiest being that I was out of state (and a four hour drive away). I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to save money over buying a new car to look at the quality cars that Peter picks out. Not only does he have great quality cars, but also very fair prices. Thank you Peter and Bettie again for the great car, looking forward to years of use with it!

And, the work he's done on my Fiat 500 is never more than is necessary, and also at a very fair price. There's a reason why Cohasset Imports has stood the test of time and built a business that is undergoing expansion: They can be trusted to do what is in their customer's best interest. I can't recommend them enough.

I purchased a 2021 Kia less than two weeks ago, and shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I began hearing a sound that appeared to be coming from the rear shocks. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership so that the issue could be properly diagnosed and repaired. I was told that the rear struts/shocks were damaged and that I would have to wait 45 days to submit a claim under the other warranty "IF" approved. I was also told by the sales person at the time of purchase that if I had any issues, I should bring the vehicle back to the dealership and they would take care of their customers. I am asking for clarification as to why am I now being asked to wait 45 days before this issue can be addressed. I have only had the vehicle for less than two weeks, and this not something I would reasonably expect to have to deal with immediately after purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. I put 3,000 down on this vehicle, and the purchase was a little over 24,000. I chose to purchase from Auto Fair with the expectation that the vehicle would be safe, reliable, and that any issues arising immediately after purchase would be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate if Auto Fair could review this situation and provide a reasonable resolution rather than requiring me to wait 45 days to determine whether the repair will be covered. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing how Auto Fair intends to resolve this. Respectfully, Tamara Flores

Title: Formal Complaint - Misrepresentation and Unresolved Vehicle Issues…read more I am filing this complaint regarding my purchase of a 2016 Kia from Dracut's Car Connection on July 15, 2025. Since the date of purchase, I have experienced repeated mechanical issues, including the check engine light returning multiple times despite numerous visits to their shop. I was informed by Frank, the owner, that certain repairs were not covered under the warranty, requiring me to pay out of pocket for parts and even travel five hours to Massachusetts to obtain one myself. Despite these efforts, the same issue persists, and the vehicle remains unreliable. Additionally, the dealership refused to provide an itemized receipt for the work allegedly performed, and I have evidence that my signature was forged on certain documents. I believe the vehicle's defects were known prior to sale and intentionally concealed. I am requesting that this matter be formally investigated, and that appropriate action be taken against Dracut's Car Connection for misrepresentation, possible forgery, and failure to honor warranty obligations. Relaxed friendly environment. Had an issue with the soft roof on my Miata. Some rivets popped off and a bracket got bent out of shape. Everyone around me said "Don't take it to the dealer, it'll be too expensive, they won't try to fix it, they'll say you need to replace the roof, engine, tires and antenna"... Boy, were they all wrong! 495 Mazda DID fix it, and they fixed it right! And the final bill was very, very reasonable. It would have definitely cost way more if I took it to the local mechanic. Mechanics at 495 Mazda know your Mazda, know how things are supposed to work, and have to right tools for the right job. Can't say thank you enough! Thanks to Jonathan and Cesare! Highly recommended!

I was given a particular price for a car, and when I went to pick it up the car was hideous with tan interior with red trim and a black exterior. Obviously, it was a car they had a hard time getting off the lot, so I told them to find me something else...and my only option became a better looking car with lots of additional add-ons that cost an additional $2000. Additionally, they promised me 3 years of Mazda Connected Services, and signed me up for it. I suspected that they would reneg on that so I grabbed a screenshot of my account with 3 years of MCS provided. After 1 year passed, they took away my MCS and told me that my one year trial was over, even though I had previously been signed up for 3 years. When I reached out to them, they told me there was nothing they could do. Of course there is more they can do, they just refuse. I bought my last 4 cars from them (Lannan Mazda previously) but never again. Liars and charlatans.
