    I had bought my car here and was happy with mostly everything but a few things I asked to be taken care of. Some scratches, dents etc. they refused. So I know a couple people in the dent business and the rim business that I figured I could get some kind of discount and have it taken care of myself. They told me they detail the car and it was all set for me so I'm driving the car and all I can smell is mold so somebody suggested that I change the cabin filter when I brought it into the parts store they told me a critter had been living in there there was all leaves and junk in there. So a couple weeks go by and the front of my notice that the front passenger side tire has a plug in it. So I let that slide a couple weeks go by and I noticed the car is wobbling while I'm driving it and it's starting to pull to the right so I pulled into town fair tire and they came out and looked at it and said yes it's plugged in all your tires are dry rotted so I still have a remaining 30 days from a 90 day warranty for safety and defects I called the dealership and they tell me that the tires were fine when I bought it. So I told him what happened that I went to the tire shop and then I'm gonna bring it to my own mechanic and have it inspected and then they told me I could bring it down to them and they look at it but I said yeah OK after I have it inspected. I know the tires won't pass inspection. So I decided to call the attorney general and let them make a note of it I'm filing a complaint online and I also called the Better Business Bureau waiting for a return call. I definitely would never buy a car from this place again and I would never recommend anybody to go there. They just opened another one on route one. I would definitely stay away from this company they are out to rob you. Mind you I told them I'm a single parent of a legally blind daughter with disabilities that has many appointments and I'm on disability myself and can't afford to go spend $500 on three tires was my quote from Town Fair tire. Again I spoke with Christopher Barros the attorney general recommend I go home for a sticker inspection sticker file a complaint online and they will handle it. Hi

The bumper is set with a gap on one side, which indicates that it was most likely replaced. On the way home, my tire pressure light came on and the fog light fell out (this is the best after sales preparation, maestro bravo. I reported this to Ross, I was given an answer that they would do it the next time I come. I came one more time a week later, you won't believe it, but they didn't reset the sensor error, the interior light bulbs (8134030110) (this is the original Ross number, if you need it!!) of course didn't come! They tried to fix my fog light, but alas, again failure, the fog light did not fixed and loose. Why is the tire sensor on? Ross's answer - we will do it next time along with the interior lamps (8134030110) (this is the original Ross number, if necessary). As a result of my trip, I received 2 M6 screws to secure the fender liner, and that's all .definitely worth the wait for a week) in the end!!! after 2 weeks Ross simply does not answer or pick up the phone! draw your own conclusion. Unfortunately, nothing was done that was promised in 3 weeks

    I posted a pretty harsh review of the dealer service department last week, and I want to amend it…read more While it is true that I was really unhappy with my dealings regarding warranty work last year, there have been changes at the dealership that have turned things around. Within a day or two of posting my review, I received a text and email from General Manager Christian Kassis and a follow-up phone call this past Saturday. My criticism and complaint stemmed from having to pay over $500 for work that was covered by my Ford PremiumCARE extended warranty because the then manager of the Service Centered failed to follow-up on the warranty claim. This all happened last year, and I had finally gotten around to posting a review. As mentioned, I spoke with Christian this past Saturday, and today being Monday, he has resolved the issue and issued me a reimbursement check. I've gone from incredibly disappointed to incredibly impressed. It is clear to me now that the issue arose from poor execution by the previous Service Manager. That person is no longer with the dealership. So, I've gone from a 1-star to 5-star rating and will be resuming my relationship with the dealership for service and possible future purchase. My thanks to Christian for addressing this issue in such a rapid manner. It almost renews my faith in human nature

    Sold me a car knowing it had transmission problems ,tried to tell me all big trucks drive and sound…read morethat way went to another ford dealership in Boston and they diagnosed the car with a bad transmission drum ,car only had 40k miles on it I brought it back to McGovern they still tried to tell me the car was good to go even after the fact that I got it diagnosed somewhere else , they where so upset that they had to replace my transmission because it was under warranty, long story short the car still haves the same transmission problems after they replaced the transmission, the absolute laziest machines and shitties car sales man they only good man working there trying to help is the manager Christian
