I purchased my vehicle from the dealership about six months ago. At the time of purchase, I was told that the gas door cap had been repaired by gluing it back onto the fuel door. Unfortunately, that repair was not done properly, and the cap fell off while I was pumping gas. When I brought my car in for an oil change, I explained the situation to the service advisor. I don't know his name, but his attitude was disappointing. He immediately asked how many miles were on the car. I explained that I had purchased it from this dealership only six months ago, and I didn't feel the mileage was relevant since the problem was with a repair that had supposedly been completed before I bought the vehicle. I also mentioned that I had purchased the extended warranty, but he told me it wasn't covered. That wasn't really the point. The issue existed when I purchased the car. Instead of listening and trying to help, he was argumentative and made the interaction uncomfortable. I told him I would rather speak with Carlos, who has always taken great care of me. I can't say enough good things about Carlos. Over the many years I have been coming to this dealership, he has always been professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. He is one of the main reasons I continue to return. I also want to recognize Paul Santiago, the Sales Manager. During my visit, I was told my vehicle needed both the engine air filter and cabin air filter replaced. I was frustrated because I had only owned the car for six months. I spoke with Paul, and he immediately listened to my concerns. He understood why I was disappointed and, without hesitation, had both filters replaced at no cost. That level of customer service meant a lot to me. Paul was professional, courteous, and truly showed that he cares about his customers and the dealership's reputation. Employees like Paul and Carlos are the reason I have remained a loyal customer for over two decades. The gas door still needs to be replaced. I was told that a new gas door has been ordered, so I am hoping to receive a call soon to schedule that repair. I appreciate that this is being addressed and look forward to having it completed. While I hope the dealership addresses the customer service I received from the service advisor, I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service provided by Carlos and Paul. They turned a frustrating experience into a much more positive one, and they deserve to be recognized.

I posted a pretty harsh review of the dealer service department last week, and I want to amend it…read more While it is true that I was really unhappy with my dealings regarding warranty work last year, there have been changes at the dealership that have turned things around. Within a day or two of posting my review, I received a text and email from General Manager Christian Kassis and a follow-up phone call this past Saturday. My criticism and complaint stemmed from having to pay over $500 for work that was covered by my Ford PremiumCARE extended warranty because the then manager of the Service Centered failed to follow-up on the warranty claim. This all happened last year, and I had finally gotten around to posting a review. As mentioned, I spoke with Christian this past Saturday, and today being Monday, he has resolved the issue and issued me a reimbursement check. I've gone from incredibly disappointed to incredibly impressed. It is clear to me now that the issue arose from poor execution by the previous Service Manager. That person is no longer with the dealership. So, I've gone from a 1-star to 5-star rating and will be resuming my relationship with the dealership for service and possible future purchase. My thanks to Christian for addressing this issue in such a rapid manner. It almost renews my faith in human nature

Relaxed friendly environment. Had an issue with the soft roof on my Miata. Some rivets popped off and a bracket got bent out of shape. Everyone around me said "Don't take it to the dealer, it'll be too expensive, they won't try to fix it, they'll say you need to replace the roof, engine, tires and antenna"... Boy, were they all wrong! 495 Mazda DID fix it, and they fixed it right! And the final bill was very, very reasonable. It would have definitely cost way more if I took it to the local mechanic. Mechanics at 495 Mazda know your Mazda, know how things are supposed to work, and have to right tools for the right job. Can't say thank you enough! Thanks to Jonathan and Cesare! Highly recommended!

I was given a particular price for a car, and when I went to pick it up the car was hideous with tan interior with red trim and a black exterior. Obviously, it was a car they had a hard time getting off the lot, so I told them to find me something else...and my only option became a better looking car with lots of additional add-ons that cost an additional $2000. Additionally, they promised me 3 years of Mazda Connected Services, and signed me up for it. I suspected that they would reneg on that so I grabbed a screenshot of my account with 3 years of MCS provided. After 1 year passed, they took away my MCS and told me that my one year trial was over, even though I had previously been signed up for 3 years. When I reached out to them, they told me there was nothing they could do. Of course there is more they can do, they just refuse. I'm currently in the market for a sports car and am in the exploration stage of the buying process. I drove 2 hours to this dealership to test drive a car and get a better feel for what's out there before making a decision. While I appreciated the opportunity to drive the car, I was disappointed by the inappropriate behavior afterward. I was scolded and judged by Gustavo for not being ready to commit that day. I understand that dealerships prefer committed buyers, but making assumptions about a shopper's intentions can lead to a negative experience -- especially for serious buyers who are simply doing their due diligence.
