I left all my information on the contact site and waited for an email, text or call. Everyone is understaffed these days so I was waiting patiently. But I never heard anything back from them. I'm still researching chairs and I'm not eager to get one online with out seeing it first. However, I need a chair. I tried to give my money to the brick and mortar store but it was a total failure. When there are no more stores available, it will be because of situations like this. Obviously I can't rate how you'll be treated if you go there to shop.
