just for starts everything in the store is extremely expensive, which is fine when if the quality of the glass is good - but it's apparently not. after paying almost 50$ for a decorative bong bowl piece (elephant tusks and trunk with various colors) the employee at the front failed to wrap my 50$ overpriced bowl in anything other than a paper bag, I got home go upstairs and go to use said piece and after inserting it into my bong and removing it a single time the stem snapped free from the decorative bowl, never smoked out or used a single time. the manager on duty then refused to accept any type of exchange and proceeds to tell me I'm lying and that I dropped it. ( glass is not shattered it has a clean smooth break from being poor quality and fitted tight to the bong) I would never, ever spend another dime in this overpriced glass shop, id rather smoke out of a soda can. read more

Wouldn't return defective product (24 hr time frame) and blamed it on the manufacturer. Reached out to the manufacturer, who said that was the stores policy. Ultimately lazy store owner who didn't want to process a refund and or deal with any inconvenience on their end. Do not recommend buying anything here based on this experience. Do not go here they are selling junk that falls apart, after only three uses of my "new" claim catcher it simply fell to apart at the Seem. Even after explaining this to the owner who was the lady who sold me the peace the day before shewas unwilling to simply give me a new one. I came in to buy a new atomizer for my Peak Pro and decided to buy a bubbler for my best friend's birthday. Employee rang both transactions separately and didn't know that I was purchasing the bubbler as well. Best friend opened his gift and discovered the bubbler was chipped. I tried to get an exchange and not even a refund. I was told, "Sorry brother but when it leaves the store, there's no way of telling you weren't the one that caused it." Never shopping here again. Horrible customer service. You're off shopping elsewhere that has better prices and customer service. read more

Bought a new bong here last week after an accident with my old beaker. Sean was very friendly and informative, had plenty of time to talk to me and offer advice, and did not try to upsell me anything. I loved my purchase which I later found out was slightly cheaper than I could have gotten it online. I went back today and bought a quartz banger, resp cap, and torch from the equally helpful and friendly Josh. Both employees were great and all of my purchases at Lili's were because these guys were an asset to my buying experience. read more

Stopped by for the first time this weekend. They were very patient with me and my friends, we checked out a lot of pieces. I found the perfect Saki rig with QCB and pelican to go with it. They have a large selection of bubble caps and I found the perfect cap to match my new Saki. My friends picked up sick bongs and nice Santa Cruz Shredder grinders. I was surprised to find custom made downstems and bowls. I will definitely come back next time I am in the area. read more

Bought a rig set up, nail, torch everything. Nail broke after having it for less then 12 hours. I called the shop and asked what could be done and the women who said she was the manager accused me of dropping it then lying to her about it. She was rude and 100% lacking in customer service skills. Would never go here again. They're over priced and the quality clearly isnt there. Explore other options and read the 1 star reviews. This is the best place ive been too in Mass. Vapes, incense, bamboo plants, (water)pipes, rigs, dabbers, knives, swords, & a lot more....If you have money, go here.. If you want something different. They have many different artists from all over the USA & they also have import stuff. The usa glass though.. My god, the colors. They get pieces so unique in every way you could think of. Specialty colors. And prices can go wayyy up. They have a layaway purchase program if you want an expensive piece. I worked at a head shop (in the same city) and this place is by far the best in worcester. Dont go cheap, somewhere else.. because you'll regret it. Save your money and go to Lilis, even if its for a cheaper, smaller, piece. They support local, and smaller known glass blowers, AND brand names. If they dont have what you want- just ask. Yumin is really nice! The place is upscale looking and the display cases are new and organized. Right side of the store is imports. Left side of store is usa made, ..and theres a back room of amazing stuff too... You just have to go... too at least look!
