I'm extremely disappointed with how I was treated during my recent visit…read more I purchased a Jeter Baby Jeter pack that was supposed to contain five pre-rolls, but when I opened it, there were only two. I went back into the dispensary to let them know about the missing product. I was told that I needed to contact Jeter customer service, so I did. The Jeter representative was on the phone with me for the entire interaction and witnessed everything that happened. They were trying to speak with the manager to get information and figure out how to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and hostile toward both the Jeter representative and me. She was yelling at the Jeter representative and then began yelling at me as well, right in front of the service window where other people could hear the entire interaction. What also stood out to me was the reaction of the employee standing next to her. He looked visibly uncomfortable and seemed to understand that the way she was speaking to both me and the Jeter representative was not right. When I told her that I felt she was being mean, she told me that she was going to ban me from the dispensary. I was extremely uncomfortable and honestly shocked that a simple issue involving a missing product escalated to that level. The Jeter customer service representative was professional throughout the situation and was simply trying to get the information needed to resolve the issue. They were a witness to the entire interaction and told me they would be looking further into the situation. My problem isn't that there was a product mistake -- mistakes happen. My problem is how management chose to handle it. Customers should be able to bring a legitimate concern to management without being yelled at, embarrassed in front of other customers, or threatened with being banned. I hope management takes a serious look at how this interaction was handled, because the way I was treated was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Let me add though the lady who cashed me out was very nice and pleasant and went out of her way to get my product. It's sad you can have a nice team with such horrible and unprofessional management.

The product was good and the price was decent for a dispensary. I recommend this place over Good Chem and Deim. Only negative is the young lady at the front desk today seemed lost and unsure of how to log people in. Last time I came in she also didn't know anything about the flower or concentrate products. Maybe Tony should train her?

I buy sativa prerolls. Nearly every time I purchase a product that Resinate claims online to be…read more "sativa" or "sativa-hybrid" I see by the label, once I'm home, that they're all just hybrids. A few were indica-leaning. None were even sativa-leaning. That's straight up lying to customers. Also, many of their pre-rolls are so loose they're not smokable as joints. I find that many bud tenders completely ignore customers and talk amongst themselves, then treat those customers like we're stupid. Lying to customers about strains has to go against the CCC . When I brought back a joint to let them know that the 5 I bought were all too loose, AND hybrids that weren't even sativa-leaning as claimed, they treated me like garbage, made me wait while they helped other customers, just to respond 'too bad, so sad '. l mentioned that they were misrepresenting the product and the budtender literally yelled "All the joints are hybrid! There's no such thing as all or nothing!!" It was mortifying. She told me nothing I didn't already know. This is why I will never go back to Resinate. If lying to customers is a CCC violation then I'll be reporting them as well.

I've been to numerous dispensaries throughout Massachusetts and several other states, the experience I've had at other dispensaries is usually pretty standard and typically pleasant, consistent. Tonight, I had the pleasure of having Miss Deanna Paladino assist me. She was extremely professional, kind and helpful. Dealing with the general public can be difficult and unpredictable, Deanna assisted me with enthusiasm, knowledge and again, her genuine kindness. She is an absolute asset to your company. I am a resident of Worcester and because of my experience at Sunnyside, I will not be going anywhere else. I cannot remember the bud tender who helped me tonight, she was also wonderful (dark hair, glasses, black hair?). She too mirrored Deanna's great demeanor and personality.
