My truck didn't have not one scratch on it and I did a ton of damage to my rear quarter to my beautiful truck that had less than 15 k on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma double cab! My body shop I used to go to retired out of the business after 40 years and I heard through word of mouth Marty did excellent work so I immediately took my truck down to have them look at the vehicle! I met with the secretary when I walked through the door who was very friendly and had me meet with Sam the adjuster who was very helpful and friendly person! He calmly told me that the damage I did can be easily replaced because it was all bolt on and can be painted before it gets put on the vehicle! I sold Toyota for 38 years and sold myself this vehicle and did not know that! I was a nervous wreck! He said to drop the truck off that Sunday night and while we were talking he ordered all factory parts! Two and a half days later the vehicle was done perfectly and properly without blending paint! They matched the paint perfectly! He also never asked for parts money up front! He never knew me from a hole in a wall before this encounter! What a guy! Marty came out at the end and took the car back to take care of a chip I had no charge! I highly recommend Marty! You can't ask for a better repair facility! Both Sam and Marty are awesome! I found that response extremely disrespectful and dismissive. There were also other employees standing around staring, which made an already uncomfortable situation even worse. I had my children in the car at the time, so I was especially disappointed by how the situation was handled. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted the sticker put on correctly. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix a simple mistake and then making the customer feel like they're the problem is not good customer service. I will not be returning.

i do have trust issues on their ability to actually fix my car. i originally brought my car in…read morebecause my brake was acting weird. they just randomly changed my brake pads that i changed not so long ago and it did not fix the issue. few months later i come back to get my inspection done here and they failed me for the same reason that they did not fix correctly to begin with. i gave them another shot to fix it and they thought it was the calipers that might need to be replace. they some how ended up replacing one control arm, conveniently pass my inspection but my car is still having the same issue. i have to step on the brake very hard and for a long time to get it to work. it's gotten to the point that i got used to driving it this way, i just keep 2 car distance at all time. but it does not change the fact they did not fix the issue and charged me for different services both times. i didn't even bother bringing it back because i feel like they just playing car parts roulette and replacing random things then hope it works. if you go here for a general inspection sticker with a newer car it will be fine but i dont trust their abilities to fix old cars
