I called Lifeway Mobility and spoke with Tabitha. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, and told me the fee to remove the stairlift would be $215. We scheduled a date and time. The technician, Luis, called me when he was on his way, he arrived promptly, was very nice and friendly, and had the stairlift out of the house in 15 minutes. I paid him, he emailed a receipt, and was on his way. I could not have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Lifeway Mobility.

It is important to note that my son is on life support equipment 24/7 and we are extremely grateful to these people at Rotech for their commitment to the service to my son. The only negative thing I can say about dealing with getting supplies is with the insurance company who make decisions for the well being of my child based on money and not life support conditions. This has nothing to do with the support we get from Rotech, but only the lack of responsibility by insurance decisions for the care needed by people who depend on their decisions based wholly on finances and not life-saving healthcare for the people they serve.
