In each of these instances, Jeff promptly texted me as soon as he became aware of the vendor's botched delivery and set me up with new appointments. When the window glass was finally delivered & installed (about 3 weeks after initial appointment), Jeff & team offered to comp the full cost of the installation (parts & labor) due to the difficulties encountered. His team turned an otherwise painful experience into a transparent & honest one. I would highly recommend this location due to management's attentiveness to detail and customer care.

After four hours of waiting, I finally called them, only to find out they had canceled my appointment without telling me. No text, no call, nothing. So now I'm sitting here with a cracked windshield that could've been fixed today, and they tell me I have to come in instead. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with, Kathy (978-313-1039) , was condescending, unhelpful, and made it very clear she did not care whatsoever about the inconvenience their screw-up caused. Not an apology, not an ounce of accountability, just attitude. Safelite wasted my time, gave me no updates, canceled without notice, and then added insult to injury with lousy customer service. I will never use this company again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless they enjoy being ignored, inconvenienced, and spoken to like a burden.

I waited to see anyone for about 5 minutes, before I went in to the office and no one was there. I saw in the garage that it was empty. I returned to my car to look for an available appointment online, since it is such a tiny crack, it should be a quick fix, right? A tall man came out and asked what I needed, I said I was looking for an appointment for a tiny crack to be fixed. He said they didn't have any appointments available (even though they closed 40 minutes later), and didn't ask to see what it looked like. Just "too busy," with their empty garage. I think they just wanted to leave early. I don't recommend this location. I had much better luck & customer service in Beverly, and it only took 10 minutes to fix. Also, I called Safelite 4 times before being able to be connected to a centralized call center person, who then tried to connect me to this location 3 times herself. They have no receptionists at any locations, and Safelite should make it possible to contact local locations through one of their phone options.

I most recently used JN Phillips for replacement. The woman on the phone who set up my appointment was extremely helpful. I only had a few days until the end of the month, and I needed to have my car inspected before then as well. And it was supposed to be raining for days, which would mean that I'd need to go to their location, since neither my house nor my office have a garage. Well, she was checking the weather for me, and set up the appointment at my home just in case it didn't rain. Luckily, it didn't, and a couple guys from their Malden location came out and fixed my car right up. They even stuck the velcro pieces from my fastlane to the edge of my rear view so I could put them back on. (Last time I had my windshield replaced, they took them with the old glass, and I had to get new ones from the fastlane folks.) I'd use them again, and knowing my car, will likely have to.

After ten minutes on hold I called someone else, and I am very glad I did. The hold time is not the problem though, that's just me being impatient. They didn't seal it properly which allowed rust to form on the inside, they scratched my paint, and they used lesser quality glass.
