The second time I went in, Jim cut a bronze glass mirror to fit as a replacement for a door on my entertainment center. The result: two perfectly matching glass doors, for way less than I expected. The car had 39 miles on it, so I went back and forth for a month via email until they finally decided to do the right thing and replace the damaged part. Then noticed that my PPF (which was largely done well) was peeling in a few spots on the edge, I asked to have it looked at under warranty, and they just stopped responding to my emails. Also worth mentioning, when I picked my car up, it had pieces of PPF stuck in random spots and hand prints both inside and out, they also scratched up my key fob that was handed to them new. Avoid this place, they act like they're high quality and top tier, but reality is far from that.
