These guys clearly take pride in their work. You can tell right away this isn't just another detailing shop, they're passionate about what they do and it shows in every detail. The car came back looking better than new, with a level of finish and care that's hard to find. What I appreciate most is the consistency. A year after the ceramic coating, the car still holds up incredibly well, and their follow-up detail brought everything right back to that just-done look. They're professional, easy to work with, and they treat your car like it actually matters. If you're considering detailing or ceramic coating, don't overthink it, Q Car Care delivers.

They also offered to do a bit of other work for us to help us out, but there was a bit of a delay with getting the right tech there and so we had to leave the car a bit longer than promised. When we dropped it off, i tried to explain how the front license plate frame attached to the bumper and they stopped me and said "oh we deal with these all the time." When I picked it up, it was on incorrectly, and I'm glad it didn't fall off because it wasn't properly installed. In the end, they fixed what was requested, but I still question the attention to detail. Not consistent.

It started raining at 6am. They should either cancel ahead of time or be setup to arrive with a canopy if the job requires a completely dry day. I offered to put the car under a tree, and the tech said nah. He just didn't feel like doing his job in the elements. Don't offer the service if you cannot deliver. If you know the starts out inclement do not wait until afternoon to make the call to say I cant do it, and then when I complain come back with BS like I'm sorry you feel that way. Another big business that could care less about customer service because they are too busy to care. I will never use Safelite. Typical corporate response Never doing business with Safelite

After four hours of waiting, I finally called them, only to find out they had canceled my appointment without telling me. No text, no call, nothing. So now I'm sitting here with a cracked windshield that could've been fixed today, and they tell me I have to come in instead. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with, Kathy (978-313-1039) , was condescending, unhelpful, and made it very clear she did not care whatsoever about the inconvenience their screw-up caused. Not an apology, not an ounce of accountability, just attitude. Safelite wasted my time, gave me no updates, canceled without notice, and then added insult to injury with lousy customer service. I will never use this company again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless they enjoy being ignored, inconvenienced, and spoken to like a burden.

My experience with Glass America could not have been worse…read more In August, my front passenger window shattered. It was probably due to the car sitting through a heat wave with the windows rolled up. My insurance agent called Glass America. The first technician replaced the window in such a way that the glass rubbed against the window frame as it closed. As a result, it trips the safety mechanism and the window automatically rolls down. This happens 100% of the time and the technician had to know the problem existed before he left. Instead, he just left and I did not discover the problem until after he was gone. My instinct was to take the car to the dealership. They tried resetting the software, but that didn't fix it. That's when they determined that the glass was rubbing as it went up. They also indicated that the technician had failed to clean out all the broken glass inside the door and that they had done that for me. I called Glass America back and they agreed to send out a second technician. That second technician confirmed the rubbing, said that they would replace the window a second time and I would be called in one or two days to set an appointment. That never happened. Two weeks later I called them again and scheduled a third technician to replace the window. The third technician replaced the window, but could not resolve the problem. He said that customer service would call me in a day or two to figure out "next steps." That didn't happen. In addition, the door handle on the inside seemed loose and we could not longer open the passenger door from the inside. At this point, I went back to the dealership. They fixed the door handle. The glass technician had disconnected the cable and had not reconnected it. Further, they reported that the glass technician had torn the liner inside the door. So, I escalated it back to my insurance agent. He escalated it at Glass America and a customer service person called me right back. She indicated that they would send out another technician. I said that I didn't want them touching my car again because every time they made things worse. I wanted the dealership to fix it and for Glass America to foot the bill. This was on a Friday. She said that she did not have authority to agree to that, but her boss would call me on Monday. That was a month ago. Needless to say, I never got a call. So now I'm screwed. I'm facing a series of replacements by the dealership in my passenger door until they identify and fix the problem. It could result in a replacement of the entire door. That would probably exceed $1000.
