Called on Monday and booked an appt for 9am on Friday to patch my cracked windshield. Called again today to confirm the appt. Waited four days to find out that the appt was supposed to be 9am to 11am. Sally at customer service then tells me that she made a mistake and it is supposed to be 11-2. Without being apologetic, rudely yells back. Worst customer experience ever. I do not recommend this company to anyone. read more

New Angle did a front windshield replacement today for our Model 3. Miguel Cruz was our technician, and he did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and has worked on Teslas throughout New England. Even with a very full appointment book today, he took very special care both on the installation and on the car. He gave very clear instructions on when it was safe to drive, wash, etc. He also gave great advice about how to get the forward facing camera recalibrated at Tesla but still paid for through Insurance. This company deserves zero stars!!! Unethical business practices Horrible customer service. Price gouging. What kind of unethical business practice is this? Price gouging in the time of global pandemic!! I reached out to this company to provide and install glass door for my bathroom shower. There was a consultation appointment where a representative came and took measurements and afterwards I received an estimate for the work. First, the estimate for the work was RIDICULOUSLY high. But what was even worse, when I tried to reach the company by phone to discuss the estimate and why the price quoted was so high, I could not get a single knowledgeable person on the phone to explain to me why the estimate was so expensive! During this time of a global pandemic, I ended up going to this place of business in person, and had to continually insist on speaking to someone in person to receive an explanation as to why my estimate was so high. When I finally managed to gain an audience with an employee capable of answering my questions, I was sent away saying I would receive a phone call later in the day, after which I received an email from this company DECLINING my business with the excuse that this company is too busy to take on any additional work! When I called the company back I was told the same message, this company is too busy, they have too much business, they don't have time for the job of putting in the glass in my bathroom shower. WTF??? This company told me they were too busy to take on the project of my bathroom TWO WEEKS after the initial consultation appointment. If they were too busy to do the work for me, why didn't they say so two weeks before? I lost two weeks of my life waiting for the estimate and then trying to get them to explain why the estimate was so expensive. In these two weeks I could have found someone else to do the job for me!! If they are so busy, why not tell me so at first when I called them the first time? I would have then moved to a different company. Instead, I lost two weeks during which I have not been able to use my shower! What kind of a company strings along potential customers in such a way? Do not hire this company!!! They will quote you an outrageously high price, evade your phone calls, string you along, and then refuse the job under the pretense that they are too busy. If they are so busy that they don't need new business, go somewhere else for your glass needs. Do not make my mistake and waste weeks of your life only to end up where you started, in search of a reliable and responsible business. When a pebble cracked my windshield, both my insurance agent and car dealership recommended New Angle Glass. They responded quickly and efficiently and made things very easy for me. Perhaps more importantly is the fact that for six months or more I'd been hounding the local glass store in my small town to come and repair a cracked window. He kept promising to "take a look," but continued to blow me off. I mentioned to John at New Angle that I had a home window in need of repair too, he sent out someone to measure, had the window sized and cut and in less than one week's time, I have a new window and New Angle has a new customer! read more

I wish I could give no stars, but I can't. Had a windshield replaced, and it came out fine except for my EZ Pass not making it back into the car, which I didn't notice until a few days later. I called them up to ask if I could come get it, and the tech who worked on it, Mike, proceeded to instead tell me rudely multiple times that I never had one. 1. We are not talking about a piece of paper or a CD that may or may not have been in there or gotten moved - it's ATTACHED to the windshield and was since the day I got it, no one else drives my car or uses it, it was there. I was on a toll road USING it when my windshield got damaged & I brought it to the shop two days later, so don't tell me it wasn't there. It does me no benefit to lie about an EZ Pass. 2. Even if the tech didn't think it was in there, customer service would dictate that I'm still right, and he could have offered to double check or just apologize for not having seen it and ask how they could help. When I told him it WAS in there & he wasn't going to tell me otherwise about my own car, he said they MIGHT discuss paying for it depending on the cost. Are you kidding me? If it's $1 or a million, you lost it & you will replace it whatever it costs. I don't know where this guy learned to talk to customers, but I wouldn't set foot in this business again if they paid me for the work. By the way, turns out a new transponder is actually free, so the only thing lost now is the business. read more

Do not use this company! They are slow in their response and follow-up. After being 3 months late on delivery of glass to our client, there were issues. Had to wait an additional 1 month to address issues. Owner didn't return calls. Then after our client was royally upset about the delay and quality, the owner, Andy, bad mouthed the client to their customers and harassed us for payment - even though we had not been paid by the client. To make matters worse, Andy illegally stole money from our account as he had our debit card information. This was unauthorized. These guys are crooks - plain and simple. read more

BAD, VERY BAD SERVICE, WORK and PRICE. I WON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!! Brought in a wooden window sash to be repaired...... It took over 3 days to replace one pane of glass. When I arrived to see if it was ready...the person lied and said they called and left a message to pick up the window. He then asked if I can wait 15 minutes for him to find my window....hmmmmmm. It was repaired while I was waiting and the work is awful!!!! The replaced my wooden window with silicone not wood putty and the silicone was all over the inside of the window and as a bonus someone in their shop spilled coffee on the window and did not clean it. Best part was the price.......$79 for a piece of glass 24" by 14" messy work and coffee. Had this window repaired before for $30. read more

Worst place of business I've experienced. Dropped off car in the am. Came back at noon to pick it up and noticed my front Lip spoiler was just laying on the ground under the car. Granted it abs plastic... I walked in and talked to the front desk..nice young lady...but there was an older woman in the back that rudely shouted out..." Its NOT gonna be under WARRANTY!!! There's to much RUST! " I said OK? So I waited for the young lady to finish the paperwork to see what is she gonna say about my front lip spoiler. She said nothing and didn't even know it was broken. So I told her to step outside and take a look. She instead called the tech that worked on it. So this guy walks out...and said " Ohh I apologize about that...I must've nicked the curb...I can reattached it for you if you want" I starred at him like how? Its plastic...you broke all the mounting points and lip is in pieces.... At this point I was just curious how he broke it, I drove through all the NewEngland Storms with this lip on and the million and ten pot holes the city has but never had any problems with the lip breaking. He did not say anything about he pay the damages nothing. So I gave my insurance agency a call, then shortly after I received a call back from NewAngleGlass, Sally..the older woman in back..I said Hello..she answered " WHAT HAPPENED?!" With wicked bad attitude arguing ...everything went downhill after that. She transferred me to her "manager" which was the tech that worked on my car. So to sum it up, I went there for new windshield ended up with a Front Lip Spoiler that broke completely off and fender flare that came out of place....and worst off all they wouldnt admit they broke it and didn't want to take any responsibility. read more
