Tiny Works is owned by a former team member of Tint King out of Billerica. He actually gets supplies and plotters from Brian who is the owner up there. He was able to get me in the same day and showed up to the shop right on time. They have a waiting room that is closed off from the working area. In this area they have a tv with Comcast to distract you from that you are there. The work was impressive and the shop was super clean. Would totally use again without a hesitation. read more

Dylan made quick work of removing my old bubbled mess of a back windshield tint installed by someone else and replacing with the LLumar Formula One Pinnacle film. My back windshield went from barely being able to see out of it to a crystal clear view. I also love that they stand behind their workmanship / the product in case it has a problem in the future. They were very accommodating for scheduling and easy to work with. read more

STAY AWAY! Poor quality, scratches my car. Tint works used to be the best back in the day when Randy was the owner and Rick was an installer, how this is not the case anymore. Sky high prices and terrible tinting jobs that Randy would never have approved of. There bubbles and dust stuck in the tint. I complained to them about and they re-did the windows, but they didn't fix the problem. They also scratched my paint up when tinting the windshield and denied it. They won't last long with all the other tint shops around that do a much better job. read more

Had my Grand Cherokee front windows done here and the windshield strip back in September with 30% ceramic. Decided to come back and have them redone 15% to math then back. Randy and his guys always do phenomenal work and removed the old tint free of charge. Can not say enough good things about them. I refer all my friends here and will be back with every vehicle I get tinted in the future. read more

After being referred by a buddy of mine about Randy, I decided to come by Tint Works to let him work on my car. Man, did I make the right decision. Randy know exactly what he's doing and gave his best to make my car look perfect. Also, he worked around my schedule and actually took some time off his non-work day to help me out. I got to say it: Your customer service and the amazing work you do will definitely make me come back for any future tint works. Just wanted to add that: I bought my car used, and I didn't know my car was tinted before hand (even though it was removed). Randy pointed out that there were glues and a tiny bit of old tint, and it would probably take some more time to complete the car and make it perfect. Before I even say anything, he told me: Don't worry, I'll make sure it will look good and do the extra work to remove it for free. He went ahead and THOROUGHLY cleaned all my windows a couple of times (even took my WHOLE rear deck off) to make sure that all the glues are gone before applying the new tints on. Who does that, I mean some shady place would not even care and just pretend it was not there. I was absolutely amazed and speechless, and I really appreciate Randy effort to make another happy customer. I am super happy with the outcome of my car and even my buddy was amazed as how clean and professional the tints were. If you are looking for tint, Tint Works is the place to go. read more

I had my new GTI tinted by Randy and it came out better than I hoped! I am picky about my car and my car has these little triangular windows on the A-Pillar that nobody will do but it was no problem for Randy. There was an issue that I noticed after I left. I was skeptical about him making things right but when I brought it back, Randy resolved it right away. A+ for customer service. read more

I've never had any of my cars tinted before so I was nervous trying to pick a place that I could trust. I stumbled upon Tint Works and communicated to Randy over email hoping to get a time slot where I could stop by, get it done, and get back to work. All options and pricing were explained upfront and there wasn't any funny business when it came time to pay. I don't have a Ferrari or a Porsche, just your run of the mill Toyota--so I wasn't sure if I'd be treated equally as people with baller cars, but I'm happy to say that I had a great experience. Randy was super nice, confirmed everything before any work was done, and after the work was done gave clear instructions on how to handle the tint and what the warranty was in case there were any problems. Several days later, I notice no problems and I love the product and the work! Now I want to tint all my cars! read more

The tints came out good so far, waiting for the curing process to finish. The girl at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is, I had recently washed an waxed my car after the tints were done they gave the car back covered in dried soapy water inside and out. I realized it can't be avoided but a simple wipe down afterwards would have been appreciated... read more

I brought Jeff's car in to Tint Works to have it tinted as his Christmas present ( better late than never) and Randi and his crew did an outstanding job. Made an appointment with Dylan over the phone a week in advance. Confirmed via text and even received a text reminder the day before. I showed up but the office was closed. No phone call, text or email that it was cancelled. I waited a half hour in case he was running late or something came up - I get it, these things happen. But looking at other people's reviews, this has happened before and I never received a follow up call or anything. This is unacceptable and no one deserves such poor customer service. Covid is no excuse. That's time it'll never get back. Just let me know it's cancelled or reschedule, rather than make me drive there to find out. I'm in business and communication is an essentially part of service. I'd get fired if did this to one of my customers. read more

PROS : Many... - Professional - Competitively priced - Award winning - Freindly and approachable (They let me take a million pics and answered all my annoying questions with genuine enthusiasm). - Helped me choose the right tint (I went with Llumar Ceramic) - Walked me through color hue differences using a light box (I wanted to make sure the tint was as close to neutral grey as possible and avoid the dreaded purple or brown saturated tints. Their tint is high quality and they demonstrated how neutral grey it was. Ceramic is closer, non-ceramic was slightly warmer grey, but still very neutral). - Zero bubbles - Maintained integrity of interior (Returned it to the condition they received it in). No scratches, no pulls no tears, no loose panels, no drama. - Did hard to reach golf 7 front triangular windows like a boss. (knows how to remove over engineered clips without destroying your trim or setting off airbags) - They have a plotter machine with templates for your windows to get it closer to the correct shape for each window. This helps make them... - Fast CONS : none I will be going back with my next car. Thanks Randy and crew! read more

I had an appointment in the books and even got a reminder text. On the day of the appointment nobody showed up. If Randy still ran this place this wouldn't of happened. Solar Solutions up the road in Bedford is a better choice anyways. read more

Randy and his staff are excellent. This was the first shop I went to for the first tint job I've received and the tint does not look cheap and they do NOT cut corners. It was important to me that they did not cut the tint around the brake light on my rear window - this is not something they do anyway so it was not an issue. Since my first tint job, I've moved to DC for work and realized that I could go even darker here. I made it a point to travel back to Tint Works on my following trip to MA to get my windows darker. It took about an hour to do the entire car and the price was very reasonable for the quality that they provide. My car came out looking like the tint was factory installed. read more

I just have to ditto everyone else on here. Just had my 2015 Mazda 3 done. Nano Ceramic. Looks awesome! High quality workmanship and materials. High quality tint job, very happy with results. Will definitely be back for future tint needs.

Guess it's time to review this place. Had my windows done on my 16 wrx. Got 30% all around. Got the ceramic and paid $300. Quality of tint is great they did a good job and it was fast. What I didn't like is that if you don't get legal 35% they won't even give you a receipt and want cash only for any jobs not 35%. I asked about the warranty since its lifetime and they go ( we will remember you/the work). Seemed bizarre to me. For this reason you get 4 stars. read more

I went there after checking the reviews. Very professional guys, suggested me legal options for tint. I worked on my laptop using their WiFi while they tinted the windows in 35-40 min. Prices are good too. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a quality tint work on their cars. read more

Randy did an amazing job. He was very low pressure when discussing each of the three tint options. After scoping out a black/black 550i he was just finishing up that had the darkest and most UV ray-resistant tint, I decided to go with this option. It was a little extra money, but it turned my awe-deprived Honda Accord Grannymobile (dark amber metallic/beige) into a pretty sweet looking car! I would recommend anyone I know to go here for a tint. It comes with a lifetime warranty too. read more

These guys are legit! Quick email responses and clean, professional work with quality film products. Keep it up!

First, i had Randy removed my tint from all 5 windows on my Dodge Avenger (from a different State), in August of 2015 - OUTSTANDING job! NOBODY else in a 200 mile radius from Keene, NH would guarantee that the rear window tint removal would NOT damage the rear defroster. Randy did and it was a quick & very professional job...a real pro. So when it was time to tint my Cadillac CTS today, i brought it here and their tint installation was just as good, probably better actually, as the removal! I HIGHLY recommend these guys after 2 outstanding experiences! Tint Works is WORTH the extra long drive to come here and get it done! Bravo Zulu to all the employees at Tint Works! read more

Another super happy customer. Randy (the owner) is extremely detail oriented and customer service focused. The appointment started on-time. We discussed my options and in about 30 minutes, my two windows were complete and look amazing. Tinting absolutely changed the entire look of the truck for low dollar investment. I can also feel safe from the sun. I highly recommend Tint Works. You won't be disappointed. read more

I got my first new car (a crosstrek) and to be honest I have no idea what I'm doing. The guys at tint works were professional, helped me understand what I was getting, had ultra competitive prices, and did my tinting in about 40m. He apologized by the wait which I didn't understand because it was so quick and gave me $10 off! These guys rule. My car looks amazing read more

This shop is under new ownership and is not the same as it was before. I brought my Mercedes in to have all the windows tinted. I discussed what I wanted for film with the installer and sat in the waiting room. About 3 hours later, the car was "done", finding out they didn't install the film we had discussed installing at check out, I took the car and went on my way. As I looked over the car, I found a large crease in the rear window tint, a small crease in the rear window tint, the door panels not sitting correctly and the leather/vinyl out of place, the window swipers not sitting correctly in the door panel and muddy foot prints in the back seat area. I talked to Rick the manager and he and I discussed the issues and that he would correct everything and that he was very sorry. I understand, things happen. Rick also told me that some work I had asked about previously would be done at no charge for my inconvenience of the mistakes and having to take the time to correct it. I make an appointment to have the fixes done and the additional work all in one day so its convenient for me. Fast forward 2 weeks later when I had the appointment to "fix" everything and have the additional work done.... I was greeted with apologies and told that my car would be fixed immediately. I discuss and show them the issues, they acknowledge and agree that its needs to be fixed. They take the car into the shop, re tint the rear windows to the correct tint we had initially discussed and they pull it back outside informing me it was done. I look at the door seals/swipers, not fixed, muddy foot prints YEP still there. I ask when the person was coming to do the additional work that we had agreed upon, "I'm sorry, he isn't coming, something came up".... Rick the manager then asked if I could make ANOTHER appointment to come back for the additional work... at this point I was rather upset and had to get out of there. All in all, this was a huge inconvenience for average work at best. Any local tint shop can do the same work. They don't have the attention to detail as the previous ownership did which is a shame, they used to be the only place to go. I gave them 2 weeks after my HORRIBLE experience to contact me and see if they could make anything better, they did not, so now we have my story live on the internet. Typically, I dont post reviews like this, but this whole situation is still not sitting well with me a month later because I was a customer of the old ownership, its sad to see this shop headed in this direction. read more

I bought my car already tinted, however, in the past year I haven't been able to see out of my rear window due to blurriness.
