Avoid This Shop - Defective Work & Deceptive Practices…read more I took my car to ProCar Sound on Saturday for a remote starter installation. During the job, a technician broke the brake light switch and attempted to glue it back together rather than replacing it--without informing me. By evening, the glued switch failed, causing the brake lights to illuminate. I called before closing to report the issue and ask when they could fix it. Instead of offering to address their mistake that day, I was told to return Monday--unacceptable for a problem they caused. I had to visit a parts store and fix it myself. What bothered me most: No apology, no accountability, no offer to compensate, and zero follow-up from management. Notably, they requested my Google review before the service was even complete--which explains their suspiciously high rating. High ratings are misleading, it's like tipping a waiter BEFORE the food is serviced. Save your money and your time--go elsewhere for honest workmanship and actual customer service.

Mike and his team do THE best work at reasonable prices. The quality is worth every penny. They were highly responsive and communicative, and were able to get me in the shop fairly quickly. They offer a variety of remote car starters based on your needs and budget, and they take the time to talk you through the options they offer, ask questions about your needs and wants to help them understand what to recommend, and answer any remaining questions you have. There were a few tiny bubbles after the installation, and because I'm a perfectionist, I asked if they could be fixed. Dylan addressed every imperfection without hesitation and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. The quality of Tint King's work and their customer service are second to none. It's rare to find a business that stands so firmly behind its work and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. I took the car to Mike's Auto Body, since they were good to me when I went to them 10 years ago. Mike was very personable then. I dread going through the process of getting quotes etc. knowing that the price and time would be an inconvenience to my busy work schedule. I drove my car in, hoping they'd give me a quick estimate at best and an appointment for (an estimate) another time at worst. Eric came straight out, looked over what needed to be done (I also asked for some scratches to be buffed out) and gave me an estimate of time and price. The guys took my trim off whilst I waited, then I left to return a couple of weeks later to have the license plate and trim reattached, as well as scratches buffed out. Some of the scratches were pretty bad, but the staff warned me not to expect them to be perfectly removed, which was what I'd already suspected. For the price, they did a great job. Often times, I expect to be denigrated in one way or another (it's just my experience in life) when I seek service for my car, renovations to my house, etc... however, the staff at Mike's Auto Body have always been respectful toward me. Mike gave me the confidence to go back this time, so I assume the professional and respectful behaviour comes from the top down. I truly won't go anywhere else. The price, though excellent, was secondary to the professionalism and respect the staff show me.
