I strongly do not recommend this dealership. I purchased a vehicle that had severe issues immediately, making it undriveable the day I got it home. On top of that, I was promised the car had an automatic starter would be activated through the app once I bought the car -- that turned out to be completely false. The day after I purchased the vehicle, my salesman stopped responding to texts, calls, and emails (still nothing, after months of trying). I received zero communication. I had to physically go back to the dealership just to get anyone to acknowledge the situation. When the car finally went to their mechanic, the experience got worse. The mechanic was at least responsive, but complained about how expensive the repairs were and talked about trying a series of cheap, temporary fixes just to send me home -- even admitting they didn't think those fixes would work. I had the car in and out of the shop for the same problem at least 5 times without a fix. One time when I went in, I found my salesperson and asked why he hadn't responded for months. He said he was busy out having fun and partying because he doesn't have kids and has freedom, so he didn't get to return my call. He told me he would escalate to the owner... this happened twice and I continued to get no response and nothing from the owner For the first six months of ownership, my car was in the shop about half the time. I finally got in touch with the owner on my own and brought up the false promises about features. He just said everything was my fault and I should have known. He eventually offered to add the automatic starter, only if I paid half. Then instead of doing that, he completely stopped responding to my emails, texts, and calls, just like everyone else there Now I'm left with a car that I was unable to drive for months, that I've had to pour more money into after purchase, and had to pay for uber rides back and forth to their shop to get my car for repairs that didn't work. My wife and I purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer. We know that buying a used car can come with issues. Within the first week we noticed that the heating element on the drivers seat was not working and we brought it back to be repaired. one of us sat there for four hours for them to come and Tell us that we needed to come back another day as they needed to order parts. Went back the following week was told it would be quick was sitting there for another four hours for them to tell us it was going to take all day. We have not even put 7000 miles on the car since November 1 as of today and last week the alternator went on the car while we did buy an extended warranty. Apparently it wasn't one that covers the alternator. We were also told that the car will need a new battery and again while I can appreciate the fact that it is normal wear and tear. The battery is almost at the end of its life and without putting even 7000 miles on it, if they tested the battery they would've known that. We reached out to them several times last Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday finally they had someone call on Thursday saying basically too bad we're out of our warranty with them and they will not honor a lemon law which we weren't even mentioning to them. We just wanted them to work with us as we just got the car five months ago then yesterday we noticed The driver assistance is no longer working well that is not a major issue. We reached out yesterday via phone call in the morning email in the afternoon phone call in the evening and three phone calls today without any response. I feel like they've sold us the car and now they just do not care about their customer which is unfortunate. We were just looking for them to respond to us, to work with us and I couldn't even get the owner Lorenzo to call us back. I have a text message from a gentleman named Sean who put it in a group text with the owner and still nothing. I purchased an extended warranty when I purchased a BMW from this dealer. A few weeks ago, I received a communication from Freedom Warranty that the policy was cancelled due to the dealer's lack of payment. I notified Nick and he said they would take care of it. This morning I called Freedom Warranty and as of today they haven't been paid. Also, I took my car to Herb Chambers in Boston to have a problem with a shift repaired. BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a BMW from these guys last month and have had trouble with the car since I drove it off the lot. They sold me a car with leather peeling from the dash, which I did not notice during the walkaround, and was never pointed out by the salesperson (so much for trusting a car salesman). I noticed the leather when I picked the car up and was told it has always been that way. No offer to repair given at all. I priced the repair out at $3,000. That's not even the worst part, the car had two different sets of tires, 3 of the control arms were bad and needed to be replaced, and one grill bar has dry rot. I took the car back for repair and they claimed they repaired the control arms and replaced the tires, but there was a black glue on one of the tire rims, and the same noise I heard before has re-emerged. Good luck getting Nick (salesperson) who has yet to call be back or offer any assistance. It's sad that I might have to get the Attorney General's office involved to deal with these guys, who seem to hide behind the lemon law regulations. Picked up an absolute beautiful C63 love the staff super great people. Salesman works his butt off big time. Only issue with the car is the transmission pan leak and bad battery otherwise than that absolute great dealership to work with. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR from Eastside Motoring. Save yourselves the aggravation and take your business elsewhere. I purchased a vehicle in late March 2025 from Nick at Eastside Motoring. During the purchase of the vehicle, Nick was very attentive and prompt to respond to messages, We (Nick and I) signed a sales agreement for the vehicle, and unfortunately, Nick has not honored the agreement, he avoids getting back to me and has not return messages. He failed to fully delivered on our signed sales agreement. I reached out to the owner, Lorenzo, asking him to help resolve the matter, much like Nick, Lorenzo, (the owner of Eastside Motoring) after many messages being left, Lorenzo does not to return any of my calls either. I have tried everything to get what we agreed and signed in the sales agreement. At this point all I can do is raise the red flags and report that they did not honor the signed sales agreement, and furthermore, I raised a different issue with Nick when I picked up the vehicle. The recorded and reported mileage of the vehicle at the time of the signed agreement did NOT match the number of miles at the time it was picked up. When I picked up the vehicle, it had an additional 160 miles recorded on the odometer, which indicated that it was still being used regularly during the week leading up to the scheduled pick up date. When I confronted Nick about the discrepancy, he said that it was due to a "road test" which was a very sketchy responose / excuse. Also, their website claim that they are BBB accredited, if you check with BBB website, per the BBB Eastside Motoring NOT accredited. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB in order to raise awareness for other consumers. I am also going to notify our Massachussetts Attorney General and file a formal complaint. I do not take the actions that I am taking lightly, I have tried very hard not to let things to get to this point, but unfortunately I have no choice at this point, all this could have been avoided, but obviously, they do not care, and it starts at the top with ownership. Heard about this spot awhile back and decided to give it a try. Decided to bring my 2019 E63s Benz here for a chrome delete with carbon fiber as well as installing some of my custom badging. This includes my front grill, door handles, and rear trunk trim. I was originally told by multiple places that it would be hard to do the front grill however Eastside said they would do it. Now coming from the south shore, and driving to Waltham has extremely lot of traffic both morning and afternoon. I dropped my car off early morning which is where Josh is the person who is handling my car. First of all no interaction from him at all, he was behind the desk and just told me to leave the keys with the host. He simply read off our email of what the job was and that was it. He told me car would be ready towards end of the day. Due to traffic I had to leave an hour early in order to make it, which was when I arrived at 5pm. When I arrived I was greeted by another gentleman (I never got his name), he told me Josh took off for the day, then proceeded to ask me if I was given any updates regarding my car from Josh. No I never received any text or calls, which was when he told me that they could not wrap my front grill in carbon fiber, so they left it as is. Extremely horrible communications; I would hope that they'd give me a call telling me that they couldn't do it, and possibly ask me what did I want to do moving forward? If I knew they could not wrap the front grill, I would've had a another look for my car instead of proceeding with what I originally wanted. To top it off, they ended up wrapping the parts with matte carbon fiber instead of gloss (which was what I originally wanted but did not specific in our email). I only stated I wanted the carbon fiber design, so I would've hoped they would at least contact me to ask me. (Now I have to rethink if I am going to order my carbon fiber parts because they are gloss, or simply removing their wrap of the matte carbon fiber). To top it off their installation of the badging was subpar. I wanted the perfect aligned look so decided to let them do it, otherwise I could've done a better job myself. 3M tape they used was also subpar as I noticed some edging of the badging are slowly lifting. Overall the one star is simply how nice of the matte carbon fiber came out otherwise I would've given 0 stars if I could. I agree with all the 1-star reviews already listed. This is a VERY SKETCHY dealership! Eastside Motoring, aka, Specialty Auto Sales are criminals. I can't believe how Lorenzo and Nick must feel treating people so terribly. We purchased a used vehicle out of state. The dealership was very responsive, reaching out to us multiple times, and setting up a virtual tour of our car. However, once we agreed to purchase and sent money, all communication stopped. We ended up not receiving all the paperwork, the vehicle was sent without a temporary tag, and we had to hound them to finally get the title mailed separately. About a week after owning the vehicle, a reported issue the dealership had supposedly fixed, quit working. The back hatch wasn't opening consistently and they said they would fix it before shipping. When it stopped working, we reached out multiple times to Lorenzo and Nick but they ignored and didn't return our calls or texts. I would advise NEVER using this dealership. out So I got a halo 309 by Alpine from this place a year before the pandemic. I was switching out my previous double den screen along with taking out the rearview camera and replacing it with a new Alpine camera and halo. Now this is normally an easy job, but for this company or the people they employ to install car audio and the type of cars they are working on they shouldn't never be working there! Now when they were trying to hook up everything they couldn't get or the installer couldn't figure out how to wire a rearview camera but, they did end up hooking up with a halo. But I had to go to another shop, which was more qualified to hook up the rear view camera smh. Now just recently I ended up selling the halo nine and when I was cutting the wires and unplugging things, I noticed these fools the radio up this whole entire time by duct tape that's right duck tape. I have a regular car this company here is no question installing high-end vehicles like Lamborghinis, Maseratis, etc. And I've seen some hack jobs in the area, but this one takes the cake. DO NOT GO HERE !!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! The level of greed and deception is borderline criminal at this place. If you don't want to get screwed take your business elsewhere. Full story: 3 years ago I bought a brand new Crosa exhaust for my Grand Cherokee SRT8 and brought it to Eastside Motoring to be installed. Upon picking up my car they told me the clamps delivered with the system did not work and they needed to use different clamps (which they charged me 50-ish dollars extra for). I questioned it since it was a brand new in-the-box system designed specifically for my car but it seemed minor enough so I paid it and went on my way. Fast forward 3 years, I step on the gas and my exhaust separates. Upon inspection I noticed the exhaust clamps have rusted, rotted and split making them useless and leaving my exhaust dangling under my car. I take my car back and explain the situation. I tell them I need the clamps replaced and at this point I am expecting them do replace them free of charge because of the faulty installation. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS CRIMINAL!!! I am told no problem but we need to look at it first. I schedule an appointment and bring the car in. It takes all of 10 seconds to see the clamps are rotted and need replacing. I am there over an hour. I walk up to the counter SEAN is my salesman. I ask "hey its been over an hour are they working on my car or what's going on?" The response I get is appalling... Yeah so we did a multipoint inspection and your right the clamps need to be replaced also we checked your breaks which are getting low and should be replaced, your break fluid is dirty and should be washed, and your cabin air filter needs to be replaced because its dirty and todays inspection will be 130 dollars!!! Excuse me!!!? I just came in for you to replace my clamps and you performed a multi point inspection without my consent turned a 10 second job into 60+ mins and then charged me 130 dollars for it!!!! No I do not want any of that done I want my clamps replaced. Sure we will get them order and replace them. An addition 330 dollars later my clamps are replaced. On inspection of my bill they even charged me for the shipping of my parts to their garage... WTF!!!!? The way I see it I was charged over 460 dollars for mistakes they made. Run from this place. So, in November 2024, I bought a vehicle from Lorenzo at Eastside Motoring who also go by Specialty Auto Sales. This is my 60th car so I'm not new to the process. I purchased my last eight from other states and had them shipped to me. I expect dealers to avoid mentioning issues with vehicles if they can. I also understand that I'm buying a used vehicle and cannot expect it to be pristine. Here's a list of what I encountered and accepted without complaint. * I didn't negotiate the vehicle price. * I didn't bitch about them sending only one key fob, when replacements are $300+ * I didn't whine about them saying on video that a paint chip was "tree sap". * I didn't complain that they assured me the leather was in great condition when there are four separate dark spots measuring 4"+ * I didn't complain about the undisclosed 4-foot-long scrape deep into the plastic molding and down to the metal of the rear passenger door along the bottom on the driver's side. * I didn't complain about the multiple dings in the bodywork. * I didn't raise hell about the poor paint work on the passenger rear window pillar. * I didn't bitch about the multiple electrical glitches *       Driver's headrest won't adjust *       Temperature adjustment glitches, and won't work sometimes *       Warning light at startup * I didn't complain about the sunroof sounding like it's shredding metal when it retracts and closes * I didn't complain about the loud suspension squeak whenever the front-end goes over a speedbump I know the dings, chips, and scratches were already on the car, because they are on the shipper's BOL and noted at pickup, before loading on the transport truck. At the front end, Lornzo was on the ball. Answering enquiries, and even taking video to show me the vehicle's condition. However, once they had my $16K deposit, they stopped being responsive. I now had skin in the game, so they didn't feel obligated to do anything without me having to chase them. Add to this that they required a $250 deposit to hold the vehicle. I paid by AMEX and after the deal was concluded and the vehicle shipped, it took two weeks and multiple texts, emails, and calls to get them to refund the deposit. I now have no doubt that they would have kept it, if I hadn't been persistent. Lorenzo blamed it on his assistant failing to process it, but I am suspicious. And after all that, the one thing that really bothered me is that they shipped the car with the center rear seatbelt unanchored. The bottom anchor-plate was just hanging from the seatbelt. That's a serious issue. A fifth passenger would not be secured, and in an accident the anchor-plate which is a 3"x3" hunk of metal, would whip around the cabin, hitting the rear passengers. Lorenzo was "shocked" that it shipped in this condition and offered to reimburse me for getting it installed at the dealer. Well, that was the last time I heard from anyone at Eastside. I sent repeated requests for their agreement that I could take it to a local shop for the installation which saves me from a trip to the dealer and them from paying dealer rates. All I got for the past two weeks is... crickets. They never intended to reimburse me. It was just to shut me up. The joke's on them. I have time and motivation to inform others of their practices. TLDR: Newly Bought Car Failed Inspection, Salesman Faked Sick When Things Went Wrong, Sold with Thousands of Dollars Worth of Features it didn't Have, Impossible To Get in Touch Once Check Cleared, Listed Problematic Trade-In without Addressing Issues, Other People Here Claiming Lemon Sale I hate to even write this as Lorenzo and team came highly recommended from a family member and they boasted a reputation that sounded tough to match, including a CarGuru's certification for being a Top Dealership. My experience, however, certainly didn't live up to the hype - in fact, it will go down as one of the worst customer experiences I've ever been a part of. In the sales process, Nick was responsive and answered questions almost immediately via text and phone. However, once he had my money and things went wrong (failed inspection, missing $2,900 worth of features) he was impossible to get in touch with to the tune of 4 unanswered emails, 6 text messages, and 10+ calls over the 7 days that followed. On one of the occasions I called the front desk and asked for him, I could hear him tell the receptionist to "Tell him I'm out sick" - when they refused he said "then just put him through to my voicemail." The charade continued for several days, but he forgot to get the other members of the front desk on board as every time I called and asked if he was in they would respond with something along the lines of "yup he's at his desk now, I'll transfer you over." The new car I had just purchased from him failed inspection due to the tires I was told had a "7 out of 9" in terms of life left in them. The State of Massachusetts clearly felt differently, and no one seemed to have much urgency in doing anything about it. I finally got Nick & Lorenzo's attention (after several requested call backs went unfulfilled) when I arrived in person at the dealership. I spoke with Lorenzo who was seemingly apologetic, and acknowledged that Nick wasn't sick, but his proposed resolutions didn't acknowledge the gravity of the situation, nor the frustration experienced along the way. I had suggested that along with new tires (which the lemon law obligated that they address) we include the warranty we had discussed in the sales process as a replacement for the features that were missing (as it was a comparable cost), but was told the price of it had increased $1,000 in the short time I'd had the vehicle and therefore it wasn't an option. I have been professional and operating in good faith for an equitable resolution despite these frustrations, but even in a world where we give them the benefit of the doubt on all of these things, the entirety of the transaction was simply unacceptable. Finally a few words of caution to anyone considering buying: I sold my previous vehicle to them, with known and acknowledged defects, but they had the new listing up faster than they could have possibly addressed the issues with it. The current CarFax shows no changes or services have been done since they acquired it The vehicle I purchased from them was priced $5000 more than another identical one 20 miles away (lesson learned on valuing reputation) All vehicles were promised to come with a full detail - mine did not. While in the waiting area for the tire replacement, there was another gentleman who voiced his concerns over being sold "a Lemon" citing that the vehicle he bought is "trash and we want our money back." If I could give this place zero stars, I would have brought two vehicles there each one they have messed up they failed to align my truck suspension which I paid for and I had to go to another shop to pay for it again they also put my light bar in wrong after saying that I got a faulty light bar I had to go to another place to get it installed then I bought my BMW there at the same time and they welded on my car with it still plugged in causing damage to the electrical and the car not to start then the tent that I wanted them to do is now peeling off and the cuts are horrible Wesley they put my cat was exhaust on with putty and did not fully put the heads back on. They are without a doubt a hack job. Also, my trucks interior got what I'm assuming is 3M adhesive on the dash and they told me it wasn't them. They've had my truck for 2 weeks. I paid $600 to have a dashcam and battery installed in my new car. I expected the quality of installation to match the price. I was mistaken. Eastside motoring crimped connections instead of shrink-wrapping them. Power and ground were taken directly from the battery terminal instead of the power distribution box. Wires are not hidden. Trim was not put correctly back into place. This is an unacceptable installation for $300, let alone $600. read more

Good luck getting ahold of anyone in finance! The only person you can get ahold of is Kyle from sales. I would never ever recommend this company. I guess I will be one of the few to not give a high review here. Apparently Nick and Lorenzo can pick and choose who they give service to as my experience was 100% loathsome compared to the other favorable reviews out here. Most of my ordeal with this outfit occurred post-sale but even before the sale, red flags rose over and over. The CarGurus "Top Rated Dealer" tag they sport seemed like a giant gimmick immediately. Now I am completely certain that it is meaningless and they likely simply pay CarGurus to put that on their site. The next red flag was when Nick Kszepka begged us to post a 5-star rating before we even took possession of the car from him. Sorry Nick, if I could give negative stars for you, I would. On to the purchase - my daughter bought a 2016 Audi q5 with 66K miles on it. She loved the car, it had all the safety features I would want for her (at least I thought it had working ones), so we decided to buy it. Nick was awesome enough to drop the sales price by $100 when we asked if anything could be done for the price tag that was well north of $17,000. It did not take long for this car that approached "certified pre-owned condition" due to the extensive quality checks done by Eastside to fail us. Within 24 hours, the blind spot monitoring system failed. We arranged to bring the car in to have that fixed. It took several unanswered texts and calls to finally get in and once in, we were told parts had to be ordered. More than a month passed, and more than 10 more texts and calls were made, and we still had no response. Shortly after, 36 days and 1,068 miles later to be exact, the oil light came on while my daughter had the car at her school in Connecticut. Not knowing what the cause was, she took it to one of the most reputable Audi dealers in New England, Audi of Fairfield. I asked the Service department there to do a health check on the vehicle and the results were astounding: ripped CV joint on the front passenger side, gaskets leaking oil by the ounce, and no rear brakes. And here I thought only the blind spot monitoring was broken when we got our "CPO condition" car. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then hopefully this video is worth a million words. The link below shows the service audit done, one month and 1,000 miles after purchase. Most of the damage and disrepair shown would have been seen in any type of health check on the car (which unfortunately I did not do prior to purchase). Well north of $2,000 in service needed. Because the CV joint was a safety issue, I had Audi of Fairfield repair it as my daughter was there for school. I also had them repair the massive and pre-existing oil gasket issue. From here, my ordeal with Lorenzo Alonge and Nick only nosedived into total rotten service territory. To this day, I have still only attempted to contact them to have a conversation about this car. To them, it does not matter. I sent (8) texts to Nick asking for a response, crickets. Only when I told him that his "Read" receipt was on his texts and I could see he was getting them did he bother to reply. And what a reply, within minutes of calling him out on the Read receipts, he replied saying "not my issue" move along. How many stars did you want Nick? I only reached Lorenzo after perhaps a dozen or more texts and phone calls. Text, voicemail, he ignored all of them until I called the main number and explicitly asked for him (even that took 3 calls and 2 more ignored voicemails). In talking to Lorenzo, he basically washed his hands of the already repaired items. "Maybe your daughter did something" was actually one of his statements. He agreed to redo the rear brakes. Sold me a car and it has had nothing but issues since I bought it. I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty which was confirmed to me and my parents face to be bumper to bumper, and they claim what needs to be fixed is not covered under my warranty. They ignore every call and text I make when looking for help to fix this issue until I hide my phone number when calling them THEN they answer you. I even filed a complaint with the BBB. Do not recommend as they are a scam since the second you walk through the door. They screwed me. read more

I have a 2015 Audi S3...my baby! I've had paint protecting film on my car since day 1. I've had to replace sections due to hazing or peeling away. Product quality and inferior installations. I finally decided to replace the whole thing. My car enthusiast friends all said the same thing...go to ESM. I stopped in and spoke to someone about their products and what it would take to replace the old. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and asked a fair price, I booked an appointment for the following weekend. It's obvious from the vehicles being worked on to the conversation with any of the employees..,they care about cars. If you care about your car, you should do your self and your car a favor, go to ESM. I'll likely return for an APR tune when my warranty is up. Thx guys read more

Don't recommend at all (updated review) wanted me to remove my old review because it was "negative" to his business but failed to mention that the used car that was in "perfect condition" was missing Nemours covers from the bell housing cover to the skid plates to the cover for cabin air filter. The cooling hoses on the car exploded while on my way home. Glad the state of Massachusetts laws have my back. The dealership made me feel obligated to feel thankful for them covering the repair. But wouldn't help me on other issues on the vehicle. Only expect a callback if it hurts their reputation. read more

TLD(definitely)R! If I could give Lorenzo and his dealership a zero, I would! There is a common theme with these unfavorable reviews - Cars not passing inspection once they leave the lot and being ghosted once the car has been purchased. I picked up my car, went to get it inspected, and lo and behold it failed. Two bad tires and the worst part was the rear subframe (critical part of the car) was completely rotted. I informed Lorenzo about the failed inspection and the reasons for it. I sent the invoice for the tires. Of course, no reply. I continued to send texts, and again, no reply. He then asked what parts I needed for the rear subframe to be fixed, which I should not have had to tell him since he is the owner of the dealership. In addition, since he sold a car that was unsafe to drive, why would I believe he would fix it accordingly? Replacing, not welding, the rear subframe can be costly! Fortunately, Mercedes is currently fixing it for no charge since this model has a recall. They have also given me a rental, again with no charge, until the car is fixed. The following weekend, the batteries died. Once again, I let Lorenzo know and told him it was unacceptable, especially when he quite proudly told me that they do a multi-point inspection before the car leaves the lot (NOT TRUE in this case, and I'm sure many others). I have given Lorenzo several chances to rectify this situation, and he has chosen not to. Hence why I am writing this review and I have also filed a review with the Better Business Bureau. I would like to highly encourage all those who have had a terrible experience to do the same. His unethical way of doing business and lack of integrity will only continue if reviews are not submitted via the BBB. read more

Wow. I should have read the reviews before I wasted my time on this place. I was referred by a Friend of mine who is a municipal worker in Waltham...said this place was reputable and did good work. I made a phone call and felt encouraged that the salesperson Josh could handle my needs (putting custom rims and tires on my car). He gave me his number on Monday and I texted him all my information...and then GHOST. One of the reviewers is right...the owner Lorenzo Alonge is impossible to get a hold of and there is ZERO professionalism returning calls or texts in a timely manner. This is what I found on their website: "Here at Eastside Motoring, your satisfaction is our goal. We strive to make it as convenient as possible for you to drop your vehicle off with us, we can arrange pick-up and drop offs, rental cars, even a ride back to school, work or home. If you have any questions, feel free to call or email us 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week" Your 'satisfaction' may be their goal and they may give you their contact information but don't hold your breath thinking they'll get back to you in a timely manner. I had planned to keep my car (Acura Integra) a few more years, but a fender-bender type accident totaled it. I wanted a small coupe with front wheel drive and many manufacturers have discontinued this style, so I wasn't having much luck finding something suitable. After two months of internet searching, I found a 2015 BMW2 coupe in beautiful condition at East Side Motoring. Everyone there was truly a pleasure to deal with - they answered my questions thoroughly and never pressured me to make a decision immediately. There was no pressure to finance through them or one price for internet sales and another if you financed. They allowed my husband and me to test drive without sending a salesperson with us, even though the salesperson was so nice that having him along would have been a pleasure. Low quality work - you will need to check everything and then have someone else do it over because you won't trust them to do it right. They also overcharge for everything. Be sure to ask the price up front - you were warned. They have a reputation as low quality ripoffs according to other shops. Lorenzo & the guys over at Eastside Motoring are A+ all the way around. I've never had an issue with their quality of work and I'm pretty picky when it comes to my cars. I'm very comfortable letting them work on my car. There's a reason people trust Lorenzo & his staff with their Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Lamborghini, 69 Camaro SS etc... They're the best at what they do. That being said, you don't have to own a 100K car to come here for service. Lorenzo has always made me feel like he's appreciative of my business & legitimately excited to do the job. Place is a mismanaged joke. First off there's no "manager". The owner Lorenzo is the only one in charge and it's next to impossible to get in touch with him. More importantly the prices at this place change with the wind and who you talk to. I guess it depends on their mood and what kind of car you drive for them to decide how much to hammer you on cost. Long story short I was referred to East side motoring by my friend, everything was fine except I dropped off my car to make my windows darker on Monday, One hour later after I dropped it off I received a call that somebody got in the car accident and they were not able to perform the job so I need to pick up the car so I got an Uber and I got back pick up my car we reschedule for Wednesday same week , on Wednesday I received a call two hours later so they're not able to do this on Wednesday we have to reschedule this for Friday same week I was waiting for Friday washed my car was preparing and then on Friday morning around 830am somebody was giving me a call saying that was they were not able to do this on this Friday they have to do this on the next week on Thursday because somebody have a stomach from east side motors. I do you have a business myself and I know people don't show up at the job, and this is happens but when it happens like fourth times during the same week and you keep getting reschedule I feel like you're treating customers like shit or maybe it's just me personally with my BMW. You literally wanna give them the money to do the job and they keep pushing you back and this is not even acceptable this is not acceptable in anyway 4th time in a same week ??? I would never treat the customers like four times to schedule this is this is just ridiculous plus you charge around 3 to $400 to make the windows tanner which is it's kind of a lot I feel like it's kind of a lot but anyway I won't go there because of the referrals and I don't feel like I want to ever go to this place again because this place don't respect customers. Looks good, POOR quality work -- I took my Camaro for a wrap four years ago to ESM; just took the wrap off to discover that ESM had taken a razor and cut through the clear coat and factory paint while installing my vinyl. I had to re-paint all areas where vinyl had been applied. When I picked it up from ESM after work was done four years ago, I also noticed several scratches which happened during the install - wasn't enough for a bad review at the time, but discovering ESM's poor work underneath the vinyl is what drove me to write this review. Don't use these guys if you want quality work, or it may cost you thousands down the road. read more
