I bought a 2015 Honda CRV and it is in excellent condition. The price was great and the whole experience was not in the least bit stressful or high pressure as I hear is the case with so many places. Everything was top notch, professional and respectful. They were quick to answer any questions and were so incredibly helpful. If you're wondering if you should buy a car from Waltham Auto Gallery, stop wondering and just go do it. They are incredible and I'm so happy I bought from them. For reference: I'm a 30yo single woman who has been driving since I was 15, but never owned a car. It's the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, so everything is screwed up, and I really needed to buy a car but was having a really hard time. I had narrowed it down to a list of about 4-5 cars that I would want to test drive, but the pandemic made that impossible. I was going through this process alone. And the dealerships were being VERY annoying. Besides having wishy-washy reviews, they didn't email me back for days. I decided it would be best to just work with a dealership that had a stellar reputation. That way, I'd have the best chance of getting a good value on a used car, and work with people who were truly interested in earning my business. Waltham Auto Gallery showed up over and over during my search, with nothing but 5 star-reviews. I checked the website and saw a car that was on my shortlist of options - a 2017 Kia with only 20,000 miles on it. I called. Daphne picked up immediately. She was so friendly, and said it would be fine if I came by that day to test drive the car. When I arrived, she gave me time to just look it over myself and ask her questions. We were all distanced/masked, but she did offer for one of their employees (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name, he was awesome) to accompany me in the car, to help guide the drive and answer questions. I agreed, and he sat in the back with the windows down (we were masked.) I wanna emphasize: I knew nothing about buying a car until about 2 weeks before I bought one. Daphne was so patient with me and answered all my questions, even the dumbest ones. She repeated herself and clarified when I didn't understand. I felt comfortable negotiating with her (although the price was perfectly reasonable to begin with) and she was very forthcoming with details about the car. She was prompt in answering both phone calls and emails. She was transparent about the delays at the registry and how long it would take to register the car, but they took care of it, and when I went to pick up the car, they'd put on the plates and taken it to get inspected. I've been driving the car for a month now with absolutely no issues. Plus: my stepmother is one of the most insane clean-freaks I've ever known. When she sat in the car on the day I brought it home, she remarked that she thought it was a new car because it was so clean. (Now, it's covered in dog hair. Oops!) Lastly: when I was signing on the car, a woman and her husband came to look at a minivan. Daphne remembered them from 2 years ago when they'd bought a car, and the woman said they still had/loved that car and were back for another one. This shows 1. the connection that they have with their customers, and 2. that the car/service is good enough to bring back repeat customers. Waltham Auto Gallery is AWESOME. We had a great experience buying our used Honda Civic Hybrid here. The owner, Douglas, and his sister, Daphne, were both kind, friendly, totally not pushy, and easy to deal with. We had everything signed and sealed in a matter of minutes and they were able to get us everything we wanted in terms of a decent extended warranty (with Zurich). There was a minor dent/rust stain on the back of the car, and Douglas offered to take it to the body shop and have it taken care of within the week (and did). We had some minor issues with a wrong key at the end of the transaction, but Douglas immediately took care of it by running down the street to make a copy. After having bought cars at large auto dealerships, and this smaller dealership, I can honestly say that this was the least pressured, quickest, and easiest deal I have made. Even with the minor key snafu, I found both Douglas and Daphne not only eager to please, but eager to make sure that I left happy and satisfied with my purchase. Quality Service. Helpful Staff. Reliable Dealership. My husband, by his own admission, is an incredibly difficult customer. After some negative experiences (I'm talking about you, "Boch New to You"), I wasn't sure if we would ever get a car... We had been looking into getting a quality used car with low miles at a good price for about 2 months until he stumbled on this small family owned dealership. I was not actually with my husband on the first day when he found "the one", but I came the next day to test drive and I am so happy I did. We worked with AC and Daphne who very professional, honest and easy to work with. Daphne told us what the car needed and offered to fix it before our purchase. Today we came back to check out the car and to see that all repairs we made. Everything was all set... there was just one thing they did not have time to fix, since we wanted the car today, but they were happy to get us an estimate so we could get it done ourselves and they even wrote US a check to cover it! After searching all the dealers local to us including the towns of Acton, Littleton, Nashua and Manchester my wife and I were both tired of putting up with all the games and the crazy high prices at the dealerships we visited. We found a listing for the vehicle we wanted online at Waltham Auto Gallery and based on price alone we made the 45 minute drive. Not only were all the cars clean and well maintained, but there was no pressure and no games. No "I need to check with the sales manager" and no "what would it take to get you into this car today" that happened everywhere else. Where to start??? After weeks and weeks of searching for our dream vehicle and almost giving up hope we ran into this family owned dealer after dining in a nearby restaurant. We saw the vehicle model that we were looking for in the color we desired. We decided to stop for a "quick" look and were promptly greeted by Daphne. She was great, asked us a few questions and let us roam throughout the lot. Although we saw what we wanted, we couldnt help but walk around the rest of the lot. The selection was great, tons of beautiful cars with low mileage at great prices! What stuck out and really sold us was the hassle free experience. It was family owned and there wasnt the "big name dealership" pressures. Believe me, we have seen the desperation in some of the salesmen in the larger dealerships. One even took our keys and kept us hostage! Not this one, the sales process was very straight forward. The price was very competitive! (We research everything) and the vehicle was in great condition and recently service! After a few days the vehicle was ours thanks to this great gem located in Waltham! I'd give more stars if I could. I had been looking for a Toyota Camry and I live in Connecticut. I found one at a local dealer but they (as usual) kept giving me the run around. They kept saying they couldn't find the keys and were waiting to get new ones cut. Well after a week of that I gave up and went back online only to find a beautiful 2013 Toyota Camry with only 31000 miles! I called and spoke to Daphne and she couldn't have been nicer. She understood my situation and later that afternoon I drove up and test drove the car. No high pressure sales. It's a family owned lot with some great cars. I bought it that same day and picked it up the next. Daphne even put 4 new tires on it. I would highly recommend checking them out before you buy elsewhere. My cousin is visiting from China.He was looking for a clean, safe car. We considered several auto dealers and finally went to the Waltham Auto Gallery. I must say that the entire process of working with these folks has been a pleasure. They were friendly and straightforward from our first meeting. We found a vehicle we liked. We would have accepted it as presented, but Waltham Auto Gallery put four brand new tires on the vehicle; the old tires would have passed inspection. I cannot imagine why I would refer anyone to any other car dealer! The car is excellent, too, and I suppose that is the point. (As an aside: Why did I mention that he is visiting from overseas? Because the first place he went, not in Waltham, sold him a Lemon! The inspection station said problems with the car caused a fire hazard. Initially the dealer refused a refund! They were always quick to reply by email, followed COVID precautions, answered all my questions, and weren't pushy for a sale. Erik and Douglas were genuinely nice people and went the extra mile for me when I bought my Nissan in May. I went for a test drive with Erik, who had wiped down the interior and wore a mask and sat in the back seat to allow maximum distance between us. The tires needed balancing and there was a small problem with the radio display. Douglas had the tires balanced, got an alignment, and put in a new radio. After driving again with no issues, they helped me with all the paperwork, registration, and the title and delivered the car to me in Boston.
