Both the owner and the junior guy inspected my car. The junior guy showed me the comps. I asked if could go higher based on the data points. He said it was out of his control and he needed to ask the owner who was helping a couple at the time. The owner (think his name is Charles) proceeded to scream at me that the offer is the offer, essentially a take it or leave it. Very confusing and rude. The owner was very polite with the couple, but seemed to be triggered by something. Would not recommend

Other automobile shops sent me an estimated invoice of over $5,000 for the AC alone and could not promise the problem to be fixed. WIth Sarris, less than half of the budget and all the problems fixed beautifully. Mr. And Mr. Sarris are genuine people who actually care about others. From several in person visits, I built a personal friendship with them. The guys that work there, Johnson and Andy are also genuine and bright people. They truly give you this feeling that you are welcomed and accepted there and they always find solution for you. I wasted thousands of dollars on my car until I met Sarris. Take this as a good suggestion, bring your car to Sarris if you need any help!

They are super fair, reliable and have not forced any unnecessary services onto me. They even sent me to Herb Chambers (which I really dislike) when a catalytic converter was broken. They told me that Mercedes extended the warranty on many of them, but of course won't tell their customers until they bring in the car. So unless Peter (the boss I think) had told me, I would not have known and probably paid for a new catalytic converter my self into their pocket. WOW - A trustworthy car repair shop.

Was very happy with the whole process. On average, cars on their lot were at least $1,000 less than the dealerships I went to. I didn't feel like I needed to haggle, because price seemed very reasonable. Before I picked up the car, they had a mechanic change the oil. Mechanic suggested four new tires, and Malden put four new tires on for free. I can't recommend these guys enough, and I've bought many used cars over the years.

The service wasn't cheap but I was told all parts would be new so it seemed fair. I left and my breaks immediately started squeaking again. I brought my car back in to ASPI and was told my breaks were fixed and that I now needed two new tires. I paid for my tires, which also were higher than other car shops and my brakes still squeak. I'm really disappointed as I thought ASPI would be my regular auto shop and now I feel short a chunk of money and am embarrassed to drive my car around
