Normally, I don't respond to owners' responses to a negative review because most of the time they…read moreare just playing PR, i.e. saving face. In this instance, the owner is not only trying to save face but he's pulling all sorts of hare brained accusations out of his backside. So since Yelp does not allow for the option of a direct reply in the "comments" section, my only recourse is to "update" this review. No, I did not go reapply a new tint before my last inspection, which was done at Mass Inspections and refreshingly no nonsense, trouble free. What I did do was, I dug up my old tinting papers and found that the original tint I had on my windows which Aris Auto claimed was in violation was actually AT the 35% Visible Light Transmission level that is legal minimum in the state of Massachusetts! *That* is why no other inspection place in my 7 years of living in this state had ever questioned it, nor have the police ever pulled me over for it. In fact, I see cars with darker tints all the time on the roads. Again: I would trust this establishment as far as I can throw it. And it amuses me that the owner brings up how long he's been in business as some sort of seal of integrity. Comcast has been around for 57 years, as a matter of fact...and it's one of the most widely and bitterly complained about companies in the US.

I wanted to update my original review because credit should be given where it's due…read more After my initial experience, members of the management team reached out to personally address my concerns. They took the time to listen, explain the situation, and worked with me to find a solution. In the end, we were able to make a deal, and I'm happy to say the entire purchasing process turned out to be smooth and straightforward. A special thank you to Brian, George, and especially Steve. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction completely changed my impression of the dealership. They made what could have been a frustrating experience into one that was painless and enjoyable. While my first interaction left me disappointed, I believe it's just as important to recognize when a business takes ownership of a situation and works to make it right. That's exactly what this team did. Thank you again to Brian, George, and Steve for going the extra mile. I truly appreciate the effort.

I had a really stellar experience with Prospect Auto Sales. Their lot was full of really decent…read morecars and there were a lot of options under $10k. Great guys and their process was streamlined & easy. Details of my stellar experience: Firstly, they answered my emails immediately. I figured they may go into a black hole as dealers may use the phone more but the opposite happened. Every question or concern was addressed quickly; I never waited around for an answer. Secondly, they were extremely welcoming and let me try out about 5-6 different cars in one afternoon (rapid fire.. one after another). I had a feeling my car was on the lot but wasn't sure which one would be "it". They let me test the cars out and make my own determination. I even remember them pointing me to a lower priced car over a more expensive one when I was making my final decision. When I found the car I loved, I drove it twice that day. On the second drive, I remembered I had a work call to take and they let me sit in their office at their desk and take my call w my headphones and laptop. No judgment at all that I lost track of time. They were extremely accommodating but in a very relaxed way. I am lucky they knew to buy this car from the auction because somehow I got a car that drives brand new for $6995! The car is old but it's almost impossible to tell. I've been showing it off for 2 weeks and asking friends an family what year it is. They all thought it was 8-10 years newer. Thirdly, once I picked the car they were quick with the paperwork but patient with me getting all the loan details sorted out. They even advocated that I go with my own credit union over any banks they had relationships with. They didn't even ask me for a deposit which was surprising but it helped build trust between us; they new I would come through with the check. I didn't even try to negotiate because I knew the car was priced right and I felt very comfortable that I was getting a great deal. Love the car & so glad they saw this gem and picked it up! It drives amazing & they even put in a new battery right before I got it. PS - I used to own a 2015 ILX and I can hardly tell the difference with this 2004 TSX. It's like I got the same car for half the price! I'm still shocked. :)
